Tatnuck Square Apartments Worcester

I've been here 10 years and I love every single minute of it the area is safe and I love my neighbors and I love management. I hope to live here for another 10 years I don't want to mobe

It feels like Tatnuck Square has continued to decline despite managements best efforts. I am giving this review a 3 solely on the basis of that effort. Residents are disruptive in the stairwells, running, shouting, and littering. The laundry rooms are left littered and trash pikes up as individuals use the lint-bins to discard other items. The equipment in the dog park was mishandled immediately, leaving two broken pieces in the space that have not been removed. Dogs are often off-leash despite property & city ordinances but it seems like the rules are only informed for certain people. The grounds are littered with snack wrappers and food that is not picked up. Also, while walking thr grounds for fresh air you will encounter the strong odor of marijuana despite not being allowed on property. The pool is lovely, there are dumpsters & on-site laundry, many friendly neighbors to chat with, and the apartments themselves are good sized. Property would definitely benefit from cameras.

I love living here. Rules are usually reasonable. The management is very easy to work with. Most of my neighbors have been very friendly and easy to live with. I couldn't imagine living anywhere else.

We truly enjoy living here! Great location and access to food and restaurants around for food lovers! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Frequent management changes have been very frustrating and disappointing. The decision to go from two maintenance people to one was a very bad idea.

I love everything about living here. The neighbors (with one previous exception when we first moved in) are amazing. The office people and maintenance people are great to work with. The area is very convenient and I have never felt unsafe (unusual considering we're in the middle of a city). Rent is mostly affordable. And I love that it's pet friendly.

The community is safe. Clean apartments. Dog friendly. Kid friendly. The pool is great. A bit overpriced. Grills are nice on a summers day. Utilities are average in price.

Great neighborhood without a "city" feel but minutes away from downtown. Spacious living spaces, multiple laundry rooms per building, a pool, a gym, and a brand new dog park! Maintenance responds quickly to any issues that do arise.

Best apartment ever! Loved the area. It was peaceful and quiet compared to living in downtown. I would definitely recommend this complex to friends.

Good quite place to live. Lots of space for picnic on the grass, pool and barbecue area. Rent for couple buildings includes heat and hot water, lots of parking space.

Beautiful, clean and serene environment. So comfortable and the neighbors are respectful of each other. Aparrment is safe and crime free. I love it here

Overall, the Tatanuck apartments are a great space due to their location in Worcester. A step away from the business of downtown, the property is green and quiet with wild life in abundance. Maintenance can be slow to respond due to understaffing but are pleasant to work with. There are great amenities like multiple laundry rooms per building, a pool, a gym, and some new construction on property that is supposed to be a play area of both children and resident dogs. Friendly neighbors and walking distance access to pharmacy, restaurants, salons, shops, and other neighborhoods businesses.

So far the area is friendly, quiet and not noisy at all. The complex seems well run . Although our apartment seems designed for handicapped occupants, the entrances to two key rooms (the galley and the bathroom) are in fact practically inaccessible to wheelchairs.

I have been here for over 5 years. We just love it here. It’s been a comforting experience. My daughter grew up here and it is so nice to have wonderful neighbors that have always kept an eye out for her when I was working.

Long time loving here and we are comfortable and plan to stay for as long as we can. We can always count on Tanya and so happy she’s been here right along. She’s a great leader and Solange is following her footsteps. These apartments run smoothly with Rafael and Jimmy around. Home sweet home.

As a new resident of Renew Tatnuck apartments I absolutely adore the office girls Solange and Tonya. The community is centrally located, the maintenance Jimmy and Ralphy are fantastic. Our two bedroom apartment is quite spacious. It's quiet here and most of the neighbors have been friendly so far. I'm overall stoked we decided to live here!

Friendly atmosphere to call home landscaping is very pretty and always looks clean love my neighbors and the location the maintenance Rafael and jimmy are always on top of everything And Tonya and Solange are most helpful

Jimmy and Raffe keep this property in top shape. They are always on top of things. Solange is super helpful and kind with any questions I have and Tanya is the absolute best.

