Nice enough apartments and location, the issue is how they are run. Constant fees and penalties for little things, such as trash pickup, they threaten to send packages back, my car has been booted here twice. Not a pleasant renting experience, it's like the management is in constant conflict with tenants. Where does all this money that they charge because trash wasn't put out at the exact right time even go??

Neighbors playing music extremely loud, you can feel the bass under your feet. I’m on the top floor! Several car break-ins that they down play. Run from this property!

Renter Beware - This apartment complex allows their management (NOT their tenants) to AirBNB (which I was told in the beginning of my lease was not the case and was expressly forbidden.) Do you want a new neighbor every night/week? I never would have signed the lease if I had known this was the case. The management is quick with generic responses to concerns and issues. I can only speak for building 300-there are no elevators, and the walls are so thin I can hear people coming up and down the stairs. I've made multiple complaints regarding my upstairs neighbor and the noise she makes with absolutely noting being done. The security gates routinely break down (earlier this year, a motorcycle was stolen from the main complex.) The trash service which is mandatory to pay for isn't the most reliable and there are feral cats that get into the trash that people leave in the hallways. I have even reached out to corporate solely regarding the fact our parking lots are filled with cars that aren't owned by leasing tenants and can't get anything except more generic answers about how the problem is being looked at. Do yourself a favor and ask tenants before you rent here-this corporation is truly awful and I won't be sorry to go.
This place has been through several management changes in the past few years. Danielle is the only staff member that is reliable, professional and knowledgeable. The maintenance and staff is unprofessional. It does not feel safe. I would not recommend women to live here on their own. I cannot wait until my lease is up. Move here if this is your absolute last option... matter fact, I wouldn’t even move here if that was the case.

Lieing staff and management. Avoid this place. Unpleasant experience. constant charges for every little thing. i.e., washer dryer, garbage, receiving your packages(you don't get them if you don't pay) mystery fee for damage upon moving out though I painstakingly made sure apartment was in perfect condition. Management doest care about tenants. They are there to get apartments rented. They will say whatever they have to to get you to move in. Unethical, misleading and insensitive. AVOID.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!! My wife and I decided we wanted to move back to Atlanta from New York back in May of 2017. We looked around and decided on Elysian at Collier. We were approved and made our online deposits and app fees ($400) to secure our new place. Mid June we were told by Danielle that our apartment was "No longer available"??? Weird considering we paid a deposit and even had an apartment number. After this we decided we did not want to live at a location that didn't even respect the agreement we made before even moving in. What other problems might arise if they couldn't even get the first step correct? After telling Danielle that we would not be taking the apartment, we were told that we would get our deposit back within 2 weeks. Today is 9/24/17 and guess what, no deposit refund. That is 4 months without our refund. It gets worse. Mid June is when we started making calls and spoke to the property manager named Steve in hopes of getting our refund. Steve takes down all of our info at least 3 times on three different calls, but you guessed it, no refund. The next time I call back, I'm informed that Steve "no longer works there" which was probably just a lie. After literally and I mean literally 20 more phone calls and conversations, you guessed it, no refund. This place is a joke, and after reading the other bad reviews about this place, I thank GOD that we didn't move in here. Imagine yourself calling to get a refund from anywhere and being told by 3-4 different people for months that your "check has been cut" and walking to your mailbox everyday, just to find nothing. If you like to be hung up on, left on hold for 15mins (just so that you will give up and end the call), or lied to, well I guess this is the place for you. Its just sad and disgusting that a shady apartment complex has stolen my money, lied to me and my wife on multiple occasions and has no remorse for their actions. I thought Tiffany was my one ray of hope, but even she led me on for weeks at a time. I am currently pursuing legal action, and suggest that you do the same if this has happened to you. please excuse any brevity or typos.
The whole place was built next to a trucking company. Its too loud, we have slept terrible every single day since we arrived.... trucks across the street running 24 hours a day (its worst between 12am and 8am)! STAY AWAY.
Apartment has great light! The housing staff is really nice and courteous. They send you emails when your package arrives. Pool is always clean as well as exercise room. Pretty much a dream apartment with open floor plan for kitchen and living room. Good appliances. A little pricey but worth every penny.
I really fell in love with these lofts when they were first built because I've always wanted to live in a loft style home in the city of Atlanta and they're aren't many to choose from. The property is a nice size with not too many buildings and it's has a lot of young professionals. It's also in the heart of West Midtown and close to everything which is great. -Brittany B.
