About Taylor Avenue Apartments
Located on beautiful lower Queen Anne...we are a 17 unit complex within walking distance to downtown, local shops, coffee, restaurants and all the most wonderful Seattle attractions. Taylor Avenue North is on the transit bus line for a quick shopping trip to Pike Market, Westlake Center or to see one of our Washington State sports teams...to which we are extremely proud of. Visit the Bill and Melinda Gates project, the Space Needle or even Ride the Duck when you have family or friends visiting from out of town. Queen Anne is the perfect place to enjoy urban living at it best giving you the opportunity to be a part of the downtown "vibe". You can admire the most extensive collection of awe-inspiring glass art in the 1.5 acre Chihuly Garden and Glass. This impressive exhibition of Dale Chihuly’s finest pieces is a show of color and shape on display in the lush garden and in a center glasshouse. This mind-blowing Seattle glass art attraction lays at the base of the Space Needle. It is the right place to start an afternoon that should definitely end with the contemplation of the sunset from the SkyCity — the Space Needle’s restaurant.

Perched on a tree-filled hill, Queen Anne is one of Seattle's most famous neighborhoods. It is named for the elegant Victorians that once dominated the landscape. Today, only a handful of the Queen Anne homes remain. As one of Seattle's largest neighborhoods, Queen Anne is often referred to in smaller sections, such as North Queen Anne or Lower Queen Anne.
Extending from the north end of Downtown Seattle to Lake Union's Fremont Cut, Queen Anne changes as you travel through the neighborhood -- the end closest to downtown contains the Space Needle, Chihuly Garden and Glass, the Museum of Pop Culture, and Key Arena. The north end is a little more residential and is home to Seattle Pacific University. Be sure to visit Kerry Park for amazing views of Downtown Seattle and Mount Rainier.
