Property Ratings at Sycamore Station
I applied for these apartments 2 years ago I paid an application fee and sent pay stubs. was told I was number 20 on the wait list for a 3 bedroom. They continuously pushed the move in date back for 2 years I called and emailed almost every month and was given the run around. Someone told me last year I had to pay a collection off on my credit I paid it same day with proof and no one would ever email me back or answer despite repeated voicemails and emails then skipped over me and moved other ppl in when management changed over.
I’ve been trying to call the have 3 different number and none of them work I also requested a application
Was approved 3 times over a year ago, they kept pushing the move-in dates back, yet ran my credit report 3 times! Went up on the rent amount an extra $200 after about 6 months of me being on the waiting list. Lied about me being over the income limit and denied me after being approved THREE times, same income. Very disorganized management company and very unprofessional. Do not rent here!
They are unprofessional . Move in date keeps getting push back. Then when u call they have a attitude.. 0/10 would not recommend!!
So I got the information off of apartments.com that they were opening up I guess the waiting list I'm not sure if there is one or taking applications anyway for January the 3rd at Tuesday I have been calling all day long the phone number that's listed on apartments.com but the machine says the phone number is a completely different number no one answers no one replies to messages no replies to emails and I think now I change my mind because after reading the reviews I don't think this is the place for me been in a place like this before where the couldn't even do simple math in the office and kept changing the rent and it was income based my income wasn't changing but for some reason the idiots in the office kept changing my rent so I moved because if you can't do simple math I don't know how they expect you to manage your apartment but I'm not exactly sure why no one is responding to phone calls emails or messages when they say that they're taking applications well how am I supposed to get one if I'm not in the state and you're not answering your phone again don't think this is the place for me I'm starting to feel like North Carolina is just as bad as New Jersey maybe I should just stay here doesn't seem like anything's different there either... BTW I don't think it's fair that I even have to leave one star I should be able to leave negative stars because I can't even get a phone call through so why would I leave them any stars clearly this is not a place that wants people to rent from them cuz they have no communication skills
Started the application process last year. Kept getting different move in dates. After going through the application process twice, was told I didn’t qualify after a whole year of waiting. Management unprofessional and I doubt this complex will be up and running next month.
I am one of those people who submitted my application when it first open up in February. The communication at first was good. Now it’s just left in the air whats going on because you can’t reach anyone during business hours calling, emailing or leaving a voicemail. I watched the date get pushed back 4 times now and also the price increase a whole $200-300 from what it originally was estimated to be around for the floor plan I was seeking. Also confused on why people as of Nov are getting “move in dates”. As if it’s not a whole list of people who been waiting all year basically to know something. This is really a bad start on management and communication and nobody is moved in yet.
Did my application, the staff was very responsive up until I got approved and they stated my move in date would be some time this month, but have not heard anything since. Glad I only wasted app money and not deposit and everything else!
Property Manager at Sycamore Station, Responded To This Review
We apologize for the delay and any inconvenience that this may have caused. We want you to know that we sincerely appreciate your patient as we are still building. We are now expected to open mid to late December. Unfortunately, we are experiencing some unforeseen delays that has caused our opening date to be pushed back.
Reached out to them everything was fine at first until after I paid the application fee, then move in dates kept getting pushed up, every time I would call they would say that they are still being renovated it’s been almost a year with no word
You have to go through hoops just to get an application. I would call, no response. Had to email them and they responded back of when to apply, but when you go through their instructions they still leave signs on the door to apply without any applications. Save yourself the headache.
I've been waiting for a very long time and then they upped the price out of nowhere. I would have never put down a deposit if I knew they were going to up the price for rent. Just money hungry. Smh I thought they were here to help people, but I guess not.
Doesn’t exist at all. The address isn’t real, if you call the number it redirects you to the leasing agency who then tell you to go on their website who then have a listing for a complex on the other side of the town. They have the spaces available and while solid it’s nothing like this listing and considering the hoops you just jumped through to get there, it’s kinda wild.
