The model apartment is a part of the community tour and we are happy to answer any questions you may have regarding the apartments available.
Condom wrapper on stairways. Toured this place as I know one of the occupants and it is absolutely disgusting. Filthy corridors and stairways, many people who reside here leave trash outside of doors. I have called and tried to get an actual tour of the apartments but the office management was nothing but rude, so glad I saw this place for what it is, a dirty, filthy and unlivable establishment.

After trying to get a 17 y.o. microwave replaced they said it was do to bad usage and were going to charge me $275 to replace it. I told them No thank you that I'd have my guy come and do it for cheaper. They do not communicate with you. No emails. No text until I had them come and look at the microwave. Management service has dropped in the last year. Sad after being here for 10 years.

We are in contact with your father and he does receive regular community updates from our team. We apologize you are not satisfied with the service he is experiencing, but we have always assisted him with any request.
Staff is rude and not helpful once you live here. Dirty grounds at the back and fencing is falling apart. When I phoned area manager she has not even had the decency to return any of my calls. Paint is peeling of walls and it was just repainted. Stove hasn’t been working properly for over a year it still hasn’t been fixed. Molding in vents.

I have been living in apartment complexes for the last 10 years and this has to be the worst one I have ever lived in. About a week after I moved in there was a string of car break-ins that continues over a few months. They do not control the breed of dogs allowed in the complex. They say they do but looking around it is very apparent they don't care. My dog was attacked by another person's pitbull(illegal breed). When I went to the office it turned out the "resident" wasn't on the resident list and didn't belong there in the first place. My neighbor above me was broken into and given a hard time about moving out even though he, like many other residents, didn't feel safe. The neighbor next to me smoked illegal substances all the time and the scent would come into my apartment. When I complained I was told there was nothing they could do about it. The neighbor below me regularly had a homemade firepit on the balcony. I spent the bulk of my time there scared for my safety. The entire staff changed over so many times in the 1 year I lived there that I couldn't keep track of them. I would not recommend this complex to anyone. Stay AWAY!
When the apartment complex says they fixed the roof after the 6th request and Harvey comes pouring in.... Horrible maintenance and rude office staff

Recently move from Miami, while staying in a corporate apartment we decided to shop around for our first place. We decided to stop by on Sunday at 4:30 to get some quick info and maybe one quick tour. The leasing agent was hesitant to help us because she was closing. Automatically we knew she was from Panama City FL because of her nasty attitude. We asked about the available floor plans and pricing. She gave us 2 floor plans - no pricing. When asked if we can see a unit quickly, she stated that she cannot show any because it was raining. Although it had rain an hour earlier, It was not raining! Then she asked, " what else do you want." At that point, we left.

Besides Silvia, the entire staff is horrible. We have been battling flea's since we have moved in and the staff acts like they are doing us a favor. By far the worst experience I have ever had with management. Search youtube for videos not done by the complex and see what other people are saying. There are plenty of apartments around this area, this is the only one with vacancy. You should question why before you decide to waste your money here.

Silvia, the apartment rep. has been such a great help working with us to find just the "right" apartment to suit our needs. The overall amenities available are unbelievable and the fact that there is an actual outside locked storage which is individual to each apartment will allow us to store our bikes. Because of this benefit, we will save money because we won't need to rent extra storage The provided doggie parks for big dogs and for small dogs is amazing. This apartment complex is a "real " home. Thanks for making our life better.
