I really appreciate their empathetic professional support. The apartment is in a great area and was brand newly renovated. If I could give zero stars I would. Huge sewer roaches, parking space was 2 buildings away, can smell weed throughout my apartment. Asked to address these issues with no results. Lights outside were out for weeks even though you pay for the outside lights. Never again! I feel bad for the person who gets that unit. Maintenance guys were nice, when they showed up.

I was skeptical at first because the apartment I toured was so nice, and usually your apartment never even compares, but I was incredibly surprised. Every single thing about these apartments is all I could have imagined. Not only is my apartment sweet, but everyone in the office is way nice and always helpful. They go out of their way to make you feel like you are the most important person. I've never waited longer than maybe like a day for maintenance to come to my apartment, and I even get a phone call every time maintenance is done to make sure I was happy with the service. I have lived here for 2.5 years now and I thank my lucky stars that I chose to live at Symphony! Literally, this is the best apartment complex there is.

Horrible on-site property manager, completely inept. Routine Maintenance requests historically taking 30’days +. Once you sign that lease, buyer beware. Been here nearly 2 years and dealing with an aging community that was never built to support the plastic laminate flooring and the noise it creates. Let alone the paper thin walls, and plumbing where you can literally hear waste going down the pipes. Take your hard earned rent dollars elsewhere. Seriously save yourself from having to deal with the horrible on-site manager at this place.

Symphony is a very pretty place to live. The residents are nice and so are the workers on the complex. Biggest concern with Symphony is the amount of time it takes to get things fixed. I moved into an apartment that was not "maintenance ready", therefore we had to put in a couple requests to get things fixed... the day we moved in, and some of those things still have not been fixed.

At first this place seems nice. You do the walk through and the amenities seem nice and they show you an apartment that is in great shape. However, we have had an abundance of issues with our apartment since we arrived including tons of bugs, non-functioning showers, a hole in the floor under the oven, and overall the apartment was not very clean upon move-in. You can find a similar apartment elsewhere for the same price and I definitely would.

Almost a month in our new apartment with Symphony and it has been great so far. From the beginning, Brooklynn kept in contact for our journey. The whole process from the application to moving in was super easy. I am very satisfied with our home, our community we are now apart of. The neighbors are all so friendly. Our maintenance needs are attended to. So far, so great. The best part, the birds sing cute little tunes throughout the day and all the trees surrounding us. It’s just a peaceful place. I would recommend to anyone looking to be close to the city life, but still wants some peace and quiet, look no further. This is home!

Symphony is a great community and has a great location BUT the rent hikes, lack of urgency to maintenance requests, lack of amenity upkeep, and 24/7 OPEN gates do not equate the rent hikes. There are far more affordable communities renting nearby that have a cost equal to the value their apartments/townhomes provide.

Do not move here!!! Worse apartments I’ve ever lived in, in my life. The maintenance is useless, my wash room smells like the sewer. So glad I’m moving very soon and not giving them a dime. Silver fish bug infestation. TERRIBLE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE. Do not move here.

If you are unsure about moving here because of bad reviews about maintenance issues, rest assured that Kevin was hired and will make sure you get what you need fixed quickly. I have seen a lot of improvements since I moved in, and the office staff do take your concerns seriously. I know some office staff that people had issues with have been replaced and I have had no issues with them not getting back to me on something or being rude to me. Check the date on comments and call and see for yourself how you are treated. This is a beautiful complex and great location.

Beautiful place, the community is on point and very nice. The unit I live in is way better than the last place I lived and I thought that was very nice next to a lake but this place here at symphony is by far the best and most comfortable I've lived in. If your looking for a nice well maintained safe complex this is the place. Besides how good it is here the staff at the office makes it even better and communicates, very helpful.

Symphony has thus far been a good part of my experience as a tenet. The staff in the front office is knowledgeable and reliable, the community has a calm, unintrusive feel to it, and the unit provides acceptable living conditions. The management at the facility is not cooperative and maintenance is inefficient and inadequate. In March 2020 my ac/heater system broke and no one came to look at it for 3 days. In April of 2020 my bathtub cracked so that it was unusable. They marked my maintenance request complete the day after submitted it without anyone ever looking at it. It then took them until June 9th to fix it after several calls to the office where they kept asking "are you sure you want it fixed?" Finally in the end of june of 2020 my ac/heater system broke again and it took them a full week to fix it. Each time they came all they did was patch it with freon and within a couple hours it wasn't working again. However, despite it breaking after a couple hours they didn't come until the next business day. After a week of spending 90% of my time without AC they called a vendor to fix it. They never reimbursed me or offered to have me switch units. The most I got from them was an advisement to get a plug-in fan. I have since moved out. However, they do not except your keys until the absolute last day of the lease and do not let you drop them off early even if you are working the last day of your lease and cannot be in during office hours. -_-

I love living here! Symphony has the absolute best management and maintenance team who go above and beyond to be professional, helpful and friendly. The units are spacious & beautiful, the amenities are fabulous, the property is very well maintained, and the location is extremely convenient to downtown, the airport, and the suburbs. I highly recommend living at Symphony.

I do not recommend. Over priced, no communication from management, amenities do not work and are filthy, you can hear the sewage pipes from up stairs neighbors.

I've lived in Symphony Chandler apt complex long enough to see that maintenance does not work with a since of urgency nor does management hold them accountable. Recently management has asked me to move my parking space (I've had for 4 years) to accommodate a new tenant. This has shown me they lack an appreciation of tenure or financial stability and a awareness of tenants with responsible behavior. I will not re-new.

This complex and staff was great until we decided to go another route. THEY ARE WAIVING FEES IF YOU LEAVE THEM A 5 STAR REVIEW ON ANY SITE but what they fail to tell you is that you WILL still be charged this fee and you WILL NOT receive a refund unless you rent from them! I am so disappointed in how misleading this staff is. I was told that regardless of writing the review that the deposit was refundable within 72 hours. I tried calling and going into their office the following day to cancel and when I tried approaching them on this they were too busy to help me in person and were too busy to take a phone call. I finally was able to get ahold of someone on Tuesday (I did try calling Monday as well) and was told that I need to contact them within 24 hours for this refund. So even though I tried calling multiple times and physically showing up for this, they are telling me they will not refund this because I did not notify them within 24 hours?! **I was told verbally that this was refundable within 72 hours but the very fine print of their paperwork says 24 hours.** They also sent me a survey invite via email and there is a place on this for you to put your information to be contacted by a member of management. I requested to be contacted by their management a week ago and have still heard nothing. Do not be fooled by the fake friendly attitudes AND the fake good reviews for this company - as I said they are offering compensation for good reviews!

Mail has "vanished" when it was received and signed for when it was left with the office. Your better off to just buy a house with rent steadily going up.

The property overall is really good and is well kept by management. The property managers are friendly and helpful and the maintenance guys are too. Some of the upgrades that were recently completed are nice; however, they don't really benefit me.

I love it here, very prompt response to maintenance issues. Staff is okay not the friendliest, slightly stuck up however they are great at dealing in complaints, Clean and spacious. Lot's of roaches outside like TONS but never inside. Overall good place to live.
