Property Ratings at Tannery Falls Apartments
I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Tannery Falls. The apartments are great quality, and I have had no maintenance related issues and have found the property management to be responsive and engaged. I was one of the first residents to move in after construction, and am only now leaving due to the distance from my employer. I would suggest getting an apartment facing the river, it’s quite tranquil on the balconies in the summertime. The only negative I can think of would be the yearly rent increase, and there was an unexpected increase in parking fees - but you’re likely to experience that with most apartments. I would recommend Tannery Falls, I’ve enjoyed my time here.
Do not live here!!!!!!!!!!!! If anything breaks you are going to be out of luck for at least a good week, yes even if its a major issue!!! Do not live here! The management does not exist!
Please avoid living here if you can. This is the worst experience I've ever had living in an apartment complex. Management is rude, walls are paper thin, and the complex is filthy. To pay as much money as we do every month and have to deal with the issues we do is absolutely ridiculous. We plan to move out as soon as we can. I'm disgusted with the experience we've had here. We've put in maintenance requests and never heard back, called and called management with no answer many times. Every now and then, all residents will get a passive aggressive letter left on our doors or in the elevator scolding us for some reason or another. That's about as much interaction you'll get with management here. On top of all of this, we just received notice that underground parking is rising to $90 a month along with $25 a month for surface parking. I wish I could leave zero stars. I cannot wait to move out of this place.

When I first moved in, we ran into a whole slew of difficulties. First, our oven was not plugged in and had the wrong plug in the wall. Our wifi was not accessible and couldn't be because no one sent us the welcome email. Our back door also was not properly sealed. Through all that, we couldn't get in touch with the property manager for an entire week. Throughout the course of our first year, my parking spot was randomly given away. Then I was reassigned and given someone else's parking spot and had to move again. Since then, we've had at least two parking lot audits, further proof of the horrible management. Fast forward a year, our rent was raised and we couldn't find another place in the area so we had to stay. Then, our new lease agreement was not put together correctly and the landlord's inbox was full leaving me scrambling to try to get everything figured out. A little over a week ago, my fridge randomly started leaking water everywhere. I put in a work order. Still haven't heard back. The cherry on top is that today, we got a notice that the cost of indoor parking was doubling starting in January. It's now $90. Inflation or not, that's an insane jump on an amenity that does not have operating costs. It is literally just more money in their pockets because they think that if people are mad, they'll leave and then they can just get a new renter for even higher rent. It might look nice in pictures but most of it is built cheaply or of cheap quality and I can definitely hear my upstairs neighbors constantly. Don't move here and get stuck with it like us. Find somewhere else.
