The office staff is great. Very timely with maintenance requests and very pleasant to talk to. Could do a better job with enforcing lease rules such as no bikes in public areas but it’s not that big of a deal.

I’ve been at Sync at Harmony almost two years and can honestly say each year it gets better here. In my over 10 years experience living in apartments throughout Texas each year at a complex goes downhill. This is the first complex I can honestly say I love living at. Maintenance is very responsive, I love the community activities and just the order the leasing team puts in place to make sure the property remains clean and safe. I would definitely recommend.

We love living here, staff is friendly and helpful, however, I wish they would add speed bumps. People drive extremely fast through the complex. I almost had a head on collision with another vehicle because they drive through complex so fast and don’t pay attention to others. So dangerous. My other issue is the elevator in building 3 on second floor is ALWAYS broken, it will go up but not down. Desperately needs to be fixed.

I rated 5 months ago and I still feel the same way about SYNC, this is by far the best complex I have lived in. Other than the parking, loud noises from thin walls I love it here. Each time there is any issues, they are on top of it the same day or no later than the next day. The only cons I have is my patio privacy, everyone can see you from any unit and the trash fee is a bit pricey. But overall, I love the area it’s very nice and safe! This community has everything I need. I have had to have a few things done and each time Maintenence was right on it. The staff are friendly and have made things easier for us. Overall very satisfied.

It’s okay, for now. The elevators constantly go out though and the power randomly jumps. They need better pest control because there’s big cockroaches at night and the water pressure is low.

Apartments are nice and cozy and in a really good area. Lots of easy access to grocery and food places. The walls and ceilings are a little thin however so you can really hear when people stomp around. There are also some loud vehicles that are inconsiderate of the time of day sometimes.

Lauren V. has been amazing through every step of our journey in finding a home at SYNC at Harmony! Everything so far in our first few days has been wonderful, except for the fact that the elevators weren't working on the day we moved in. That made the day a lot harder!

Great the only thing I didn’t have a good experience with was the broken elevator & having to switch units. Other than that it was a smooth transition

My moving in experience was far less than desirable. I was given keys that didn’t work, the elevator for my building was down, and my apartment was not acceptably cleaned. Once the issues were corrected, it’s been smooth sailing. The amenities are great, the grounds stay clean and kept, and overall it’s very quiet.

Grounds need to be updated with fresh mulch. One gate has remained open for several days. The trash by the dumpster is horrible with bags piled up outside the dumpster until pick up.

Frequently failing of elevator is a main concern. A month ago there was no elevator for 2(two) months. It has stopped working for a week now and there is no hope for another month. What is the guarantee that if at all this is fixed and continues functioning again.

It’s quiet and feels safe. Only think that has been inconvenient is the front gate not working sometimes . Also , the trash area is pretty dirty. Other than that it’s ok .

The overall establishment is kind of shoddy. The lights and elevator took forever to fix and when the power went out there was a big lack of communication with the front office.

I’ve had a wonderful experience this far. My kids and I love our community especially the neighborhood. We are renewing our 4th lease and a 3rd bedroom. Marco has been great throughout this whole transition.

We have been living here for almost a year and we love it here so far. I wish they would add some speed bumps in the complex, people drive extremely fast through here, they don’t pay attention to where they are going and they don’t like to slow down, they will run you over. Not safe for children, disable, or elderly people. People often ride through here playing loud music, and loud cars disturbing sleep. I’ve asked about hallways being powered washed and patios but was told pressure washer was broken and they don’t do wash patio porch, and I know that is not true.

On August 1, 2024 it will be a year since I’ve moved to Sync at Harmony. I have enjoyed my time here so far. I have no complaints. In the past several months I believe management changed although I didn’t have any issues or complaints with the previous property management company I can honestly say I see such much more improvement. I am loving the professionalism in emails and overall correspondence as well as turn around time. I really appreciate the pool reservations and how the maintenance team continues to keep the property immaculate. I would definitely recommend this property.

The staff has always been nice. Small team so they seem overworked, but they do their best. Good transition apartments before moving to a home. Probably one of the better apartments in the area. My car was vandalized once, a few neighbors had their wheels stolen (Toyota and Honda cars). My bike was taken out of my garage and thrown away, the staff never reimbursed me because I couldn’t prove with a receipt I bought the bike (I bought it 15 years ago). I know this is mixed information, this is sort of the roller coaster of apartment living. When you have this many people together in one area its not going to be perfect.

So far pretty good. A couple of loud vehicles that is pretty unnecessary but overall nice and quiet for the most part. Elevator has been down a couple of times recently but they get it fixed usually pretty quickly.

Love the community and the confidence of how close everything is to the apartment complex. Just need better gym equipment and facilities. Need more shaded canopies by the pool. Also the trash system is very up and down. Outside those things. This is so far a great apartment complex.

There is no appropriate play area as in dedicated park for children.Also game room is degraded.Other than there is still many things to be improved.The front gate is always a problem

It's average feeling out here.Some of the experience is good whereas some are bad. The maintenance department is good.Some of the team at front office is not that great in response.I wish they would have responded correctly n hope they will improve in future.The patchy ground in the side of building five in still the same .

This was by far the best experience we had here in Houston. Moving from Louisiana in a short notice, was extremely stressful. The ladies at SYNC at Harmony omg was completely professional and caring. Both ladies made me feel absolutely at home and stress free, with no worries on how to get things set up. Mrs. Ashley was so sweet and wonderful, she took me to any floor plan I wanted to see and waited for me to decide which one made me feel at home. Me and my spouse went to three other locations in the Houston area, one took our deposit and lied to me about it, the second complex only wanted money and the lady was trying to flirt with my spouse. And the last one, she made us feel like we couldn’t afford anything by the way we looked. I am saying this to say, at SYNC at Harmony they will make sure you feel at home and help you with any needs you may have. Thank you so much ladies for taking a major load off my shoulders!

