Great area to live in Leah in the office is the best she’s super sweet and always willing to help maintenance is quick to come and fix any problems and I like that the office always has fun actives for the tenants
I enjoy the events and how Talavera always tries to get involved with the community. This had become more safe. I love really love a dog park in this building just how other apartments have dog parks
It’s a very relax community, the staff are always available and nice. I enjoy their interactions and also the upkeep of the community. Maintence are always on top of things whenever I put in for work to be done in my unit.
Nice and quite, the maintenace is also quick to response when you put a work order and the staff are nice and accomodating. Been living here for more than 2 years now.
It's a good community, very quiet, and relaxing. Love the walking trails around as well as the gym being accessible to us. I also like how apartment comes with amenities
I’ve been living here for a few months so far the Management is very responsive. the Neighborhood is quiet and I’ve had no complaints so far.

Dark places in property, no dog bags theres poop everywhere. People dont respect parking lots. Rent is very expensive. People go in the pool & they dont live here
Overall experience has been good so far. Service requests are taken care of quickly and the staff is friendly. Complex is clean and facilities seem to be taken care of well.

Beautiful apartments very clean, & safe environment. Friendly staff and great amenities. Peccole Ranch being less than 10 minutes from the property perfect for long walks , jogs and dog walking.
Only been living here barely 1 week but so far it's good. Nice people in the front office. Lots of amenities. Even has a trail that takes you to a private park.
I love the pools and the privacy of my very large patio. I have lived here for over 8 years and love it. The Park right next door is great for walking my dog. When I have my grandkids visit they love both the pools and the park.
I’m in love with the location Department is really high-quality and my favorite thing is there is no carpet at home There is pretty cool gym , The only thing I would say the pool can be better
I really like this community, the management staff. the clean & well lit areas. Talavera apartments is the best apartment complex I've ever lived in so far.
Front office is very helpful with moving and with any maintenance we needed, they were able to get us in very quickly and every time we call they answer.

My experience here has been mostly good. The complex is quite. The area is kept mostly clean on a consistent basis. Maintenance is very good and quick to correct the problem My appliances in the kitchen are a little worn and need to be replaced.
Rent is expensive , unsafe with no on premise security. Adding soda & snack bending machine would be great. A dog park would also be good to add
Loved the staff member I worked with when discovering these apartments Jade was amazing! Moving in was a little frustrating I agreed to one monthly amount then upon move in a bunch of monthly fees were added on making my rent jump 142 dollars. There is also a 52$ charge to pay rent online so that was a bummer. My unit specifically had a lot of maintenance problems and some still haven’t been fixed. The pool is always dirty but I believe that’s more of the tenants than apartments Other than that apartments are quiet nice and if you don’t put in to many maintenance request everybody pretty much minds their business.
It is wonderful to live in this community, it’s so peaceful and I love the community areas that it provides. The working staff is really nice and helpful all the time!!
I have been at this property for over 5 years many changes through out, good and bad. It Looks like new management are heading in the right direction.
I enjoy staying here it’s quiet and clean the staff is nice and approachable, and if you need fixing the maintenace are quick to repair them
The front office staff are amazing and attentive. The complex is clean and well maintained. Maintenance shows up on time every time. Access to the Pecole Ranch trails has been a blessing for morning and evening routines.
I've enjoyed living here so far. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the grounds are kept up nicely. Service requests are responded to in a timely manner. The exercise room has decent equipment, so no complaints there. Overall in my short time that I have lived here, I don't have any real complaints.
Maintenance responds super fast to problems which i like because ive had several issues with the apartment. Office staff is nice but hard to reach
Management addresses any concern s promptly. They are very friendly and helpful when reporting any issues. I love how quiet the neighborhood is and can view wildlife from your porch.
This has been a great experience so far. The move in was very easy. We did have some maintenance issues but they have been quickly resolving them.
I was very pleased with my apartment until my car got broken into, I called the corporate office and spoke with the Leasing Manager as well, that was like almost a month ago, I was told I would get a call back to see if they would consider cameras around the parking lots as this isn't the first time it happens but they act like it is! I spoke to a fellow resident, he rents a garage unit and they broke into it as well, yet Talavera doesn't do much about it, other than send out a Anti-theft email giving us "tips" like we are 2 year olds that don't lock up our cars, it is a shame that they charge a pretty good amount in rent yet, they don't address security issues, which should be a main concern, the property has 24 hrs security but not on site so they come and go but this is not the answer to the issue, I pray my car is safe in my spot everyday!
It is Great I Love living here. It is a Great Location. The staff is wonderful especially Lara She is the best Maintenance is great too you submit a work order within 24 hours sometimes less the work order is completed and they do a Great Job!!!!

I enjoy the staff, and the grounds are very clean. I feel safe walking around the community. Maintenance is always on time when I put in an issue that needs to be fixed. And they are always friendly when we cross paths.
So far my resident experience has been nothing but positive. This complex is very organized and the communication is excellent. Amir was excellent and walked me through the entire application process. Maintenance is also great in that they respond right away. I’m glad I chose to live here because the communication, maintenance, and amenities are top tier.

A couple of things were broken upon move in: dish washer wouldn't open without opening the ove first, bathroom drawer was cracked, bathroom vent did not work, etc. However, maintenance fixed it all by the end of the week. No qualms.
Property is very nice. Enjoy living here, but my rent was raised for renewal. There are many extra fees, including an $8 service every month just to receive your bill.

We’ve been living here for 7 months now and my favorite part about living here is how quiet it is. My neighbors have been very respectful and the staff are always friendly. Lea the leasing agent is very welcoming and attentive to any concerns. Never have issues with maintenance and I love the amenities - especially the HOA trails!

This is by far one of the most beautiful and well kept properties I have had the pleasure of living on. The apartments are very spacious and quiet. I adore it here.
I enjoy and use the gym and pool alot. It's great to have the WiFi at both areas. The drawback is people don't keep their pets on a leash or clean up after them. They blatantly allow them to go right in front of your apartment and just look at you and walk right off. Overall it is a good apartment complex.
My Family and I are enjoying our time living here in this wonderful community. We have no negative thoughts or feelings on living here. It is quiet and the people and neighbors have also made it worth living here.
Everyone that works here is great, never had any issues, and when I needed something fixed, it was quick and easy. Looking forward to many more years living here.
Overall living in Talavera has been a good experience. The positives first! Lea & Ebony have been great at the front office. Grounds are kept up pretty nicely. The pools are lovely and clean for the most part. Safety and security are pretty good, besides having a package stolen from the front porch. The unit is nice with good faux hardwood floors, clean white walls, and modern fixtures. The negatives! Our downstairs neighbor has been a challenge. This is a non-smoking complex and he continues to smoke weed and it gets into our unit. He leaves his TV on at high volume all through the night. I guess it's all to be expected living in an apartment complex. Frustrating but it is what it is. Front office seems to just slap him on wrist and nothing changes. Overall it's a decent place to live. There are some really nice neighbors here, too.
I have lived here since 2020 and I can say I love the area. It’s very convenient because I have everything around me so I never have to go to far. But outside of location, there’s a lot this apartment community can improve on.
Great complex ! Amazing pools nice managment office they really care about the residents not like all the other complexes today and has a beautiful place to hike
I like it here at Talavera. Even though you are in the city you get a feel of suburbia. It’s quiet and that’s good since I sleep in the daytime. My neighbors are friendly n I like that the amenities are 24 hrs.
Great location, friendly staff. Apartments are alittle dates though . It’s been a great time living here. Shoutout to Lea. She’s really sweet
