The location and pricing initially attracted us to this apartment, especially since we had previously lived in another Sync property. However, after two years, the continued decline of the property made it clear that it was time to move. Upon moving in, we found the unit was far from move-in ready. The floors were filthy, the blinds were covered in old dust, and the dishwasher filter was full of gunk and mold. We had to hire a professional cleaner at our own expense. While management did send cleaners back after our complaint, it was too late as we had already addressed the issue ourselves. Four months into our stay, we experienced a water leak from the kitchen wall that spread through the flooring near the dishwasher. Despite multiple calls to maintenance, the issue was initially ignored because they couldn't identify the source. It was later discovered to be a roof leak in the unit above us, which required over two weeks to fix. The entire ordeal lasted more than a month. During the spring and summer, the bug infestation was horrendous. Despite being charged monthly for pest control, the treatments were ineffective. We had to take matters into our own hands by using bug traps and spraying around the unit to fend off wood ants and fire ants. The property’s upkeep was disappointing. Dog poop was left scattered around despite frequent reminders from management to clean up after pets. Overflowing dog trash bins made the situation worse, creating a terrible smell, especially during the summer. We also had persistent issues with leaking toilets, which required multiple visits from maintenance. The property appears to be deteriorating from within, likely due to water damage, as evidenced by the constant moisture smell that necessitated air purifiers. The amount of police activity and random people walking around the property is very high, making it feel unsafe and unsettling. The gated entrance was often broken, the trash chute was frequently out of order, and trash pickup was inconsistent, sometimes not happening at all. Upon moving out, we were unfairly charged for "missing" items in the unit, despite having photos and videos taken on our move-out date that clearly showed these items were present. Management never responded to our emails providing this evidence. Overall, I strongly advise against moving here. The management’s neglect and the property’s poor condition made our experience deeply unsatisfactory.

I recommended an Aunt to stay here for a year. And she loved it. Everytime I would visit i would admire the beautiful countertops and cabinets with their architecture and design. Amazing stay!

I have rented at various properties in Georgia for years, and never have experienced as awful, disrespectful and unprofessional service as I have with Sync on a consistent bases. Management and corporate do not hold their staff accountable- they only care about your money and abiding by their numerous, picky rules. You can’t have peace of mind when you know the office staff you have to turn to are unrealistic, unreasonable and most importantly unprofessional.

I do not recommend anyone stay here. The staff here is very rude and picky about everything! They also have a lot of unnecessary fees. I’m really sad that I renewed my lease with them. They didn’t let me renew for another 7 months without having to move or upgrade, on top of that my rent would have went up another $200.... the gate code that is given almost never works correctly, I always have to go up to the gate and let people in. I constantly email the front office asking them to fix it and I don’t get a response. Also they have screwed me on my rent twice this year. I’ve paidy rent on time if not early every month but they don’t run the payments until days after the 1st even though it shows it has already taken out of my account.! They will then send me a pre-eviction notice and charge me a late fee for no reason !! And they have now told me i cannot pay my rent online that i have to bring a money order in every month, which is ridiculous again because it is not convenient. Also the are very picky about the trash and what time you put it out and I don’t think it’s fair because I work overnight & out of town and it doesn’t always fit their time schedule of putting the trash out .. when I do they send pictures threatening to fine me! It’s bad enough that I pay for valet and they get to be picky about when they want to pick up trash!! I can’t wait to move out of this place!! As long as I don’t have to deal with the front office I guess I’ll okay.. Please avoid if you can..

I have lived in the complex for 3 years . The only reason why I left is I bought a new home , other wise I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good place to live. The management team goes out of there way to help you . They are very easy to talk too. And very understanding
I have lived here going on two years now. My 3 bedroom apartment is very spacious and gorgeous due to the new granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances they installed this past year. It's nice having two dog parks to take my two dogs to. My only complaints are with the new management. It took two months to change my number on the gate after calling day in and out. It's not just that it takes so long on anything now and the cost has gone up to the point I may not stay another year. If you can get past management everything else is pretty nice.
Ten Oaks is a safe and very nice community. I have lived in the community since it was built. The townhomes are wonderful. Recent upgrades were made for kitchen and baths.
Great place to live except now there is road construction next to building which makes it unbearable. The best office staff ever...talk to Tucker or Danielle they are some of the nicest people I have ever met and will go above and beyond to help and make you feel at home. As a community it's nice and safe with a good mix of people and lots of police officers who reside here. One of the nicest communities in the area at an affordable price.
