Property Ratings at LEO at Augusta Commons
Management staff are excellent and know what they are doing. Not only do they know what to do, they actually do it correctly and in a timely manner. I think Augusta Commons is a great choice.
I was looking for a home for my daughter and I. Didn’t want the standard apartment but wanted all the modern day bells and whistles that come with an apartment community. I had never heard of Leo at Augusta Commons but thought it was too good to be true when I seen it online. I called and came same day to tour and a week later I was in a 2 bedroom unit. It was the easiest move in process I have ever encountered. The lady who gave us the tour treated my daughter as her own and surprised her with a fridge full of candy and drinks in the model home. The pool, playground, gym, staff everything is perfect here. It’s so well kept and looks like something out of a movie! I hear people have complained about the rent prices but I was in an apartment off riverwatch paying even more to be in a 2 bedroom upstairs without the garage and yard space. I think it’s more than reasonable for what is offered here. We are in love with our beautiful new home!!!
