Idillic small community of wonderful neighbors nestled in Park Hill
We love this idillic small community of wonderful neighbors nestled in Fort Smith’s Park Hill neighborhood with beautifully maintained courtyard and swimming pool. We have lived here for five years now and the apartments are large with loads of closet space inside and individual storage closet in the hallway. There is designated parking for each tenant and visitor parking spots too. Excellent managers who are located here in Fort Smith and are very responsive to needs and/or requests. Our outstanding maintenance technicians are so helpful and friendly. It’s also a beautiful and safe area for walking, bike riding, etc.
