Close to everything and good magnment , quiet and friendly.
Management is a joke. There is no maintenence. Have had gas and hot water off and on every few weeks since may. Don't move here.
I’ve been here for about 3 years and what a joke water pressure terrible we haven’t had gas multiple times last time was a month and a half and it’s out again for about a week who knows when it’ll turn on shady people live around here and there’s been multiple syringes we’re found at the park. Also squatters have living around here. Unless you need a quick place with all bills paid then good luck I’m moving this week!
A terrible place to live. Besides the overflowing trash, shady neighborhood and constant barrage of drugs being sold and cops rolling in with guns drawn, we haven't had hot water in over a month and they've lied to us and the City of Pasadena about it.
Daniel who is the property owner seems to be running this property his own way , which would be acceptable if we’re getting what we pay for but no that’s not the case at this property! Water is non - existent in many apartments especially the side by the washer room . It has been six months of reporting issues not just my apartment from my knowledge two other apartment’s personally went into the office to report the matter . Nothing gets resolved all we keep hearing is , it takes time to fix the matters on this property. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PROPERTY YOU WILL BE HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH WHAT YOU GET!
I have been resident here for a little over two years now I strongly recommend this property. I am a freak when it comes to bugs roaches or rats ,thankfully,I have never had any issues with any(keeping my unit clean of course) never had any issues like waiting for maintenance to come fix any problems with my unit. The office personnel has always been very respectful and willing to work with me (greatly appreciated).Again I have been here for two years never had problems with any neighbors or problems with my cars being stolen into or property on my porch. The park area is always kept neat and clean great for when I take my 2 yr old in the late afternoon instead of having to drive to a nearby park. Again a recommend all to stop by and check them out I know the NEW management is working hard to keep us ,residents, as content with all the positive changes being done.
Friendly courteous staff. Maintenance seems to be on top of things, and the property looks much better then a year ago. There's also a newly built playground for the kids to play. I definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I love all the changes that are being made. It is much safer for my kids! The bad characters are moving out, I guess because they can't take living in a nice place.
My aunt just moved in here and she loves it. It's a pretty nice and quiet little community. And management seems to be on top of things.
It's so nice to see these apartments get a dramatic makeover. The updates (including a playground) are super nice, and the neighbors are a big improvement too. This is a great place to live!
The new management is running off the problem residents, security patrol is helping to clean up the place and the new units look great. It's a night and day difference from 6 months ago
I moved to these apartments in October and on my first month I was really considering on moving out. The hot water problem was a nightmare. It was horrible in the beginning then the property got new owners and there has been a total 360. I am so happy living here. They replaced the boiler to our building and also the electrical breaker box. Definitely going to renew my lease this year. The new management company really cares about the apartments and the people that live here.
I have lived at Sycamore Gardens since August 2015 and was considering moving after the 1st of this year. However, there are new staff that came on board in December 2016 and they have really made some great improvements around the property. There is a nice, new playground for my kids to play, the community is kept clean, the new manager and maintenance team are wonderful. Since seeing the changes at Sycamore Gardens, I decided to renew my lease for another year. Great service and great changes!!!
Hello I live in this area, I am so amazed in the change of the property. The property has made some ultimate changes for the better. I love the new play ground and the property is very clean. The manager is very sweet and helpful, when I visited the property, the helper to manager I think his name is Daniel very nice also. When my lease is up in July I am definitely moving there, I received all my information already. Wow I wish all managements in the office were like this ready to help. The new look is amazing! I have enjoyed seeing the updates to the sign, new fence, and playground. I plan to move soon to Sycamore Gardens and cant wait!

The Level of Professionalism at this property is Amazing. That is just mildly putting it, considering the Great experience I had received. Upon my recent visit at Sycamore Gardens, I really appreciated the new Manager Kimberly. She was very friendly, but professional. That's exactly what I look for in an apartment complex. I don't like wasting my time, and she was Definitely someone informative and competent to her title. I truly believe she is a Great asset to this property. I was not only Satisfied with my visit, but I also LOVED the new updates they did to this apartments! I'm looking forward to moving in soon.
Property is under new ownership and they are making great changes! They even added a fenced playground for our kids. Management has been timely in responding to tenant needs.
I have been here since March and I love it here. It's quiet and cozy and Kim is always so helpful when we need something.
The new owners took over in December and have done a great job cleaning the place up! They installed a playground last week and my kids love it. It's just up the street to Golden Acres Elementary School as well.
I'm a current resident, and i can't wait to get out. The hot water doesn't work and the cold water gets shut off at least 3 times a week. Sometimes it comes out brown and you have to run it a few minutes until it goes clear. The bed bugs are so bad, they come through the ac vent infesting all apartments. The neighbors all seem to be on drugs. They're up all hours of the night and pace the parking lot. Its pretty scary. Management is no help with the water, bugs, or weirdos wandering around. The office is supposed to be open 3 days a week, but they rarely are there. Its inhumane to live this way!
