Property Ratings at Tall Trees Village
several excessive extra charges, dirt and no maintenance
I am coming to the end of my lease and am only leaving due to a work opportunity, otherwise I would love to stay. In my 2 years here I have never had any major issues with the apartment, anytime I needed maintenance they were always very responsive on handling my request. The team that works on location has always been there to answer any questions I had throughout the entire moving and living there process. My neighbors have always been very friendly and quiet as well. The location has several shopping centers close by with food options along with grocery stores. As for my apartment I had one of the larger 2 bedrooms on site. There was ample space for all my needs and stuff I have collected over the years.
I am at Tall Trees Village. The management is very nice and will talk you through issues. It's a great location. Easy access to Septa. While I would help to have elevators, it is one of the oldest apartment complexes in Drexel Hill. I am really grateful that it has gas stoves because on the rare occasion the power goes out, I can still cook dinner.
