Moved in last month and have had an overall great and positive experience! Everyone’s been so nice and helpful as well as welcoming, facilities are awesome, and maintenance answers requests quickly.
Talavera is an amazing place to live, the amenities are clean and easy to use. The gym specifically is always clean and has everything you would need. The pool is great as well as the hot tub.
This is the worst place I have ever lived. They force you to pay for trash pick up that they don’t actually provide consistently. The office is understaffed and it’s hard to get packages sometimes as a result. The office is also terrible about calling back and following up with emails or voicemails.
Great location and great property. I have really enjoyed living here. There are many extra added fees on top of rent that I wish weren’t there.
Talavera is the best place I have ever lived. I feel safe here, the people who work here are wonderful and the location is perfect. This apartment complex is always quiet, clean and well managed.
Great and safe community. Very helpful staff and building management responds quickly to our needs. They hold events often that allow us to get to know our neighbours.
I have lived here since September of 2010 and I must say I love it here. We have everything so convenient for us here we are close to the shopping mall, restaurants, Parks. and Schools. If you own a Dog we have assess to Palcole Ranch where we can walk our Dogs. We have Food Trucks that comes out to feed us the most Delicious Mexican Food ever. We have Special Nights and Days that are available for the Tenants to enjoy if they choose too. The Maintenance Staff is really Awesome.
The location is the reason to move here but the price can get out of hand . Look at the unit closely before you put on an application . Good luck
The location is wonderful! They staff is great. However, I have had 3 different downstairs neighbors in the past 3 years. They have all been very tough to live by. Slamming doors and screaming children, using patio as storage, to now slamming on doors, broken windows, constantly smoking weed.
Very friendly and quiet. ?? Good parking and parking spaces actually close to your apartment. Living the ease of of the online portal. Awesome appliances and an ice maker!!!
A special thanks to the entire reception/leasing staff. They have been nothing short of amazing. Kind, always available and with a smile, it’s been a pleasure to work with them. I admittedly had many requests through the several viewings and application process, it was refreshing to experience their unconditional understanding, patience and calm. The property has a beautiful, inviting and calm energy. I love the amenities, accessibility to trails and utterly convenient location. The apartments are modern and well maintained. Excited to be here.

My family and I have been living here going on 3years. And it has been a good experience. It's clean and very well maintained. The office lady lea is my favorite. Lea is a great working and knows what she is doing.

Quiet, has wildlife and trees, trail access. Maintenance is spectacular, answers portal submissions quick and do a great job. The only minor issue is perhaps the locking gates and doors into the community.
Talavera is in the most perfect location, close drive to everything you would need. It’s quiet, clean. I love all the natural light I get, and the high ceilings.
The community is nice but the landscaping needs to upgraded, theres always something wrong with the sprinklers system and the pine cones need to be picked up

its ok. location is good, units are comfatable! but some things need to improve like security, amenities and value for the price!! they do charge avg of $150 / mo on top of your rent! insane!

I had such a great experience working with Lea! From start to finish, she was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. Moving can be so stressful, but Lea made the entire process feel seamless. She answered all my questions thoroughly, guided me through the paperwork, and even went out of her way to ensure everything was ready for move-in day. I genuinely felt supported and cared for every step of the way. If you’re looking for someone who truly values customer service, Lea is the person to see! Highly recommend.
Great community, it’s clean and quiet. The complex has 2 pools and bbq areas, a walking trail and a beautiful clubhouse. It is gated and the neighbors are great.
Good place to live. Maintenance is always top notch. My only dissatisfaction is the fact that the shrubbery near my entrance has been allowed to die without any effort to replace.
The area is generally nice and I do have a nice apartment save for some wear and tear and general low quality things. The sink is a wonderful size and the bathroom is nice (but some of the drawers and cabinets do not open due to poor manufacturing!). I wish my neighbors were quieter, they make weird noises at odd hours and a baby is always crying. I personally wish some main things about the apartment were different but that probably just means I would do better in another type of living situation. I do like the gate when it works and the Resident Portal. I wish I had an elevator. Also every time I've looked at the pool it is either closed or it looks green! I wish we were given more heads up about events, so often they just tell us the day of. Anyways, I've enjoyed parts of my stay here but I think I need to live somewhere else. Thanks Resident Portal for asking feedback.
I love it here at Talavera very peaceful community and the amenities are great. Plus shopping and transportation are 5 minutes away. Very convenient
Whenever we call the office with any concerns or questions, they answer and help us. They are always so kind and provide our community with fun activities.
Great area to live in Leah in the office is the best she’s super sweet and always willing to help maintenance is quick to come and fix any problems and I like that the office always has fun actives for the tenants
I enjoy the events and how Talavera always tries to get involved with the community. This had become more safe. I love really love a dog park in this building just how other apartments have dog parks
It’s a very relax community, the staff are always available and nice. I enjoy their interactions and also the upkeep of the community. Maintence are always on top of things whenever I put in for work to be done in my unit.
Nice and quite, the maintenace is also quick to response when you put a work order and the staff are nice and accomodating. Been living here for more than 2 years now.
It's a good community, very quiet, and relaxing. Love the walking trails around as well as the gym being accessible to us. I also like how apartment comes with amenities

Dark places in property, no dog bags theres poop everywhere. People dont respect parking lots. Rent is very expensive. People go in the pool & they dont live here

Only been living here barely 1 week but so far it's good. Nice people in the front office. Lots of amenities. Even has a trail that takes you to a private park.
I love the pools and the privacy of my very large patio. I have lived here for over 8 years and love it. The Park right next door is great for walking my dog. When I have my grandkids visit they love both the pools and the park.
I’m in love with the location Department is really high-quality and my favorite thing is there is no carpet at home There is pretty cool gym , The only thing I would say the pool can be better
I really like this community, the management staff. the clean & well lit areas. Talavera apartments is the best apartment complex I've ever lived in so far.
Front office is very helpful with moving and with any maintenance we needed, they were able to get us in very quickly and every time we call they answer.

My experience here has been mostly good. The complex is quite. The area is kept mostly clean on a consistent basis. Maintenance is very good and quick to correct the problem My appliances in the kitchen are a little worn and need to be replaced.
Rent is expensive , unsafe with no on premise security. Adding soda & snack bending machine would be great. A dog park would also be good to add
Loved the staff member I worked with when discovering these apartments Jade was amazing! Moving in was a little frustrating I agreed to one monthly amount then upon move in a bunch of monthly fees were added on making my rent jump 142 dollars. There is also a 52$ charge to pay rent online so that was a bummer. My unit specifically had a lot of maintenance problems and some still haven’t been fixed. The pool is always dirty but I believe that’s more of the tenants than apartments Other than that apartments are quiet nice and if you don’t put in to many maintenance request everybody pretty much minds their business.
It is wonderful to live in this community, it’s so peaceful and I love the community areas that it provides. The working staff is really nice and helpful all the time!!
I have been at this property for over 5 years many changes through out, good and bad. It Looks like new management are heading in the right direction.
