The property is amazing, quiet, they make it convenient for us by sitting our trash outside and someone coming to get it for you. The leasing ladies have such beautiful spirits always there to help you

Do not move here. I've been here since March and from day 2 I've been having issues. The walls are THIN and you can hear almost everything your neighbor says and every footstep they take if they stomp or run. I've contacted the leasing office about noise from my neighbors and it seems like they don't care at all. What I'm usually told is that, "This is a multi family unit apartment," etc., like that's not obvious. The only time it seems as though they care about noise is if it's between 10pm-7am. Imagine working from home or coming home from work to disruptive neighbors. I was supposed to get a $300 move-in credit because they messed up with my move-in process and it never happened. There is mold in the apartment. The best thing about this place is maintenance and that it's only 7 mins off of the highway. Do not move here. The prices are okay but you will be paying for loss of peace. I cannot wait to move.

I currently live here. Pros: The leasing office is so great and the workers are amazing, kind, courteous, and very helpful. Most office workers I've met in the past are not 1% as wonderful as the ones here. Maintenance is quick and competent. The leasing office often hosts fun events for the residents and they're really fun and cute! I love going to them! Now for the cons: -There is no laundry facility here. Which is fine but this Apartments.com listing states that there is and that's just not true. There is in-unit washer/dryer hookup and it has to be a stacked unit only. Azuma offers $65/month washer/dryer rental, though. That's what I have. -There is a $100/month "amenities fee" which I have never previously encountered before. To be honest, I have no idea what we're being charged for. The amenities are fine, only fine. It's about to be June and the pool still hasn't opened so I can't speak on that. The gym is only open during office hours so you can't even use it if you have a full time job (except for on saturdays). And the last time I went to the tennis court, it was closed? This was during the daytime and the tennis court looked fine so I'm confused as to why it was closed. Overall, 1/3 of the amenities are actually accessible and even then, very limited. So ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS every single month feels like robbery if I'm being honest. -You are charged $37 each time you pay rent online. This is pure greed on the corporation's part and it truly upsets me. I have nothing further to say on the matter. Overall, this is a great complex in a surprisingly bikeable area. Not a bad area at all and the leasing agents are a delight. But the fees and lack of amenities are a big turn off. 50/50 chance that I renew my lease

I’m a returning resident and keyounia was very helpful and welcoming, she walked me step by step through everything, At first I thought she was the Property manager but later on leant that she was only the assistant manager. The Property manager is never in the office by the way . Ask for keyounia if you decide on renting at Tara Bridge .

The staff are SO professional and helpful, my favorites of course are Maria and Kiana! Any questions, comments, or concerns they will are on it! Maintenance is super fast and they keep the property so clean! Lastly, I feel so safe as the gate is always functional! If it breaks it is taken care of by the next business day! I would absolutely recommend this property company to anyone!!!

For any one looking for a second chance PLEASE TRY THESE APARTMENTS! I was so worried about not being able to find any were decent for me and my kids to move but Keyounia did everything in her power to help me!!! I appreciate everyone soooooo much !!!

Johnnie was AMAZING on the tour. He answered all of our questions. And boy did I have a lot of questions. We thank him and the Tara Bridge staff for their kindness. I plan on applying.

I want to THANK to entire Tara Bridge staff for giving me an amazing experience. This was the first property that I went to that offered me something to drink, that may sound small but it made a huge difference. They definitely had the best hospitality. I felt like they truly cared. I will be applying.

The office staff at Tara Bridge care about the residence they go over and Beyond to make sure their residents are comfortable satisfied but most importantly safe and secure and I really appreciate everything that they have done for me

Johnny is so amazing! The tour was phenomenal. The whole experience was so genuine it doesn't feel like a business transaction. I would definitely recommend him over and over again. He made us feel so welcome! Again Thank you Johnny!

Nothing less than amazing. I came from out of state and had lots of questions! Both Shantez and Johnnie treated me with great kindness and professionalism. Thank you both so much for helping to make this potentially stressful experience absolutely wonderful. Bless.

