Taylor Heights

I would like to commend the stack for their efforts in maintaining Taylor Heights in excellent condition. I hope to continue my residency here for at least another year.

The staff here is exceptional and I can't recommend Taylor Heights enough. From every facet through the initial touring and leasing process to everyday management it is the best.

The staff has been very helpful. No complaints so far, location is great. A lot of things to do here as well. Very pet friendly. I would recommend to everyone.

I have lived here approximate 4 years and it has been a lovely experience. The staff is always professional and treat the residents as family. The best decision to move here after the sale of my home in a major life change.

Overall the apartment unit itself is great. Only problems I see are dog poop in the hall and staircase time to time and horrible car parkers.

So far so good. Everything has been perfect so far and the staff has been super helpful. Inquries get responded to quickly and without issue.

Move-in process was disorganized, but complex is nice. Building is surprisingly difficult to navigate. Garage elevators are broken and there are very few residential elevators.

We love Taylor heights, the location is perfect and close to so much. The units are great use of space and you always feel safe. I would recommend!

I’m very happy living here. I’ve been here for 3 years, the staff is personable and very friendly. The property is well maintained, all of my maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner, and most importantly I feel safe.

The community team has made my experience enjoyable and it has the best in location , amenities , and class in the heights ! Couldn’t have been happier with my time at Taylor heights .

Love the community and how well everything is kept. Friendly neighbors and staff. Amenities are great. Great for just moving to the city lots to do around.

I’m happy with how helpful the staff was with us moving in. The dog park is very great for my dog and she always has friends to meet out there. Very happy so far.

Taylor Heights is a beautiful and safe apartment complex with every amenity you could want. Nina was extremely helpful and responsive in helping me find a perfect apartment however due to some personal circumstances on my end I wasn’t able to move in. If you’re reading this you should definitely make Taylor Heights your new home because you will not be disappointed.

living here was for the most part felt very nice. what it doesn't have in terms of amenities compared to other comparable apartments, it makes up for it with its convenient location and community.

I had an amazing experience at Taylor heights and the staff was very helpful. The maintenance team was very responsive and friendly. The events that were organized monthly made the complex feel like a community and made it easy to make friends.

I moved in about a week ago and I love it. The staff is great, the residents use the amenities, and the parking for guest is pretty good for them not to park on the street. I’m not mad at it at all. My dog is happier in this community as well.

I love this apartment!!! It is super clean, it has great staff, and it is in a great location. I always feel safe and love walking on the trail. Anytime I put in a maintenance request, it is fixed within a few hours.

Great community. Very helpful and friendly staff. Needed help moving in and they made the process way easier. Always available for service help.

We have lived here for almost 6 months now and couldn't recommend it enough. The property is consistently clean and the amenities are to a high-standard and well kept. What has really made it great living here though are the staff who all go above and beyond to make this a great place to live. The effort they all consistently put in to looking after resident's with personalised touches, and pro-actively dealing with any issues is what makes this apartment a home. I would like to give a special out to Brian for all the support, advice, tourism tips and regular catch-ups from the start of our time here and also to Freddie the Groundskeeper. That man has to be the most positive, hardest working man I have had the pleasure to meet. No matter the circumstances he always takes time out of his day to check in with residents and is here from sunrise to sunset working non-stop ensuring Taylor Heights stays running in the pristine condition it consistently does.

Great place to live with management who keeps in touch and genuinely cares about their residents. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great community to call home

I’ve only been here a short time, but everything has been a dream. Nina, my leasing agent is super kind, helpful and has been a joy to work with. 10/10 for everything and my little fur son has so many new friends already.

The management is excellent, reacts on all my service requests in a quick manner. The corridor and public area has been kept clean during my entire stay.

Great place to live! Front office staff puts on really fun events and the maintenance staff is incredible - The property is well kept and repairs are done promptly.

So happy with living at Taylor Heights so far! The community is always clean and well maintained, and the staff is extremely friendly and genuine. The process for maintenance requests is SO easy, and the requests are almost always taken care of within 24 hours.

I've lived at Taylor Heights Apartments for 3 years and overall, I've had a positive experience. The gym is well-equipped, and the pool area is a great place to relax. The historic Houston Heights neighborhood is charming, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Management has always been prompt and helpful whenever I've had an issue. While there have been occasional minor maintenance delays, they've been addressed quickly. I would recommend Taylor Heights Apartments to anyone looking for a stylish and convenient place to live in Houston.

Great location right by a strip center & walking trail. The staff treat you like friendly neighbors! The grounds are kept clean & the hallways always smell good. The apartment units feel like a small luxury home - the finishes are beautiful, the layout is spacious, and the appliances are modern. Absolutely loved our time here!

