Property Ratings at Taylor Pointe Apartments
Zero Management zero care from them never in office ,on property , never answer phone calls cash checks late and then hit you with late fees because they aren't around to pick up a check or cashier check from one or the drop box don't have any internet portal to pay , Amenities are fake partial gym , Ac wall units are not Energy efficient expect to pay over 100 on your E bill, heater runs on heated water which is under the floors in the units , lack of Maint ,Emergency Maintance are the heroes of this building still standing
Let me first start by saying nobody is ever in the office. We have gone through at least four people in management keep in mind we’re just now coming up on a year of being open. Sad. I have had several packages stolen. There is a locked key room on the first floor for packages connected to the office. Had somebody actually been in the office doing their job the several times my packages were stolen they would’ve been secured and locked away in a room that they were so high and mighty proud of to show. The one day management was here a couple weeks ago they put the packages outside between the garbage from and key locked package room. It seems the only time management is ever here is to type up paragraphs and put them on everybody’s door and surrounding common areas in the building. Our heat and water didn’t work for almost 3 days which they didn’t seem to be too concerned about. They changed the dog policy in the middle of my lease. Nobody answers phone calls or voicemails and if it’s emails it’s at their convenience. The garbage rooms are constantly trash disgusting and backed up. Maintenance either doesn’t know what they’re doing or management doesn’t properly tell them what they are coming to the unit for to fix. The one time management actually sent Maintenance only one of the things were fixed out of the few I requested all being essential things. It’s just sad that such a nice place really is not good to live because management as well as other residents who have lack of respect for where they live. Sad.
It’s a decent place to live and when I say decent really whoever built it is all I could give credit for. Management sucks. They have listed it on the garbage door to contact them if garbage is full which intends to be because the people who live here have no respect for the place they reside or for others who reside here. I don’t know where they say to contact them because they’re never in the office nor do they answer their phones and they hardly ever get back to you an email. Expect AT LEAST a week or two to pass before getting contacted. Like the headline states, decent place but management SUCKS.
1 of the machines in fitness room has been broken since I moved in 8 months ago. Landlady claimed that internet was included, but I’ve spent months calling her and TDS to get it installed in my unit (and I got charged for the “free service”). Community room is frequently locked, and main entrance door is frequently broken/unlocked. Looks nice otherwise, but be aware of the false advertising
