Property Ratings at Sycamore Place
This place is in a great location. That is about all that is good about it. It is noisy, especially since construction is going on next door and is reportedly going to happen across the street soon; the windows are horrible (blinds move in the winter because they are so drafty); dogs urinate and poo everywhere; people are not very social; it is expensive; and the building is old. Management acts like they care and then drag their feet on everything. Also, since the casino moved in, downtown is different--not in a good way. I would not recommend it.
