My experience has been nothing short of awesome! The management team is very professional and courteous, Terrell and Jasmine are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They made the move easy and stress free. The property is absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. Great amenities, especially the club house and all year round heated pool! You really get a vacation resort like feel for a fraction of the cost.. the surrounding area is quiet and serene which is perfect especially after a long day at work..I’m happy I decided on Taylor Farms and would highly recommend checking it out!

Since moving in early Feb 24 I find myself wondering why I didn’t move here sooner. I’m totally enjoying this place and the staff is AMAZING!! from Terrell, Kaylee, and Jasmine. The office staff is super helpful and quick to respond to any issues or complaints and my neighbors are respectful of the 10pm courtesy mandate. Ok let’s talk amenities! From the heated pool, hot tub, or the Billard table, these things are well kept and the club house stays immaculate… I love, love, love this place. Now if I can just get me one of those private yard apartments D.Rey

I am a resident here and I highly suggest not moving here unless you like to smell and smoke weed every day. I have complained multiple times about my neighbor who smokes and management has not done anything to fix the issue. Walls are thin so you can hear everything. The build quality of the apartments are poor, light fixtures/electrical was not installed properly so the lights flicker. Maintenance couldn't fix my lights. I am hoping they will let me move out because I am dealing with headaches when my neighbor smokes weed and it comes through my vents.
