Property Ratings at Tannery Falls Apartments
The apartments are nice, spacious, and quiet and people generally keep to themselves but the management is awful. Due to negligence, the covered parking had calcium buildup which eventually -after a storm- started dripping onto cars and caused paint damage. Our car had around 2,000 dollars of damage and the first building manager did not want to try to figure out a solution until we called corporate and instead ignored us and added a sign that said you park there at your own risk. The second one was nice while we were there but stopped responding to emails and never sent us the check we were supposed to get for the damage caused to the car or gave us back our deposit even after multiple attempts to contact them via email and phone. You take a risk of getting t-boned getting out of the parking lot every day due to trucks or SUV’s always being parked right by the exit, causing a massive blind spot. The trash doesn’t get taken out enough so by the end of the week the entire garage smells like trash and there is trash spilling all over the floor or trash stuck in the chute. I don’t know why there are no reviews here on google anymore but when there was, people were expressing the same concerns about management. Overall I would stay away from this place if you can and find somewhere else. Definitely not worth all the money you pay to live there.
