Residence is Run Down,Not up to code,Sits Next to a lift Station that over Flows And Floods Sewage for the past 4 years,Was all my wife and i could afford when downsizing due to her terminal illness which took her from me on March 31 2015.,Area floods 12 inches deep around entire home every hard rain.Inside wiring and plumbing not up to par..Poor insulation,does not hold ac or heat well.No screens in windows.The list is endless.
