I recently moved to SYNC CityCentre for a short-term stay from Australia, and I can’t say enough good things about this place. Mychal was absolutely fantastic! The time zone difference could have made things difficult, but Mychal made the whole application process so much easier, answering all my questions quickly and making sure everything was set up before I even arrived. He was incredibly patient and went out of his way to accommodate my needs. The property is beautiful, and the service has been top-notch. I’m so glad I chose to stay here!

Living at SYNC City Centre has been a highly disappointing experience. There have been numerous issues that have detracted from my quality of life in the community. The outdated HVAC system in my unit has made it difficult to relax in my home, as it fails to maintain a comfortable temperature. Combined with the excessive noise levels from other residents, it has been hard to get a good night's sleep or just relax in my own space. Security concerns at SYNC City Centre are also a severe issue. Auto theft is a common occurrence at the complex, which is alarming, and management has not taken adequate measures to address the problem. This has left me feeling vulnerable in my own home. The undependable nature of utilities such as "Trash Valet" and the frequent pool closure for "repairs" only add to the frustration of living at SYNC City Centre. Finally, the fact that residents are presented with unreasonable rent increases after their lease contract has expired is deeply concerning. Management is not prioritizing the needs and concerns of its residents. Overall, I am highly dissatisfied with my living experience at SYNC City Centre, and I cannot recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable, secure, and dependable living environment.
New management sucks. The office people DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. They don’t return calls, they don’t even answer the phone most of the time, so everything has to be done in person. Total Hassle.Most times I show up and I know they know me, but just act like I’m a stranger. Not one single request has been smooth - either it’s lost, or they do the wrong thing or they just don’t follow up. I have zero confidence in any of them. Our lease will be up soon and I can’t wait to move. Too bad too, I liked how responsive and service reinter the old property management/owner was, but this new crew is ridiculous.
The main issue at this complex currently is the terrible construction work outside. It has been ongoing all the time I have been here and has been noisy and dirty. The proximity of Sam Houston Tollway and I10 also make sitting on the balcony not very appealing.

I love this place .It's so great. I just wish the builder would have taken more time with smaller details... paint and things that I really notice in a home.
The atmosphere is incredible and the people who work here are so easy to talk to. Most of all they actually care about the tenants on the property.
Parking is an issue. The overall design of this garage is terrible. For the end entrance closest to city centre it is too tight for trucks to turn into the garage and enter the gates without backing up causing a traffic jam. To try and walk to city centre from the apartment is dangerous as there is currently no sidewalk and you must cross the entrance of the neighboring garage where cars enter at excessive speeds.
This community look nice and very friendly. The apartment are modern. Is located at the middle of the best shopping center, entertainment, restaurants, etc. Are Between Katy (my old home) and Down Town.

It is convenient and the amenities are great here! If I need any help they are fast to fix it and They answer all of my questions too.
The amenities and facilities are beautiful but without the staff it would not be so awesome. You can not replace the human experience. From Sammie, Linda and Flora to Alexis, Kim, Megan and Leslie the staff is superb!! I do wish I saw evidence of a security person.
Great location and very friendly and attentive staff. The apartment is nicely finished so I don't feel like I live in a college apartment. Then again, for what I am paying compared to other nearby complexes, it should be nice.
