Since around November 2022, I have experienced long delays in repairs to the following: no central heat for many days, no hot water for days. I reported a leaking sink in November that was not fixed until January. I reported a running toilet in early January. Nothing at all was done until 4 days later, when I wrote management concerned about maintenance not replacing the broken toilet parts, and my water bill. I requested the broken toilet parts be replaced that day. Management said maintenance said the toilet was just clogged, and that's why the toilet was left running, evidence that maintenance never even looked at the running toilet. Management said they would credit my account for the days of the running toilet. Then, they wrote to say they wouldn't, that my bill had not been impacted. My utility water-sewage bill has tripled since December. Management, first, ignored my emails for a few days this week where I expressed concern about plumbing and their water/ sewage bill. After I called, they wrote to say I will just have to pay this tripled bill, while they look into things. They claim they will try to credit my account for the running toilet days next month, but they cannot do anything at all to fix my tripled water/sewage bill due on March 1st. They expressed no planned resolution to the plumbing problem causing the bill to triple.

Stay away from this place. Awful staff who only break things instead of fixing and there’s TWO STRAINS OF MOLD IN ALL THE VENTS!! Will charge fees for non existing animals. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!

Everything was great until I got the quote which said 14 months. When I asked if I could do a 12 month lease they said that that was impossible. I'm sure this may not be a huge deal for some people but for me who will be graduated in a year I can't afford to pay 3k for a place I won't be at when I'm gone. They weren't willing to work with me on it one bit and where quite frankly pretty rude about it. It seems pretty standard practice to do a 12 month lease at an apartment but not at the Sync...

Purgatory Creek has been really great to us. Everything from the aesthetics to the functionality. The usability of the fitness center, pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna has been a major plus and then being able to go home to our spacious apartment and cook on our nice gas stove with an optional griddle. The granite counter tops are beautiful and the kitchen dining room and bathroom lights have a dimming feature that I don't think I want to live without for the rest of my life. Our apartment has a washer and dryer included and they work great and if we every have any issues or maintenance requests they are always solved quickly and professionally. The patio has lots of space and storage as we store mountain bikes and kayaks along with all of our hunting and fishing gear and still have room for other things. This place used to be more of an adult atmosphere but more and more college kids are moving in because there is no where else for them to go. Other than have a few loud neighbors on occasion we love this place and they only reason we are moving is because we already paid over $1000/month for our one bed apt and they decided to raise our rent $1120 if we wanted to stay and for that price we might as well get a house. If you can afford it, it is totally worth it. You wont find a better managed complex with all the great amenities and luxury features. Happy hunting!

Great apartment complex! Each apartment is new and the management is always very helpful and quick to get work orders done. Best place I have lived. Safe and good for families. Pool and Gym areas are clean and maintained.

We have the largest unit in the complex and it is a great lay out. With wonderful out door living space. The wrap around balcony not only affords generous space for lounging, eating and "gardening" but also overlooks a wooded area with deer coming right up to our back yard. Granite counter tops and large luxury bath rooms. The pool and spa are resort like. When we first moved in management was on top of everything. Management has changed 3 times in 2 years (we have been here 3) and it takes time for each to get up to par which can be frustrating. But we still love it here!
