We needed to keep our kids in the same school until the school year was over. We decided to rent a one bedroom apartment at SYNC at Nobu for three months. We DID NOT live in the apartment. We just paid rent. I took pictures and did inventory and emailed to the main office. The apartment was dirty inside and the balcony had bird poop all over it.No big deal for us since we weren't living there. Fast forward- Time to turn the apartment back in. Well they did the walk through and we informed them we didn't live in it. Everything seemed fine. Well they sent us a bill for $70.00 for power wash for a carpet never used. Then we are given the whole thing (it is in writing). We didn't sign our inventory form that magically is not available to them bc you have to come in and have leasing office and you sign it TOGETHER. Amazing how they follow protocol at the end but not at the beginning (where papers need to be signed) So *****WARNING**** if you decide to rent here: * You will get a dirty apartment * The only clean and nice place is the leasing office *You WILL get charge power wash for a carpet not used and a service never done.( I did get a dirty apartment) *The interior of the apartments are really worn down *They are quick to send you to collections for the power wash scam. I am sure they have a few others up their sleeves. *Make sure Leasing office and you sign the Inventory sheet at the beginning. (They will pretend they never got it) ***I hope my experience helps you ;)

Just moved out of our apartment. We didn’t have issues while we lived there. Once we moved out, we were sent photos of items that were left in the closet. One of which was a file that had tax returns, photos, birth certificates, Etc. I immediately called them, and they said they threw them away. How can they just throw something like that away without contacting me to let me know it was left behind. I realize it is my responsibility to remove items but mistakes happen, and things are crazy when you’re moving. Now I have to worry about my personal items floating around. A little common courtesy, and a simple call could have resolved all of that. I have been in that same industry, and I would never throw something like that away without contacting the previous renter. When we called they simply said we forfeited our items. This is the worst customer service and just plain lack of human decency.

The area is ideal and cost per square feet is good for the area.My problem is the waiting for repairs that STILL need to be done on my home due to the February winter storm. The damages not done by me just a casualty of the snow and freezing temperatures. The management on this process has been HORRIBLE. It feels like you are being penalized because you don’t want to or need to transfer to another apartment. You want to rely on your apartment property management is being truthful when they give you a date of repairs to start and almost two weeks later NOTHING has been done, NOTHING, not one start of any repair. You email every day that no repairs have started just to be told it will the next day and still nothing. You email on April 14th and 15th just to no get an out of office reply that the property manager is out for a few days.Yet I should just transfer to another unit and be thankful for the 2 week credit as informed by the apartment property management and their executive management when the concern with them shares time and time again is I want to go back to my home, the one I have continued to pay for. And to be honest the two credit was not a two week credit since that credit had to be applied to the pro rated rent to a apartment I don’t really want to transfer to. This Apartment Company set this advertisement that you should make their complex your home but have shown no desire, urgency or effort to get me back into mine.

Breath of fresh air dealing with office staff. Beautiful apartment, just the right size for this bachelor. Pool is an accent and gym is nice and adequate. Overall great place to live... no bugs.

The breezeways arr filthy they NEVER clean them. Dog excrement frequently found on sidewalks. Little gym with equipment that is old and worn. Useless! Super thin walls can hear neighbors all around me. That includes everytime they flush their toilets, turn on a faucet, converse, or have sex. Yes I'm serious it's annoying. Office staff is not helpful when they decide to answer the phones and maintenance requests zzzz..... You've been warned!

Its very noise and smelly and not that clean based on the price you pay. Office staff is friendly but that;s it. Dog poops are all over the place lacks orninance and supervison. Not recommend it and the price point is not right

I had some move out charges that i agreed to pay to the previous owners but during transition to the new owners, nobody got back to me in MONTHS via email and they wont agree to take it off my credit report. VERY unprofessional of the management. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! I also always had a bug problem in my apt and the cheap laminate floors and countertops were already lifting up because it was bad quality! Save your money, move elsewhere!

I moved here when it was brand new. I was the first person to ever live in my apartment so I thought it would be great. It was expensive, but I was willing to pay a bit more for a really nice place. Well, I lived here for two years and regretted extending for that second year almost immediately. The walls/ceilings are so thin you can hear everything, and I had very loud upstairs neighbors. The other problem is bugs. I was in an apartment at the back by the greenbelt and during the hot summer months, mainly August & September, crickets would come into my apartment by the dozen. Bugs can get into the apartments through the A/C vents, don't ask me how but my next door neighbor and I both saw them dropping out of the vents. It got pretty gross. The breezeways in the buildings looked like a great cricket massacre had taken place - dead crickets by the hundreds, and they only rarely got cleaned. I could have put up with the upstairs neighbor stomping around like an elephant, but having crickets and scorpions as roommates was a deal breaker for me. The apartment looked great, and it was nice to have a washer & dryer in the unit. Most of the office staff were nice (except one who I believe is no longer there) and maintenance requests were handled timely. I had my own parking space (paid extra for a car port) and never had any issues with parking. Overall, it could have been great, but they really dropped the ball on the bug issue. If you decide to move here - get an apartment on an upper floor away from the trees.

My boyfriend and I moved into here together. We moved in here in 2013 and have lived here going on 2 years. They're so beautiful inside and the neighbors there really are your neighbors. Everyone is so friendly. The staff up front are the sweetest girls I've ever met, they help you with everything you need. The 24 hour emergency maintaince is the best! They're pet friendly as well, they even have a small dog park for your dog to burn some energy! It's also great to go running/walking around. We've never had problems here because the staff is really the best.

Had high expectations for my new apartment. Constant issues needing maintenance to come in and out of my home for the first year. Management companies has changed three times, the last time without notification. The pool is beautiful but not family-friendly. On any day you will find a lot of nonresidents, alcohol, and smoking in the pool. This continues often until the late hours at night. Rent is insanely expensive for the community you're living in. I expected more. The worst part is the paperthin walls. Typical apartment living with one of the highest price tags in town.

Having lived here two years now, I would definitely recommend Nobu Station. The place is quiet, well maintained and the staff is super friendly. I've only had a couple maintenance requests but they were done within 24hours! Overall the price is fair for the amenities and apartments.

Have stayed in this apartment for a year. Everytime I needed work to be done It gets seen on time. I recently had my AC literally frozen while I was out of state and when i arrived and saw the problem, they fixed it the same day. I have no problems with neighbors. There is ample parking right at my building. I also like that the complex is just across the street from the fire station. Right now there is construction in front of the apartment for Dunkin Donuts and Baskin but it looks like it will be finished soon. I will be renewing my lease soon.

NoBu Station—this is a great place to live. Here's why...the apartments are nicely designed, never hear my neighbors, the grounds for the most part are taken care of. Every time I go to the office the ladies that work here are so friendly and fun. One complaint—the outside—stairs have never been cleaned. I do wish that would be cleaner. But like I said, the apartment itself is wonderful.
