Back Again! 12/19/24 Months after moving to Tavalo Tradition Homes, I’m still beyond impressed. The leasing team, Ashley and Stephanie, exceeded my expectations from the start with their kindness, understanding, and professionalism, making my long-distance move as a single parent seamless. The community continues to be beautifully maintained, and the multiple clubhouse events have created a wonderful sense of connection with friendly and supportive neighbors. It truly feels like a little family here. The monthly variety of food trucks is such a thoughtful bonus, especially on busy workdays. The maintenance team’s promptness and friendly professionalism are unmatched, always handling requests quickly and efficiently. This community has been a safe, welcoming, and stunning place for my kids, senior dog, and me. I couldn’t recommend Tavalo Tradition Homes more!

We love Tavalo. It’s a beautiful and peaceful community. You would never know that it’s almost at full capacity and the amount of people living in the community. The community is great and every person I have met in the community is very friendly. The new pool, clubhouse and pickleball courts are great. The staff in the community has always been nice and says if there is anything they can do to please let them know.

My townhome is beautiful and has everything we need. I love the layout, and the fact I have a two car garage. For the price point this is definitely the best value for your money- the construction is definitely higher quality than the local competition. The homes are adorable and modern. I also love the fact there is no carpet and tile all throughout the downstairs and in the bathrooms.

Absolutely love the space and the community!! We have a pup and the dog park is HUGE which is a big plus for us. The space of the house is big and we love the little courtyard we get in between the house and the garage too

I love the 24/7 gym and the great lawn and all the other amenities. This is also a great place for kids especially with the backyard set up. Kids can play and not have to worry about them running into the streets.

It’s a great & beautiful community! I have been living here since December and have seen the place fill up with new families. I love the location, we are close to multiple shopping center. There are great amenities: pool (still pending), club house, pickleball & gym. The 2 down sides, #1 the closet space is not ideal: the closet in the “master” is too shallow & small. These rooms are Junior Suites, each with their own bathroom (if you’re in a 2 bedroom). #2 the pool was set to be done May: August just started & we still are waiting for it the pool to open. Overall, I highly recommend the community.

The community is a great place to live. Wish the price was more affordable and had more amenities that were not still getting built, but hope to see what the future holds here.

Great place to live..beautiful townhouse with beautiful interior design..definitely family and pet friendly..looking forward to amenities being completed ..definitely a great choice neighborhood..staff is amazing with very pleasant personalities always a smile ..makes for a perfect experience..tavalo is an excellent decision

It’s awesome. Very clean. Neighbors are super friendly and nice. I love living here. It’s very quiet and safe. I wish I moved here sooner. I will definitely be recommending this community to friends and family.

I have only been living there 4 days but I am super impressed. The staff has been very helpful and the grounds are immaculate. Cannot wait for the clubhouse to open!

The community is beautiful. The grounds are pristine. The townhomes were built unlike any other community; very unique, comfortable, and spacious. The staff is 10 stars. I believe it is the one of if not the ONLY community that offers 2 car garages with a private patio and spacious floor plan, unless you're renting a free standing house. We love it, it's amazing!
