Property Ratings at Tapestry West
First a lot of the 5/5 star reviews you see here are because they ask residents to do it for a raffle to give out a gift card. This happens every year. Pros: Next the Front Staff and Maintenance staff are 5/5 amazing. It is a bit of a shame that the person who sits are the front desk is leaving today but I feel strong that they will hire another solid person. The management do seem to take complaints seriously when it comes to noise issues, neighbor issues, etc. Work orders are usually completed in 24-48 hours unless entered on the weekend. Cons: The building was built very cheaply and short cuts were taken. They do have a few residents who smoke weed and the smell over powers all the cleaning and spray machines they use to combat it. Some residents thought it would be a good idea to set up a bass system in an apartment building. Walls are a little thin. People will leave their trash out around noon so it sits there for 10 hours smelling up the hall ways. Other people will put it out on Friday and it stays there for 48 hours. This is one of the biggest issues. The shower will get moldy in your time here. They have a very big bathroom but a very small and weak vent as far away from the shower as possible, at least with my floor plan. They will let anyone park in handicap spaces so if you are handicap or have friends that are you will never get a spot. Overall the value of your money is a little hard to justify the place as they seem to put a 10-20% premium on the place. The Average: Parking is never a problem but you might end up on the top floor parking. People will smoke weed in the parking garage a lot. The office workers will hit your car when leaving the parking building so tread very carefully. They have great security cameras on the outside of the building but none in the halls ways. So people can run up and down the halls ways, yell in the hall ways at all hours of the night and it is impossible to do anything about it but that doesn't happen to often and when it does it is usually on Friday/Saturday night. The amenities are very person specific and it would almost be impossible to be the type of person to use all of them, unless you need a study with, that has a dog, loves to work out and meditate, also are an activate swimmer, that is a coffee drinker that plays pool. Also, when we first moved in the pool table was really nice, however people have destroyed it and the sticks. Only about 1-2 sticks work now.
Tapestry West is a great place to reside. I moved in not too long and as yet have no regrets. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place within the area.

We are not enjoying living at Tapestry at all. Honestly, we cannot wait until our lease is over and we just moved in. It is not worth the money. We had family over one day with children on a Sunday at 1pm in the afternoon and the neighbor below us started banging on their ceiling. It was quite interrogating and so inappropriate given we are very quiet people. A lady came up about 20 minutes AFTER they banged on their ceiling to ask us to be quiet. We had kids over for a couple of hours so it was a very rare occasion. It was ONE TIME, not like we were noisy every day. The whole situation was extremely uncalled for. The ceiling walls are very thin, we hear our upstairs neighbors walk around their house and it sounds like they walk with cement shoes but we would never bang on our ceiling to affect their peace of living. Hallways sometimes smell like marijuana and the day we moved in, the leasing consultant also smelled like marijuana. It has been a completely different experience from the day we toured, unfortunately we couldn’t go back as we already signed the lease. The pool hasn’t been open since we moved in, the coffee machine barely works and the shared parking lot with the building across the street is inconvenient M-F. Choosing to live at Tapestry is a decision we are regretting. I would never recommend it. I am not one to write reviews but I think it’s important to note when an experience is poor.

Great team here at Tapestry West. Understood that some issues arise beyond their control i.e. crack in the pool and pests. Keep up the good work!

Amenities are nice and the community is friendly. However the apartment I moved into is infested with fruit flies. The flies were here before I moved any of my belongings in but now that I have moved my belongings and food in, I am constantly swatting flies.

Moved here only because Belmont didn't have any openings. Not really as luxury as it claims to be. The hallways are depressing and the front desk staff are very condescending and snarky. Frequent elevator break downs too

Honestly, a lovely complex, but if you want ANY peace and quiet during the day, I’d recommend not living in an apartment poolside. It’s INCREDIBLY loud. Think Children screaming all day long on a Saturday bad. Not bad during the week but the windows are INCREDIBLY thin.
