This is honestly such a beautiful community. The staff is incredibly respectful and nice. I have had no complaints here. I’m very happy to have a quiet and friendly as well as CLEAN place to live and come home to everyday. It’s been such a great experience living here, especially as a first time Georgia resident.

It is quiet and peaceful. It’s modern and the renovated apartment has everything I asked for. It’s spacious and feels homey. I've been here for 3 weeks now and so far I am pretty pleased. ANGELICA is amazing, easy to talk to and very informative! I love my layout and can't wait to use the amenities.
Sweetwater Creek is a beautiful place to live. It is nice, quiet, and very spacious. There's a nice gym that overlooks the resort-style pool and grilling area. You can enjoy the playground area or the green open areas for a nice family-fun day.

Sierra is great. She finds a solution and is extremely understanding of resident concerns. Lastly, Valet Trash is not professional or practical from my experience they do bad business.

From the tour and before signing the lease it seemed like a decent place to live, however we have only been residents of this community since April (it is now June) and have had issues since the moment we received our keys. These issues have ranged from pests, to maintenance, payments, horrible communication from staff and overall satisfaction of living. It has been a less than pleasant living experience to say the least.

They denied me over a credit score. Everything else was fine but over a credit score. That shouldn’t matter the only thing they should be concerned about is evictions, late payments things that pertains to renting an apartment and a credit score should not be it.

False advertisement. Poor communication. Bad customer experiences on multiple levels. No one is following up to make sure work is being executed and completed. Maintenance conveniently doesn't know until they do and then it is a bunch of lies that were strung together to match the result they want to achieve.

SWEETWATER is in a great area, when I moved in the breezeway was always clean. It can be better now. I also dont like all of the common Area charges.

This is a great community to live in and to raise a family. Its quiet and tucked away in a non-trafficked part of town. The ambiance of the community is top notch and with an on site gym and pool, its makes coming home and staying healthy possible. The staff is courteous and friendly and if excellent customer service is important to you, then youll relish in it. The apartment complex is big enough but not too large that you are lost in it. Great place to live!

I feel at home. I feel safe. I love the ammenities and the office staff are incredible. The manager Jennifer is so sweet and understanding. Everyone one there all the way to the maintenance guys. Very nice and welcoming. The community is clean and i love it.

The location is great!! I like and needed the extra room the Sunroom provides to work from home in this Pandemic era. Trash is cleared often and the gated security is good to have.
