Athens Hidden Gem!!
I have loved my stay at Surrey Square and am so so sad to leave. The property management is fast, reliable, and on-top of everything. Maintenance is speedy, pest-control is frequent, and tenants are treated with such respect! We've barely had any roaches or other bug problems while we've been here. Rent is very doable for Athens, and the location on Riverbend Pkwy is great for going on walks and getting away from the hectic downtown area. I could not recommend this place more!!
