I’ve enjoyed living at Tamarind Bay. It’s quiet, it’s clean and my family and I feel safe. Maintenance has a quick response time and the front office is lovely.
Not bad was kinda hard after and duringg the hurricane but that’s Florida for ya. Maintenance could be better but they get the job done when it’s an emergency
Overall, I am pleased with the experience here, however there is a lot of room for improvement, that being said I would still recommend this community!
My experience with the apartments is excellent. I've lived here for 18 years. The neighbors are great. The office and maintenance staff are excellent, and they're very experienced in their work.
I just moved in 2/28 but so far Tamarind has been so welcoming and great! First of all Kathy is amazing!!!! I had to move in such a hurry and she was SO helpful and SO kind through all of this. I probably looked at 8 complexes and knew this one would be great because of my experience. The maintenance guy is also great! I put a few requests in after I moved in & they were completed within the same day. I think I’m really going to love it in this community!
Nice place. Not troublesome and very cool people at management. As everything some things could be better but overall it has been a pleasant experience so far
Tamarind Bay is a great place to raise children with a family environment. Management promotes positive relations; something tenants are looking for.
I have had incredibly positive experiences with our community here at Tamarind Bay since moving in. Ms. Kathy is so kind and helpful. The maintenance crew has been very responsive and helpful. I’m looking forward to the summer by the pool.
Staff is absolutely amazing!! When you need something fixed they are on it. A quiet community and very well kept. I love the wildlife and the lake view! Very satisfied.

Great overall experience when there’s a problem with the apt the maintenance responds very quickly. Love the food truck that come here. Love the free breakfast they have at the office on occasion

Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner, office personnel are very personable and the office personnel communicate events/updates in a timely manner. We've had very little issues with neighbors. The area is very nice; outside of the hustle and bustle but still close to everything you could need. Biggest complaint is the walls are fairly thin, so you hear people talking as they walk past and your neighbors every now and then.

Tamarind Bay doe's not only have beautiful grounds with a fabulous pool but also offers supportive staff and great neighbors. It’s a safe community where people are helpful to each other.
I feel lucky to have found this community after what seemed like an exhaustive search for a new apartment. There are many in the area that I toured but Tamarind Bay was the one that gave me the best vibe and feeling of home.
My experience as a resident ay Tamarind Bay is excellente, as I have been living here for 18 years. I feel producto of my neighbors and the office staff, who are very friendly and experienced in their work. The maintenance staff is good y very serious about their work. I live in an environment full tranquility, listening to the birdsong. I am very blessed to live here.

As a 20-resident of Tamarind Bay, I enjoyed its beautiful and peaceful surroundings: Thanks to the extraordinary efficiency and care of the administrative staff and grounds supervisor, it is one of the most relaxing and safest places to live; for however long or short one wishes.
Very friendly residents, and a intimate complex. Great complex communication, fun optional events hosted by the office. The complex is very quiet and clean grounds. Also love the nature aspects (birds/wildlife, walking path, pond, etc.).
Always great service and clean environment. If something is broke it's fix ASAP. Staff is always available and willing to listen to any concerns.

This is a really decent place to live. The apartments are older and renovated but Management is really responsive and it is a pretty quiet neighborhood.

The only reason I'm giving Tamarind Bay 3 stars is because of a few residents. I think Tamarind Bay is a picturesque community that endeavors to keep their residents engaged, safe, and happy. I have no complaints about that aspect at all. I do wish there was an optum to have a washer/ dryer inside of the apartment but from what I've heard, this is typical of Floridian apartments to not have that option. Again it's a few neighbors who have made me very uncomfortable which is the reason for the 4 stars. Being nervous to walk around the lake/outside just to avoid them, hearing loud, disruptive arguments and fights from another neighbor/couple diminishes the value of this community, the experience of living here or anywhere, in my humble opinion.
I love living here. It is a community that cares about its tenants and everything is always well taken care of. The pool is a good size, the green areas are always perfect and if you have any problem they immediately find a solution. The maintenance staff is very efficient. ??
My apartment was very clean when i moved in. The lady in the office is super helpful and the complex is very pretty! The gym was pretty nice just wish there were a little more machines.

Quiet and friendly neighbors. Get a ring cam for your car because there are hit and runs amd breakins. No wifi by the pool or real BBQ grills. Pool is great!walking distance to shops!
Maintenance is amazing! If there is an issue, they respond and fix it the day of. The outdoor walkway is a very nice area to take a stroll. It loops around the pond.
I've lived in this apartment for several years and it has been an absolute gem. The community is peaceful, with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The neighbors are respectful and the management team is always responsive and helpful. The complex is well-maintained, with clean common areas and beautiful landscaping. If you're looking for a quiet, safe place to live with a true sense of community, this is the perfect spot!

Amazing complex. Nice layout with short drive to whatever u prefer as well as gas station right by main entrance for the early birds going to work.
Great place. Leasing staff were incredible, thanks Kathy! They made sure I was able to move in quickly and even gave me a nice welcome bag that helped me out until I bought my own toiletries!
The property is beautiful and very quiet. Upon moving in, my unit (which my roommate and I were not able to tour as someone was still residing in it) smelled like cigarettes really bad. When we brought it up to the leasing manager and maintenance they tried to cast it off as the new carpet that was just installed. It was very clear that the smell was from cigarette smoking inside the unit. After a lot of back and forth with the leasing office, they offered to do an ionizer treatment and a deep clean of the unit. Although this pushed back our move in day, it was definitely needed. Some parts of the unit still have a faint, stale cigarette smell, but it is definitely better than what it was upon move in day. The most frustrating part of this experience was management trying to brush off a health hazard as nothing. There’s also no in unit washer/dryer and each machine is $1.50 to use in the on property laundromat which we were not told prior to signing the lease.
Beautiful place. Lovely staff! An incredibly responsible and professional maintenance crew. All in all, a fine place to live. Highly recommended.
