clean and comfortable living spaces and amenities and GREAT HELPFUL STAFF
This apartment community is very new. Only 2 years old the agent said who toured me around. The apartment had stainless steel/black kitchen appliances, and a very nice, large quartz island with a built in kitchen sink. Also, a full size washer and dryer set which looked almost brand new in the laundry room! I would recommend for anyone looking for nice and upgraded appliances in their apartment.

We are proud to earn your 5-stars and recommendation of Century University City. Thank you so much for taking the time to share your favorite things about our apartment homes. Have a great day!
The staff were very helpful and friendly when I arrived and asked questions about their apartments and pricing. I also liked how many different options they have to offer for all different types of floor-plans.

Thank you for your 5-star review of Century University City. We appreciate your kind words about our team and are so happy that you had a great experience right from the start. We hope to see you again soon. Have a nice day!
I am on my second year here and I love it. Yes, there have in the past been some car break ins but you ask for it when you leave valuables in your car, yes, you can hear the people above you walking etc but not so much that it would keep you awake. I seriously don't know what some people expect. If you want a million dollar house go buy one. The rent for me is a little high but the security is worth it. All the buildings are key fob entry. Each problem I have gone to management with they have earnestly looked into. Each maintenance request has been handled immediately. The office people are helpful and great to deal with and the manager is eager to listen to complaints as well as compliments about the property and concerns of residents. No place you live will ever be perfect but this place comes as close as it can get.

Best living experience all around! Management is great, maintenance is quick, and the property is gorgeous. Highly recommend!

Dear Resident, Thank you for such a wonderful review. It means a lot to our team to receive your 5-stars and recommendation of our community. It is our pleasure to provide you with the prompt and great customer service that you deserve.
The whole process was made smooth and simple all because of Ramatuli. She’s very attentive to details and takes her time explaining and making sure your needs and wants are taken into consideration. She made me feel right at home while doing the tour of the apartment which in return made me apply and now reside here. In terms of the apartment it is very spacious and actually looks and feels like you’re in a resort. Everything is new and clean. Parking is plentiful and the complex is patrolled by police at night which makes me feel safer.

Dear Resident, Your review has made our day! It makes our team so proud to read your kind words about Ramatu and the great experience you had right from the start. We value you as our resident and look forward to continuing to exceed your expectations. Please don't hesitate to reach out if there is ever anything we can do for you. Have a nice day!
Was hoping that being a new build it would be a nice place to live. Ceilings and walls are paper thin you can hear the conversations of your neighbors and their footsteps. If you ask management about it they give you the too bad you signed a lease story and won’t do anything about it
I was looking for apartments through out the city and came across Tapestry. Their staff was helpful and were willing to provide helpful information about the complex, services and amenities that are offered here. Did not have challenges with reaching staff and they were helpful through out the move-in process. Leasing manager and other staff were easy to get in contact with. May provide an update later on.
I was really interested in learning more about this property. However, trying to reach out for more information and to have a tour was like pulling teeth. The leasing manager made no attempts to answer the questions I provided in the email I sent to her and even ghosted when we set up a virtual tour via email a few days prior. Given the lack of information and customer service given to Potential tenants, I’d hate to see what kind of attention they’d give to actual tenants. I tried to give this place a shot, but there are much more attentive apartment complexes who actually Answer when you ring them (not some automated voice system to leave a message by default), who answers their emails promptly, and actually express some level of interest when potential residents inquire about the property. You will NOT find that here. Potential residents BEWARE
