Symphony at Suwanee Creek

I would rather sleep on the street than to live here. I moved out immediately. Nothing is as it seems and community is not kept up at all. Everything is broken always and all doors are open at anytime and anyone can just walk in or follow you. The gate hasn’t worked since moving there and out. This place is a disgrace to suwanee and the staff are horrible people

I absolutely love my apartment, the community and the Symphony staff on site. It is a beautiful property, my neighbors are friendly and I feel comfortable here. This has been the smoothest move I've had in years.

Compared to open hallway communities in the local area, this is priced well and provides a very comfortable living experience.

Very convenient location.Beautiful, comfortable and new apartment. The pool area is comfortable.My wife really likes the gym. The highlight of these apartments is the lobby, where residents and their guests can relax, drink coffee and have a good time. A friendly manager who will tell you in any of your questions. We are enjoying this place.

This comes after months of attempting to create communications and after many emails and phone calls to both the managers and to the management company. For reference I’ve been on this complex almost 6 months and many residents agree that they are leaving as soon as the lease is up. So many various issues around the complex exist and the current team doesn’t seem to care. They have never respond and better yet don’t seem to care about residents not being happy rather just chasing the money. This complex is marketed as a Luxury Apartment complex but is treated like the slums. Not only does the company charge us a monthly “amenity” fees, washer and dryer fees. They cannot event get that part right. New complex and I was promised a new washer and dryer months ago and have been told they cannot afford them. I’ve attempted to talk to the manager which always seems to change every 3 weeks to a new one who always states they will make it right but never do. Let’s go into detail about the Amenities. They are overall decent but they are always closed and the pool is closed for weeks including the 4th of July. Now the buildings, they are overall good, the halls are never cleaned, the outside is where this place suffers. They absolutely do not give a single crap about how it appears on the outside or in any areas such as the dog parks, garden area or just general walking areas where the mulch has washed away earlier this year and never has been addressed. Oh, don’t forget the best part the never ending pile of garbage piling up outside and will stay there for days before they pick it up. Or the dog parks that are not looked at ever. Oh I cannot forget to mention the lights that are along the walk ways that are not secured so they blow over in the wind and leave exposed wires so kids or animals can get injured. There is only one redeeming factor is the head of Maintenance. He needs a promotion that man works harder than anyone else here and is the kindest man. At the end of the day if you want to pay top dollar for a Luxury Apartment go find somewhere else. On the other hand if you want pay top dollar for a beautiful complex from the road and a terrible living experience then this is the place for you

Our experience has not been good since we moved in, this whole year we only had about 5 community events. Compared to other luxury apartments that have them monthly . Our pool is closed most of the time in summer , and they don’t maintain the hallways clean . We were promised certain amenities which we never received. The only good thing is the location and that’s it, we can’t wait to move out .

The living is very pleasant, the grounds are very clean and pleasant to roam and the walking trail is perfect.

The Symphony at Suwanee Creek apartments are in a quieter setting than most apartments in the area. The inside of the apartments are generally well appointed.

Could be a nice community, if the amenities that are promised, work. The gas bbq grills by the pool, never worked, the lobby gas fire pit, never worked, the pool cabana shade cover, wind has torn it up, I could continue.

the security of the property and the friendliness of the staff is excellent

The community has too many problem 1. Parking is horrible in front. Not Anouilh spaces and too close together. Parking in back with groceries is too far from apt. 2. Things were rushed and not done properly 3. People above me are so loud at all hours I cant get sleep. Mentioned it multiple times 4. I was shocked that they would allow pit bulls in an apt complex, especially the 2 Ive seen bark accessible. 5. Overall the apts were rushed and things are not done adequately

I put in several work orders also advised the inspectors and maintenance of the smell in the so called new apartment. Issue a month later nothing resolved. I pay rent but have to stay at my daughters house.

Symphony is such an amazing apartment complex. Not only are the staff so kind and helpful, but the complex is stunning. So glad to call symphony home

From the time I called to inquired about this community to the moment we moved in its been the best experience Ive had in an apartment community. The staff is wonderful from the leasing agents all the way up to the management! The residents are friendly and the area is is amazing!!!

Since we have moved in we are experiencing few issues which I think are not taken very seriously and given excuses for it which is not helping our stay here being comfortable

Symphony at Suwanee Creek sells its self, it is a gorgeous apartment complex. I was ready to sign the lease as soon as Kyle was done giving me the tour. I cannot for the amenities to be fully completed.

So far I have loved living Symphony! The building is brand new and clean and great quality. It definitely feels luxurious! The amenities are great and the location is PERFECT.

We absolutely love Symphony! We have lived in several apartments over the years, but none can rival the amenities, helpful staff, and overall experience we have had here!
