Poor conditions. Bad management.
These apartments are very run down. Requests for repairs go ignored much of the time. The manager is very difficult to work with. She tries to enforce "rules" that are not in the lease. And if you complain about the bad conditions of your apartment, you become a target for eviction. Also, it can be a bit dangerous at times, there are gunshots fired from within the complex several times a week.
