Property Ratings at Tarpon Harbour
The grounds are well maintained, the apartments have new appliances, and all the staff we have encountered have been fantastic.
I would recommend this community because it fits what we are looking for: being closer to work. They go above and beyond by keeping the community clean and respectable. The ladies at the front desk have helped in every way to answer questions and take care of paperwork.
This question is irrelevant due to the condition of the home on move in day, but I will give an 8 because the work performed was great.
It's pretty pricy. Especially for a single income and especially for the small rooms and amount of maintence requests we've had to make so far. But the community and amenities are wonderful.
I WOULD recommend these apartments, but would like to see more care and attention to the amenities. Maybe a second maintenance person is needed?
