Love it here!!!
I have been a tenant here for many years and Swartswood Garden is the best it's ever been. The grounds are kept beautiful, the superintendents are helpful and personable. The one issue I had was addressed immediately! We are all so happy here. I would recommend this complex to everyone.

Dont move here
The place is quiet probably bc of everyone is moving out. The outside looks nice the location is decent. There is no noise but the upper level management are nasty and if you have a problem in your apartment the superintendent does nothing about it. Been here a year and my kitchen was never finished, br was never painted or grouted. Ive asked for things to be fixed never happens you want it done pay for it. Pls there are four washer and dryers for two buildings and each week always breaking down,
