Tucked into the mountains in the middle of the Coconino National Forest, Flagstaff encompasses everything fascinating about Arizona. It is in the shadow of the state's tallest mountain -- Humphreys Peak, and it is home to the Arizona Snowbowl Ski Resort. It is also near the Wupatki National Monument, Walnut Canyon National Monument, Meteor Crater, and Grand Canyon National Park. But while the outdoor adventures in Flagstaff range from hiking and mountain biking to snow skiing and snowboarding, this isn't just a resort city -- Flagstaff is home to Northern Arizona University, a top-ranked, public research university established in 1899.
Being home to one of the world's best universities is just the beginning. Flagstaff is also the location of the Lowell Observatory, one of the oldest observatories in the country, dating back to 1894. Considered one of the world's most important places, the observatory was where Pluto was discovered in 1930.

Property Ratings at Table Rock - Historical Access
Well priced, friendly staffed, decent location. Maintenance could be better but still a good place to live for college students.
Staff always very helpful and kind. As well as being in a nice area.
Pretty decent, it's not easy to find a better deal within Flagstaff.
I lived here a couple of months now and have loved my stay so far! Staff and maintenance are super friendly and made moving super easy. Love my cozy little home and hope you consider TableRock.
The staff at table rock made the entire process of getting an apartment easy and stress free. They’re super nice people and helped as along the entire application and move in process. Highly recommend other businesses take notes on table rock for how to treat customers right. 10/10 staff.
I moved in like a month ago. The staff at the front desk are so welcoming! They have put down whatever they’re working on to help me. I also love my unit and the new flooring. Thank you, Table Rock.
They have very nice workers and the apartment itself is pretty decent.
The office staff are friendly and the neighbors are nice
Table rock has been a great community with such a nice staff! It is a very convenient location especially if you are an NAU student!
It has in unit washer/dryer, 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, a balcony and the living room is spacious! Really happy about moving here
i just moved in a few weeks ago, and only have good things to say about table rock. the apartments exceeded my expectations, and the staff are the sweetest most helpful people ever! would 100% recommend leasing here!
As home is far away, it’s so good that I found a place that can provide the same amount of comfort. I appreciate how involved staff is and how important community is to them.
Cheap yet good quality apartments and clean! Great apartments to start in!
One of the leasing agents, Maddie, was SUPER helpful when me and my roommate were searching around for apartments. When we arrived to the office she was friendly, very outgoing, and made sure all of our questions were answered. The team here also made sure we were able to get moved in at a decent time before our other lease ends at another place. Overall love team at the property:p
I enjoy living here! The apartment is so comfortable and it’s super close to NAU! 10/10 recommended
I’ve only been living here for about a week but it has been amazing so far! Personally I love the little gifts they give to us in the office. Happy to be here!
This place is EXCELLENT for a part time student looking for off-campus housing. It’s affordable and spacious and in a good location.
Great location and very welcoming. The apartments are very spacious and very good amenities
Has a very spacious living space surrounded by really pretty nature. The two bedroom is just the right size for me and my roommate. The kitchen has all the appliances you need!
I love this place! And maintenance and staffing is 1000% willing to help you immediately. A very calming and relaxing place to be! :) As someone who has never had an apartment, it’s been a breezy process!
I love how homey and comfortable Tablerock is. The staff is very welcoming and so helpful!! They always know how to explain things and make you feel at ease!
great sized apartments in a cute little complex. love the vibe and the staff is super helpful!
Rent is cheaper compared to most places near NAU, and they rent by unit which allows you to have more people live there and make the rent even cheaper!!!
One of the leasing agents, Maddie, was SUPER helpful when me and my bf were searching around for apartments. When we arrived to the office she was friendly, very outgoing, and made sure all of our questions were answered. The team here also made sure we were able to get moved in at a decent time before our other lease ends at another place. Overall love team at the property:p
Table rock apartments are so cute, I love it there! my favorite part about table rock is how the vibes are amazing and the apartments are so affordable compared to everything else in flag! I love how it’s based on unit and not per room. flagstaff is gorgeous, and the views are amazing, the trees and mountains are to die for! the apartments are very clean and the area around the apartments seem nice, can’t wait to move in! what’s not to love about Table rock<3
Haven’t lived here too long but so far my family and I love it. It’s quiet, peaceful, clean. The staff from maintenance to the office has been super friendly and helpful. The move in process was so easy. I highly recommend this place for anyone whose looking for an apartment in flagstaff.
The staff is very helpful, especially Maddie! She is very kind and always willing to help
If you’re looking for a place close to campus and super affordable rent you came to the right place. The management is the best and always helps with all your needs. And the maintenance staff is amazing at there job. Over all the best place I have lived
The office is nice and helpful. They are also pet friendly.
The office staff is incredible helpful and kind. Made the lease process very pleasant
The staff is awesome and the apartments are decent! Very dark after dark though, the walkway lights tend to not work sometimes
Table Rock is an ideal college apartment. It is probably the most affordable place in Flagstaff. The office is always doing fun contests, including Table Rock’s cutest pet, pet of the month, giveaways and more! I have lived here for two years already and recommend to friends looking for a place to live!
Affordable in relation to other places in flagstaff
The maintenance came rather quickly and fixed what they could. There are frequent events that are fun, and the front desk is always pleasant to talk to and helps to fix any brought up situations as fast as possible.
i moved in about a week ago and it was a great experience so far! very smooth application process that only took less than a week! i was able to move in right away as well! very dog friendly and has great areas to walk around, very close to campus and maddie is so friendly!! definitely recommend moving here!
Awesome, friendly staff, fun activities and just a great place to live. Pet friendly too!
I was not impressed by Table Rock Apartments whatsoever. When my roommate and I first moved into the apartment, it had not been cleaned, there were still buckets of paint in the closet, the garbage disposal didn't work, we didn't receive a microwave for a month, the window in the master bedroom was falling apart, the carpet was coming up and had candy and gum stuck in it, the sinks were clogged, along with many other issues. They did replace the carpet, but the replacement floors was the worst flooring job I have ever seen and they got blue glue everywhere that we had to clean up. Table Rock's response to maintenance requests took months or were ignored. When it snowed heavily, many cars were blocked into the parking lot due to inadequate plowing and many of the walk ways weren't cleared or were iced over and hazardous. The only good thing I can say is that the apartment was spacious and the receptionists were very pleasant and helpful. Table Rock Apartments are extremely over-priced for the low quality of the living space.
Not Impressed. We moved my daughter in almost four weeks ago. We were told the carpets were professionally cleaned. We used our Dyson and got a whole canister full in just one bedroom. The back patio is disgusting with stains all over. We had to wipe down the cabinets from dust. We also noticed that all the outdoor lights around the apartment are burnt out. When my daughter walks from the parking lot to her apartment it is extremely dark and very dangerous. We've called three times and been told it will be fixed. It still isn't fixed!! Many times during office hours no one answers the phones. Their first months rent was messed up. Do they take anything seriously??? I hope things get better, but I'm not impressed at all!!
Property Manager at Table Rock - Historical Access, Responded To This Review
Michelle, We want all our residents to feel comfortable in our community and apologize that this has not been your experience. Unfortunately we do not seem to have a record of you as a resident. I would like to follow up with you to learn more. Please contact us in the leasing office. Thank you, Monica Gatlin, Community Manager
These apartments are perfect for a student to live at during their time at college because the local university is just around the corner. There are plenty of hiking and biking trails on the same street that I use all the time. Whenever I have needed any maintenance done on the apartment the service was attended to in a timely manner. The front desk manager is very nice and professional.
