My experience excellent, would highly recommend living here. The staff is very friendly to me, what's nice is that this apartment is set in between my college in San Marcos, and my job in San Antonio.
Grounds are clean, pool always looks good, plenty of parking, lots of resident events, and community is quiet. Apartments are big and lots of closet space.

Its been good besides the construction outside. A while back it was constant noise and also having my whole apartment shake from the larger machinery used. Everything else i could complain about is part of apartment living. Just the construction between the panda express and now new offices the one thing that has been an issue. Great otherwise.

Living here has been wonderful! I’ve lived in several apartments and used to be an apartment locator, so I’m well versed and I can say this property is great. It’s quiet, I feel safe, neighbors are not a problem, maintenance guys are ON IT and very nice/helpful, office ladies are superb and yep, I have zero complaints, wildly enough!

I really enjoy living in this paridise it’s definitely a resort feel to it the tenants are so nice and welcoming. I love it at night with all the lights and it is definitely quite I love to read by the pool and enjoy when the food trucks come it seems as if I’m on vacation all the time. If I ever had a Metance problem it was easy to get addressed and quickly taken care of

The office staff is knowledgeable and pleasant to interact with regarding issues. The grounds and maintenance are kept, and work orders are completed in a timely manner. I went to check out the new apartment complex across the street from HEB on Independence Drive. They are brand new. They have an elevator and a covered carport for residents. I thought that was amazing. However , the amenities did not compare to Tacara's place. Their gym is very tiny with limited equipment. The gym hours ended at 10pm. The clubhouse is actually an extension from the leasing office and also closes at 10pm. They have no storage closets. Their balconies are very tiny. We have no idea how good we have it here at Tacara. The grass is definitely not greener elsewhere. I love it here

Dogs are constantly off leash. Maintenance man is good at his job, but management is unhelpful and combative with resident issues. Units are also poorly redone, like cracks in the island and various stains on wall/ceiling. It’s an expensive place to live.

Great place to live! “Small” community. We just moved in but so far seems very quiet. The amenities are nice, I just wish they heat the pool a little. Only thing I don’t like is that they came in to our apartment without our permission to do repairs and that was extremely worrisome, we felt our privacy got violated. Other than that so far so good! I would definitely recommend Tacara, Westpointe.

So far so good. I wish the gym had more free weights and machines. A barbell would be really nice. Outside of that, I haven't had the chance to check out the other amenities.

I love living here! The move in process was smooth and the front office has been so helpful, it’s been so great! The unit is modern and sleek, with upgraded appliances and a beautiful white paint finish. I also love the ambient lighting the bathroom sink provides. I like how they have brought in vendors little events here in there in the past but have noticed it has slowly decline wish we could continue with small community events

the grounds are clean and it is quiet here at night. Residents are very respectful. Appliances and amenities like the pool, gym, and hydromassage are new and nice

Living at Tacara has been good, we love all the amenities and how close we are to all the great dining in this area. Our favorite part of Tacara is how beautiful it is at the pool in the evening time.

The people working with me to get my apartment and lease were great. The property and amenities are perfect for my needs. Best of all is the location, close to everything I use and easy access to the loop. I found that the rent was the best deal of all surrounding properties.