Sync is amazing. Great location, amenities, and overall "look". I will say that management is a little hard to get ahold of and pretty inconsistent with the information given to residents. You'll have 5 different people telling you 5 different answers to your question and its hard to get to the bottom of which one is right. Other than that we love it here!

We lived here from September 2018-January 2019 while our house was being built. It wasn’t awesome. The things that made me really want to get out were: 1) the pests- we had literally thousands of fire ants in the apartment, which bit us constantly. Thousands is not an understatement. At times we would only see a couple dozen a day. At other times we would leave for a few hours and come back to a complete infestation. We also had mice. We had 3 or 4 in the 4 months we lived there. The apartment complex did respond to our requests to exterminate (although sometimes not for several days, so we’d end up dealing with it ourselves), but they were not actually successful in any of their attempts. 2) the dogs- let me start by saying that we chose this complex because they allowed dogs, and we lived there with our very friendly golden retriever. However, many of the dogs that also lived there were not friendly. We stopped going to the dog park because my dog was attacked several times. I would look out the peep hole any time I left the apartment to be sure a dog wasn’t coming because there were so many aggressive dogs there. People would let their aggressive dogs out off the leash, and I was charged more than once by a dog who was either out by itself or had a very elderly owner who clearly could not control it. They really need to have some sort of approval process for the dogs they allow to live there. 3) the dog park- the dog park is not maintained and has no enforced rules. See above re: my dog being attacked there. In addition, it was too muddy to be useable 75% of the time. Other residents used it as a daycare- both for their dogs and kids. They’d drop their children/dogs off there and make them the responsibility of whomever wanted to actually use the dog park as it was intended. I’m pretty sure I was the only resident who even once picked up after my dog, as well. Sync has potential to be a decent complex. The location is good and the apartments themselves are decent, but they need to a) work on the pests and b) enforce the rules to actually make it a nice place to live.

When signing my lease they gave me the incorrect rent price (they couldn't do the math for the move in special to prorate it through out the entirety of the lease) not once, but THREE TIMES. I had to go in there and break it down for 2 different people. My Co-worker also lives there and they did the exact same thing to her upon signing her lease. I wonder how many people signed their lease documents without double checking anything and they pay too much monthly and don't know. She was also supposed to get a referral bonus after I signed my lease and they are denying her this because I've lived here before? No... I haven't. The office never answers the phone, ever. And they don't return the messages I've left. The manager signs off on stuff without reviewing because whoever they are approved every single wrong lease I received. This place is just poorly ran, and poorly managed. They need to do better honestly.

This place is really bad! I can't sleep because the noise is so loud from apartments around you. The problem is the apartment construction. The people are not loud. You can hear your neighbors sneeze. I'm not eggagerating. There are many vacant apartments, yet the parking for people who work and come home after 5 is the front office outside of the gate. The trash people pick up trash at midnight and wake all dogs and just leave it at the dumpster,overflowing and by lunch the property smells like a landfill. Gym equipment always out of order and room smells like feet, no cleaning supplies and the heat of the room with all the windows drys out the wipes sometimes provided. 20 kids skate and bring dogs in pool area daily with no parents. It's so loud and not resort style. Landscaping is dead and surrounded by dog poop. It's like living in the projects. Don't be fooled by pictures on website. Please don't make the same mistake we did! I don't wish this on anyone!
LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Do yourself a favor and seek housing elsewhere! If I could leave a zero star review, I would! This place is terrible. The apartments seem nice at first glance, but the floors and walls are paper-thin so you hear every sound anyone makes at all hours of the day and night. There are not enough parking spaces so you have to park outside the gates, the gym equipment is broken and has been for months, the staff will hit you with ridiculous fees every chance they get, and the dog waste trash cans are constantly out of bags so there is dog poop all over the common areas. I will be moving out as soon as my lease is up!!!
Where to start...The pool looks beautiful. Too bad there are always young children around jumping in and running around yelling unattended. Couldn't enjoy even a seat because many people that didn't even live there were using it. They tried to fix this with "pool passes" and have not seen one person ever check them outside, never have checked mine. There has been a sign on the gate that the pool is closed until further notice, for 2 weeks. Parking is atrocious, I park a 10 minute walk from my apartment multiple times a week. They will try to tell you its parking pass only, but there were exactly 22 non permitted cars parked there just this last saturday, so I had to walk from the dark corner of the complex. Trash pickup? Always at different times, and inconsistent. They just cancelled our pickup service that we are still REQUIRED to pay. Over half the month if you live near the dumpster expect you house, patio, and outside areas to smell like poop because trash piles up around the entire dumpster. Their online paying system you are charged a fee to use. Don't expect any additional amenities with the overpriced rent, expect many bugs and loud noises through the very thin walls and floors.
Don't waste your time with this place. This has to be the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. I cant wait to move out next month. The cost to live here is not worth it at all. The water bill continues to go up and up each month and the parking is just awful. The apartments look nice, but you can hear everything around you. Kids always running around unattended outside and at the pool. I was constantly requesting pest control for huge spiders inside my apartment, but it never helped. Don't even bother trying to call the office because no one ever picks up the phone or returns any messages you leave. They now charge you a fee just to pay your rent online. It's $28 a month for valet trash pickup, but its inconsistent when they show up and on weekends the trash piles up into the street by the compactor. The list of issues goes on and on with this place.

Very clean, up-to-date amenities, friendly staff, feel safe walking to or from my car no matter what time of night it is. The only negative thing is that parking sucks. Especially if you aren't home by like 6-6:30.
