As a 20-resident of Tamarind Bay, I enjoyed its beautiful and peaceful surroundings: Thanks to the extraordinary efficiency and care of the administrative staff and grounds supervisor, it is one of the most relaxing and safest places to live; for however long or short one wishes.
Very friendly residents, and a intimate complex. Great complex communication, fun optional events hosted by the office. The complex is very quiet and clean grounds. Also love the nature aspects (birds/wildlife, walking path, pond, etc.).
Always great service and clean environment. If something is broke it's fix ASAP. Staff is always available and willing to listen to any concerns.
Recently signed a lease here. Kathy, the leasing manager, is fantastic. The unit was very clean and well kept. The people in the community are welcoming. Zero complaints and excited for my time here.
This is a really decent place to live. The apartments are older and renovated but Management is really responsive and it is a pretty quiet neighborhood.
It’s been a great experience! I love how interactive our leasing community is, hosting games, refreshments, and inviting various food trucks throughout the week to feed us! I love it here.

The only reason I'm giving Tamarind Bay 3 stars is because of a few residents. I think Tamarind Bay is a picturesque community that endeavors to keep their residents engaged, safe, and happy. I have no complaints about that aspect at all. I do wish there was an optum to have a washer/ dryer inside of the apartment but from what I've heard, this is typical of Floridian apartments to not have that option. Again it's a few neighbors who have made me very uncomfortable which is the reason for the 4 stars. Being nervous to walk around the lake/outside just to avoid them, hearing loud, disruptive arguments and fights from another neighbor/couple diminishes the value of this community, the experience of living here or anywhere, in my humble opinion.
I love living here. It is a community that cares about its tenants and everything is always well taken care of. The pool is a good size, the green areas are always perfect and if you have any problem they immediately find a solution. The maintenance staff is very efficient. ??
My apartment was very clean when i moved in. The lady in the office is super helpful and the complex is very pretty! The gym was pretty nice just wish there were a little more machines.

My move has been seamless and the staff are all very nice. Everything is very clean and well maintained. I especially love all the activities planned and food trucks opportunity.

Quiet and friendly neighbors. Get a ring cam for your car because there are hit and runs amd breakins. No wifi by the pool or real BBQ grills. Pool is great!walking distance to shops!
Maintenance is amazing! If there is an issue, they respond and fix it the day of. The outdoor walkway is a very nice area to take a stroll. It loops around the pond.
I've lived in this apartment for several years and it has been an absolute gem. The community is peaceful, with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The neighbors are respectful and the management team is always responsive and helpful. The complex is well-maintained, with clean common areas and beautiful landscaping. If you're looking for a quiet, safe place to live with a true sense of community, this is the perfect spot!

Great place. Leasing staff were incredible, thanks Kathy! They made sure I was able to move in quickly and even gave me a nice welcome bag that helped me out until I bought my own toiletries!
The property is beautiful and very quiet. Upon moving in, my unit (which my roommate and I were not able to tour as someone was still residing in it) smelled like cigarettes really bad. When we brought it up to the leasing manager and maintenance they tried to cast it off as the new carpet that was just installed. It was very clear that the smell was from cigarette smoking inside the unit. After a lot of back and forth with the leasing office, they offered to do an ionizer treatment and a deep clean of the unit. Although this pushed back our move in day, it was definitely needed. Some parts of the unit still have a faint, stale cigarette smell, but it is definitely better than what it was upon move in day. The most frustrating part of this experience was management trying to brush off a health hazard as nothing. There’s also no in unit washer/dryer and each machine is $1.50 to use in the on property laundromat which we were not told prior to signing the lease.

Everything about it is fine. Community is fine apartment is fine. No bang for your buck. There’s no real amenities no washer and dryer but the laundry rooms fine. I feel safe and my apartment is clean but definitely not going to stay here long term.