For starters I've had to have maintenance come at least 5 times for the same problem the tub and sink don't drain properly. Maintenance only brought drain cleaner every time even though he saw it wasn't working the first 3 times. If you are lucky things you put in work orders for would be taken care of. They don't really fix anything just basically tape it and leave. A few of the work orders I put in the man didn't even show up but marked it as if he had done it. Pest control is terrible the man came and sprayed in one area then told me I was good. The first time I complained about roaches they came and it seemed fine but later more roaches came. When I moved in I had dead roaches in each room I had to clean up. The front office staff doesn't really care about your well being. They will walk in your apartment while you are undressed and make up excuses on why after seeing you undressed it was okay to still stand in the apartment. They don't take resident complaints seriously this place is a joke. The amount of spider webs outside the doors are scary. The front gate barely works exit and entrance. I wouldn't move here if you can help it. To much money for such a terrible place.

I am pleased to be a resident here, been almost a year and I love it. I love the way management plan activities for the community to attend and no matter the time and day are very friendly and professional. Every time I place a work order it was handled right away , any complaints were always addressed. Only dislikes are the trash area , bring down the value wen overflowing... and The gate is always having issues ??Other than that I love it over here , I mean I even get my packages delivered unbothered sitting outside my door. Janelle sorry if I miss spelled but she was the one to get me in and out and everything else is history I’d recommend this location to anyone

It was a 1000 mile drive for me to relocate down to Jonesboro Georgia to Tara Bridge Apartments. Going by the website and Janielle's help I was able to get in a big 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. I was terrified that I would be waling into a bad situation and when I finally arrived I could not have been more pleased. The grounds are well kept, the apartment was clean and looked exactly as the video on you tube shown, the only difference was my cabinets were brown and not white. My neighbors are all friendly and all chat with each other, There are No hidden fees everything is right there plain site on their website. The girls were very helpful and even remember my name when i go into the office. They have really picked a great staff that compliments the grounds and the people that live in this community, The only off thing I can say about these apartments is I wish the gym was bigger and offered at better hours.

Gabby was a big help with finding what I was looking for. Put me into an apartment I really wanted. She was a great help and was very prompt with everything.

Last Saturday was my first time seeing these apartments in person. As I walked through the door, I was greated immediately by Donovan the leasing agent. Donovan was very nice and helpful! He really made me feel welcomed. I was so surprised that the apartment he showed us (my son and I) wasn't an actual model!! It was a vacant lot unit and it was Soo beautiful and spacious!! And the crazy part was it was 650sf!! IT was so big... For the price monthly I was in shock! The community has a nice park.. which was a plus for me because my son loves going to the park. The community is gated which is one of the main reasons I applied. The neighborhood definitely seems kid/pet friendly. I would definitely recommend these apartments to family and friends.

They take forever to fix your apartment if they even fix it all. The maintenance workers lie and close out your work orders and have never stepped foot inside your unit. It then takes weeks to get back on the list. I reported mold in my apartment, they painted over It! They don't monitor contractors they just give them keys to your apartment. The customer service is HORRIBLE!! The one person in the office who actually did what she said she'd do was transferred to another property. Do yourself a favor and move some place else! They are horrible! Oh and that ad about a washer and dryer being included is a lie! And don't go month to month because Emory the property manager won't fix anything if you won't sign a lease.

I love Tara Bridge Apartments, the community and the wonderful staff! My son has never had an apartment before and but with the help of the leasing agent Brittany he now has a wonderful new home right by his job! The best part is they did not charge him a ton of money for him being a first time home owner!! Thank you!!!

The only way the really hear you out is if you complain in a review, then thhey wanna clean up thier lil image. Staff is rude and rushed and agressive when you ask for simple info, especiall the big on in the back office. they dont fix anything on time, its heartbreaking people pay rent to be taken for granted.

I love it here peace and quite only thing they need to work on is work orders faster other than that its great

Good location in Clayton County. Closely located to Interstate I-75 and 285. Apartments have washer and dryer hook-ups but only enough space for stack-able units. There is a creek near the property that sometimes smells awful.

Very poor maintenance, Keep gone up on my rent, Poor customer service
