Bad customer service
Never answer the phone and I been having problems here with a/c for a while now and they never get back to me with my service request. Plus the little roaches are the worst. Management has changed since I first moved in and hasn’t been the same since!

Bad customer service they never get back to you when you leave a message and the answering machine always picked up when I called I put a deposit down and they never got back to me just don't go there for a apartment y'all can get my deposit

New Resident
I absolutely love the apartment. It's very nice and spacious. Some of the residents are not so desirable. But, hey that's life. Wish the pool was a little larger though. Overall I would recommend Sutton Oaks.