Solange and Tanya are always ready to help when I need anything. Whenever I put a maintenance order in Jimmy and Rafael complete it in a timely manner. The staff here is professional and very helpful. Can’t stress that enough!

Wonderful sense of community! I had the pleasure of touring with the manager, Tanya. An also both maintenance men, Rafael and Jimmy kindly introduced themselves along the way. Very warm and welcoming vibes from the time of arrival to my departure. Thank you for simplifying this experience.

We all live living here beacuse it's quite and feel like the country . We love the screened in porch to sit out on without gettin bit by any skeeters. The working staff here in the office Tonya and Rafael and jimmy have always helped us with everything and make us feel at home thankyou

Great place to live, grounds are very clean. Workers are professional and helpful. It feels like a family business, there’s only Tanya, Jimmy and Raffi as staff. They’re great and treat you like family. Get this, no shoveling other than your car in the winter.

Had a tour here the other day, it seems like a great place! Tanya is so nice and the two gentlemen in the office seem nice as well. I think their names are Jimmy and Raffi based on other reviews. So I’m going to go with that. Well I had every intention of moving in, but they don’t have what I need right now. Hopefully in a month they will. Based on the energy in the office and the overall complex, Tatnuck will be my home soon. Don’t miss out!

Love living here, been a resident for 6 years. Tanya, Raffi and Jimmy are excellent at what they do. The upgrades are wonderful, especially the small gym. Cant wait until the pool is open! As always thank you!

Absolutely love living here!! Raphy and Jimmy do a great job of keeping the property clean and maintained. If you ever have any problems they are always willing to help no matter how big or small the request is. They are always busy taking care of things around the property. As a single female living alone who is not that handy it's nice to know there is always help available. Tanya is and always has been super helpful as well. Any questions I have she is quick to respond to my emails. She has gone above and beyond for me and I appreciate it more than she knows. I am so happy that I found this apartment. I always feel safe and I love having the amenities I do here. You are very lucky to have the staff that you do here. N.R

I love in living here! We are so close to the woods and we can hear the stream it is quite and peaceful. Everyone has been so nice and I tell everyone who is looking for a great place to come here.

No complaints this way, I agree with everyone else Tanya, Raphael and Jimmy are the best! Resident of 3 years and I am satisfied. Quiet and clean, the grounds as well as the buildings are kept up very well. A new company has taken over and there are slow improvements which are nice. There is also a new gym, quite small but it does the job.

If you haven’t noticed Worcester, MA has one of the highest or highest snow totals in the country. Guess what?! The snow removal here is beyond amazing!! Imagine waking up at 8am and knowing it just snowed 5inches and you have to work at 9am. You look outside and the pathway out the door is shoveled! All you have to do is clean your car! Not to mention the cement is always salted! Staff here is awesome, no problems. Love, love it here! And we have a new gym!

It’s excellent because Tanya, Raffi, Jimmy and Deanna are excellent! Why else?! My 3 kids love the staff they are always so nice to them. The property and how well it’s maintained shows how much everyone cares. I love calling Tatnuck my home.

What a great group of fellows here! I am old and I stopped in because I need a one bedroom apartment. The two young ladies Tanya and Deanna were so patient with all of my questions. And I had a lot! The young fellow Jim helped me in the office, there is a little step I couldn’t get up. There was another nice man there, he seemed a little older. He was cheery, laughing. I forget his name, I think it was Ralf. He was just happy. I was so impressed, everyone had masks on! That is important for an old man like me during these times. Well I hope a one bedroom opens up soon for me, I would love to live here. I promised the girls my homemade baklava. Well so long.

I have lived here for 13 years. I know first hand the ups and downs of living here. More than anything Kudos for our management team...Tanya, Rafael and Jimmy. They are the team that keeps Renew Tatnuck Square in the best possible shape. They are professional and always attentive to the needs of the community and it's infrastructure.