Jolie gave me a wonderful tour of the community and was so warm and inviting and made me feel like she cared wether I rented or not and the manager even came out and told me her name was Kathy and thanked me for touring. They are now at the top of my list for they made me feel like I mattered to them. Thank you for the fantastic service!
This place is a dump, The walls are paper thin and the neighbors are loud and obnoxious. Upstairs neighbors stomp their way across their apartment at all hours of the day, and when something is said (nicely) from myself or the office it seems to get worse! I have lost more sleep here than I could living in my car! Neighbors do not need a parking sticker even though it is required and the towing company that we were warned were sticklers never tow any cars. The laundry room looks like a ghetto after a few residents whom don't care use it and leave crap all over and the mail room (USPS) never puts the correct mail where it needs to go (in the box). Don't have a package delivered unless you are home to watch it, it will be gone in 5 minutes. The same with food, Then they put the empty food containers in your garbage can. And the venting system in the bathrooms must be tied together in the building, You can smell Pot, Chemicals and other gross stuff all the time. Don't move here, You will regret it and be stuck not sleeping for your entire lease!
TERRIBLE OFFICE STAFF. I lived at this apartment for 1.5years. The maintenance staff is great, very kind and great people with great work ethic. The office staff? TERRIBLE. They are incredibly rude and do not uphold ANY moral principals. They will tell you one thing and a couple weeks later act like it never happened. They do not take responsibility for their actions. The turnover in the office is ridiculous, each staff member worse than the one previous. I was told one month before i was moving out that everything was taken care of for my move out, all i had to do was clean out the apartment and leave the keys on the counter... then AFTER i moved out and moved 1,000 miles away apparently i had to fill out paperwork before i left and will be charged an entire month's rent for not doing so. And apparently although i e-signed my lease to move in, i cannot e-sign the lease to move out. The staff does not take accountability for their actions or what they do. It is appalling. I have never, EVER dealt with such rude, inconsiderate people in my life. The office staff have NO consideration for others and it is surprising to me that they believe that they can work in a field that involves interacting with others. The apartment itself is fine, my apartment was updated and we barely had issues, the maintenance staff are wonderful, but the office staff? So terrible it makes it not worth living at that complex AT ALL. Anna from the office, especially, should have been fired YEARS ago. She is by far, the worst person i have ever had to deal with in my life. She does not care at ALL for anyone but herself and her job, absolutely disgusting.

I toured these apartments today. It was the worse tour I have went to. THE LADIE DID NOT TAKE MY IDEA, DIDN'T ASK ANY OF MY IMFORMATION. SHE LOOKED DRUNK. I FELT LIKE I TOURED MYSELF THROUGH THE APARTMENT. SHE OPENED THE DOOR AND STODE BY THE DOOR. DIDNT ASK ME ANY QUESTIONS. GET YOUR STAFF TOGETHER. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THIS PLACE.

The main complaint I have is this place uses a piece of paper for the apartment #'s. The # has been taped above my door since before I moved here years ago. It just looks trashy. The gym desperately needs updating and the treadmill hasn't been working for a long time. Not sure if it was ever fixed. I stopped even trying to go at this point and had to pay to join a real gym. Apartments are mostly clean, but old and kinda run down inside... Some have been updated. Other than that, overall I can say that I've been happy here. Improvements just need to be made. The office staff is friendly, it's quiet and I feel safe here. The location is also great as it is right by 275 so it's an easy commute to Tampa and convenient to everything else around.
Our place was the biggest apartment we can find in our area for the price we can afford. My boyfriend (of 7 years, also the father of our kids) and I started living at our place when we first found out we were pregnant with our first child in 2014. Not long after he was born, we found out we were expecting another child (2015). Two blessings we received in two years has been a roller coaster but parenthood is wonderful... The only thing is that our apartment is no longer big enough! We have a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom, 975 square foot place, and it's way too small for the 4 of us! It would be one of the biggest and most amazing things to happen to us if we win the money for a bigger place!!!
