We just renewed our lease for a second year. Minimal maintenance issues, however, the issue we just had was an all day fix as the proper parts were needed to repair the issue correctly. Anthony kept us up to speed with what was going on, how long it would take, when he needed to leave and get parts, etc. He stayed after hours to make sure it was completed that day. He walked us through what he was doing and why once the repair was complete and he was wrapping it up. Maintenance issues are never a great experience, but it helps when you have someone like Anthony that makes you feel like your issue is a priority.
Overall, I do enjoy living here. I have never questioned my safety and enjoy the proximity to other non-apartment amenities (walking to the grocery store, mall, etc.). The rent increase was very steep at my renewal, but I understand that is the local market (it IS a business after all). I recommend a top-floor unit, as the floor plans are definitely not soundproof (I lived in a lower-level unit when I first moved in and had to relocate to the top floor due to the loudness). I do not use many of the apartment amenities, but they seem to be operational. I do appreciate that all buildings have elevators, which made moving much easier than other apartment complexes I've lived in.
I have lived here for 3 1/2 years and just signed the lease for another 14 months. The leasing staff is awesome. Elaina is amazing. Always friendly and helpful. The management is the best its ever been. They try to get the community together by having fun activities, contests and setting up food truck nights. There are some things that could be better and need improvements but you can tell the staff is making efforts to improve things. You also can’t beat the location and the apartments are very spacious with great layouts. Very happy here.

Living here was a nightmare. It was truly disgusting. Dog poop and pee everywhere, loud neighbors. Residents do not respect the rules and Ashley the assistant manager is extremely unprofessional. We could not have gotten out of here faster.

I’ve been here a year and I can say there’s good and there’s bad. The apartments are nice inside. There’s only one pool for a very large complex so it gets crowded on weekends. There’s also not enough green space for all the dog poop. People leave tons of huge dog poop all over the place. The gym looks nice but the equipment isn’t actually that great. It’ll work in a pinch but you will want to keep your gym membership. Energy costs are low here and management is usually pretty nice even when they’re trying to enforce policies. I like living here but I wouldn’t pay what their asking for market rent right now. It’s overpriced for being this far from the main areas of Tampa.

Horrible is all I can say. The propert is only about 2 years old but that says a lot of how trashy this place has gotten. Don't be fooled by demo units or by photoshopped photos. Elevators are constantly going out and all they do is send someone to put a band aid over it. I want this to be public just in case the Elevators fail when someone is inside God forbid. The hallways stay disgusting. Urine and poop all the over complex. Ants coming up to the 4th floor due to poor construction. Wasp nests all over building 2300. Dirty breezeways. Trash compactor area always looks like a mess. Dirty. Messy, horrible complex. Elena is really nice and always helpful. That's the only positive I can say. Oh ya and the ac units are always going out too. Beware. The rent is freaking out of this world but we live in conditions that state otherwise. Future renters beware. We always bring this up to management and nothing gets done. If you don't see a pattern with the replies to people's comments... I hope they don't say this hasn't been brought to our attention. We have a few more months left on our lease... I'll be posting updated reviews every month... hopefully there are improvements.
