A rich, diverse culture thrives in North Anaheim. In addition to theme parks that include not only Knott's Berry Farm but also Disneyland in southern Anaheim, residents enjoy sports events (cheer on the Anaheim Ducks at the Honda Center) and art at the Muzeo. Because of its vast tourism industry, shops and restaurants are everywhere. In North Anaheim, look along North Euclid Street, where you'll discover a variety of destinations from donut shops and bakeries to specialty markets and coffee shops.

Property Ratings at Tara Hill
We have lived in Tara Hills for years. In the beginning it was very nice, well maintained. Lots of help from maintenance men and management was good. Fast forward to present day and every time I come to visit my family that still lives here it gets progressively worst. Parking is an absolute nightmare presumably because they’re no limits to the amount of tenants per apt. Security is a joke. They sit in their cars watching their phones while cars are being broken into and stolen on the property. Dogs bark constantly, cats and the occasional skunk roam freely and big black rat and mouse traps sit outside every few feet. The front always looks nice I’m assuming for prospective tenants but keep walking the property and you’ll find the complex is falling into disrepair. They literally jack up the rent and seemingly line their pockets because it doesn’t look like the money is going towards maintenance. STAY AWAY FROM TARA HILLS! We’re hoping to get the heck out of here as soon as the lease is up if not before!!
I lived there for many years. Each year it went downhill and fast. Management wasn’t the friendliest in the beginning but later got better with new management. But Parking remained a major problem even if you have a parking permit. Street parking is ridiculous. My car was still broken into despite security, that was never around. Laundry machines take your money and reimbursement is a joke. Rent goes up yearly by $50, then it was by $80 and last year went up by $150 during a pandemic! You don’t see any improvements based on the increases. Roaches are common despite allegedly having pest control, I even put my own pesticide out but they come through the pipes. They ALWAYS turn the water off without warning for repairs. The parking lot floods when it rains. The complex shakes when any vehicle heavier than a bike goes by. Neighbors will play loud music at any time. Car alarms are common when your sleeping. They had a inspection and never fixed the mold or paint. Condensation from the air conditioner kept leaking on the ceiling tiles and they never fixed it. It’s just not what it looks like nor worth the headache of waiting for things to get better.

This place is horrible and was a waste of 2 years of rent. The complex looks decent from the front, and that's where it ends. The apartment walls are PAPER thin, I was on the 2nd floor and could literally hear my downstairs neighbors walking and talking. The parking is a joke, and if you park for no more than a minute without a precious parking permit, say goodbye to money in your wallet and hello to a tow truck. No mercy. If you have the privilege of living towards the back of the complex, you'll be met with constant fighting and yelling between god knows who at all hours of the day and night. If your thing is listening in on peoples arguments, then this is perfect for you. Be prepared for car alarms going off every 20 minutes or so, its never ending. Actually when an hour or so has passed without a car alarm, its something that's considered strange and abnormal. Helicopters constantly roam above the complex and in the general area, usually at anytime at night that one would consider sleeping hours. So kiss your nights of peace and quiet goodbye and welcome loudspeaker in the air. Everything in the apartment is just poorly made, the cabinets and the doors are just constantly repainted over, not even sanded down so everything just sticks because its so thick. The screen doors are a joke and will literally keep nothing out. ALSO. This place claims central AC but BEWARE! IF YOU HAVE AN UPSTAIRS UNIT! Your AC will run and run and run all day long and never get cold. There are so many holes and ways for the air to escape, cracks and crevices that shouldn't exist and also, it was probably the cheapest AC purchased in bulk and is made only to cool down a closet sized room. Just, please take my word, don't live here. It sucks, the office sucks, the pool is closed during the summer for "maintenance", the parking is a nightmare. Pay a little extra somewhere else so you can enjoy your life.
Just horrible. Near the end of me leaving my ceiling literally fell apart during a week of rain. They said they fixed it and then it did it again. It got so bad that the walls had water damage. Never got fumigated had termites and roaches. Also the bathrooms had straight up mold and instead of doing something to fix it they just called it "water spots". Saw a homeless man possibly trying to break into cars inside the gate and he stopped when he saw me to ask for change. Stay away from this place. It isn't worth what they charge. Also parking is a joke went through 3 parking passes and lost parking 2 out of the 3 times because people snuck extra cars back inside the gate or had friends park inside. Making your own space at night after 6 sucked.
Everything from the apartments is old and if it falls apart they ignore your messages and if you go to the office they place u in a fixing list then never follow up with u and even when I had mold under the carpet it took them more than a couple of months to fix the problem and I had to keep bugging them everyday until they finally did it. Find something better and no parking after 5pm anywhere sucks!
Horrible front desk. Very useless and can't even do their job right. Price is decent and so are the units but in summer it gets really hot and winter super cold. Parking is 1 space per unit and 1 open so parking is bad.
I have lived here for over 3 years and they have recently changed management which wasn't for the better. For one they have a roach problem, once you go to the office over 3 times they might send someone to come and help.We have a 3 bedroom and only one spot for 3 cars which makes it impossible to find somewhere unless you come by 3 pm and maybe find a spot. You can park across the street and get a ticket like I have too many time to count.Theirs a homeless problem, especially since this place is old the gate is unpredictable and can be found open at any time of the night allowing whoever to walk in.So be careful even taking out your trash, cause you can find a homeless person outside opening car doors to steal or digging in the trash. The place is old and falling apart, I have never lived in a place that doesn't have lightning in rooms. So unless you bring lamps and find a plugin that works, good luck trying to see. only the bathrooms and kitchen have lights you can switch on and off.You pay so much for nothing, the office even hesitates to give you your package and will ask you questions such as whose name and if it's not for you but your mother, for example, she has to physically walk over and get the package. The only positive is the maintenance people are nice when they do come they make sure to fix the problem. One last issue is the animals, there are many stray cats who walk around sleep on top of cars and may run up on you.But late at night there are skunks and possums, so be careful I have witnessed them when parking my car at around 12:30 pm and one skunk dug a hole right in front of our place so we had to physically fill the hole with rocks hoping it would find a new hope somewhere else.
Since I moved here on June 15th the maintenance don’t do their job right at all my sink been clogged since last night and I honestly made a report so they can fix it by today I went this morning at 9:04 am and the guy told me that he will send someone to fix it right away because it smells very badly and they haven’t came at all to fix it I regret being in this apartments everything is bad service it’s really not worth your money to be spent in this apartments. They just rip you off and they don’t do anything to make things better what really sucks is that they go in order with the paperwork that’s what really sucks so I guess I got to have my sink clogged all today and then they will fix it whenever they want like wth I need my master bathroom sink fixed ASAP not when they decide to fix it .
Perfect if you're a cat lover! The staff makes the area a clean place and the pool hold little swim meets for the children. Pizza is also available every other Thursday which makes coming home from a long day at work or school great.
I have been very happy with this apartment complex! It's my first apartment and I have been completely satisfied. Very friendly staff, nice family community, and my favorite part...wide, open living rooms. Only down side is the parking. There's no where to put your car when it's street sweeping day. Other than that, I don't plan on leaving anytime soon.
The parking is terrible. They only give you two parking stalls. You have to park early or you can't find parking.