I loved living at TH for the last 3 years! Great location and staff! The only reason why I left is because of the large jump in rent price over the years.

Peaceful, private and respectful resident base . Close to local shops & restaurants and easy for commuting the loop or crossing town to work.

Overall Taylor heights has been a great community and feels very safe. Me and my partner love the interior of our unit and love the pool area.

I love my experience at Taylor Heights. Having been here 1.5 years, they make living in an apartment complex a breeze while also fostering a community. This is the first apartment where I have felt like the staff knows me by name (and I have lived in 5 different complexes over the years). Just a wonderful, friendly, and upbeat staff. Plus, any concerns or requests are taken care of swiftly and efficiently.

Absolutely love the community. Although I don’t personally knw many, the energy is perfect. The staff is perfect. Just grateful I chose this community

The overall living experience is great! We have an amazing pool and amenities. The units are luxurious and spacious. To top it off, the staff is nice.

Great apartment - it is a great location where you’re close to the Heights, Montrose, Downtown while also being near major stores like Target and Kroger. The amenities have been nice and the events have been fun.

So far, I love living here. The staff is amazing and super welcoming. The apartment is always clean and quiet. The location is great. I am so happy I chose to move here.

I lived here from August of 2022 until April of 2023, at first everything was fine and I had no complaints, however, at the beginning of February 2023 my car was stolen from the property. I figured that since the apartment complex had security cameras and claimed to have a security guard regularly walking the property that the car would be safe but once the incident occurred, I realized that was not the case. I requested that the workers of the complex assist me in reviewing the security footage in order to be able to see how my vehicle left the property. There was no sense of urgency while they reviewed the footage and after a month and a half of them "reviewing" the footage they were unable to provide me with ANY information of when or how the car might have left. I tried to get information on the incident in the tenant portal and when I posted about the incident, my post went "Under review" and was NEVER posted on the page... as if they were trying to hide what happened. Furthermore, even after the incident occurred, they informed me that the security guard that worked on site was only on site two days a week and were unable to disclose which days, I even have footage and pictures of every time that I pulled into the garage and there was no guard working. You would think they would increase security after the incident but it appears that they did the opposite. Because of this, I left the complex and told them that I just wanted to put this behind me. Now that I am gone, they are trying to charge me for leaving the complex as if anyone in their right mind would want to bring another nice vehicle to the same place that their previous vehicle was stolen from. I was holding off on writing this review in hopes that they might do the right thing and just allow me to leave the complex. But no, they are trying to charge me a fee for leaving, despite the fact that they were of no help while I needed it. They made me wait over a month on time sensitive matter just to tell me they had absolutely no footage of my car leaving the complex even though they have cameras at the garage door (Which makes me conclude that they are either hiding something or their system never worked in the first place) and now they are trying to take more money from me after I lost a vehicle that was worth over 50k at their property..... glad they look out for their tenants.

It’s a good place to live with an amazing location. I wish the gate didn’t give so much problem but I guess it’s not their fault :) I recommend

Taylor heights is hands down the best apartment complex in the Houston area. The staff and community is amazing and really wants all residents to be comfortable. Since living here I have yet to have an issue which is rare especially living in an apartment. It is quiet and is at a very convenient location to downtown. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else so glad I chose Taylor heights!

We love living at Taylor Heights. It feels safe and homey. It’s typically quiet, always smells good and hallways and leasing office are always clean. The leasing office staff is always there to help and make your life easier!

I'd give 4.5 stars if I could, but point is it's fantastic but not perfect. Some positives: the neighborhood is awesome and the location of this particular building can't be beat (right by I-10, and directly on the MKT trail) and prices were decent when I signed. The staff are all very kind, professional, and attentive. The amenities are also awesome, specifically the fact that the gym has a power rack. My biggest gripe is when the door from the garage to the stairwell near my unit breaks and can't be open from the garage side. This happens probably about every other month or so; it's extremely inconvenient and probably a fire hazard. A smaller gripe is that soundproofing for the north exterior could be better (barking dogs, lawnmowers, construction, loud cars on I-10, are all very audible through the windows). Finally, my smallest grip but an easy fix is that there are no clips for the barbell.

Lived here for 2 years and have Zero Complaints. The staff is nice, the grounds are maintained well, and the amenities are awesome! Would highly recommend!!!

The community is well kept by the porter and the staff is very responsive with any inquiries. Location is excellent and amenities are pretty good as well.

Enjoy living here it is just very overpriced and they try to up it around 20% each year. Good pool, descent gym, staff is very kind. Structural issues and random things break in the unit, but overall happy.
