It seems there has been a lot of changes based on previous reviews. My experience has been nothing but positive. The property manager, sherry is always available to answer calls and visits. The staff is eager to help, property is clean and my service tickets are handle promptly. I will be renewing my lease when it expires in December!

I toured the Teagen about a month ago and recently moved in. The office staff has been very helpful and my apartment was better than expected. After reading some reviews, I was somewhat hesitant to live here. Sherry in the office stayed in constant contact with me and made sure I understood each step of living here. I love the gates and the fitness center and the pool is always open and cleaned. So far, this place has exceeded my expectations.

We have literally gone 4 months with out central heating/air. You can never get a hold of anyone and nothing ever gets fixed. The main office doesn't even communicate maintenance tickets too the maintenance crew, you have to call the emergency/after hours line for them to even find out you need help.

If I could put zero stars I would. From water outages to cockroaches and damage inbetween. This place is not a good environment to live in. The managers are hostile and unprofessional that are unwilling and inconvenienced to fix anything and will blame you. We have water damage and holes in the walls as well as unsealed tubs. Theres also leaks in the "new" fridge and cracks inside it but its our fault. Then door barely closes and you can see daylight through it but then they get upset and ask whats wrong with it. The AC barely works. Just had a walk through and the manager was unprofessional and disrespectful as well as so unwilling to fix issues that the blame is trying to be put on us. They walked out before even finishing the walk through. Do NOT live here. Save yourself the trouble.
If I could give them 0 stars, I would. This company does not care about their residents. Maintenance will close out your work orders without ever coming to your unit. You are billed amenity charges for amentities that are inoperable. Mailboxes have been broken into and you have to pick your mail up from the post office. You pay for pest control monthly and I've only seen them in my unit once. You pay for valet trash and no one comes. The front office will tell you one thing and completely lie and say they never said that. My unit flooded due to the companies negligence and they have not taken accountability. Again, I would stay as far away as possible from this place.

There is trash all over the property. It’s disgusting. Management is well aware and has yet to do anything. Some of the same trash has been there since I’ve moved in, over a month ago. Makes me regret moving in and I will not be inviting anyone over due to that.

Run as fast as you can away from this apartment complex. I never believed reviews on websites but trust me on this, it is quite possibly the worst place in OKC. First off, the reason the rating is so high is because they deleted all of the negative reviews, when I first moved here, it was not this positive. I have lived here for a year now and cannot wait for my lease to be up so I can get out of here. The office people are snarky and rude and do not care about your issues, they just want you to leave as quickly as possible. They never return calls or emails. You cannot trust that they put in a maintenance request. One day they told me that it was put in and when i called three days later asking when it would be taken care of, they said there was never anything put in. The people who live here are loud as can be and always shouting. They claim they have security around but I have seen them once and never again. Things never get fully fixed or resolved until you get others involved. I had MULTIPLE issues with maintenance when i first moved in and didn’t have hot water for over a week. There bugs and stray animals all over. They added a lock on the mail room without anyone’s knowledge and didn’t even send out the code for it. The rudest and inconsiderate people who work and run this apartment complex. I wouldn’t suggest moving here unless you want to deal with useless drama and issues that never get taken care of.
They shut off the water without telling their residents. They won’t even tell you how long the water will be shut off for. I’ve called several times to ask and they’ll say 30 mins or 1 hour.. it’s been 7 hours. Look somewhere else.

Nothing but problems! Water is constantly being shut off multiple times a week. Had to fight with them to fix hot water heater for a couple of weeks, finally had to get corporate involved to get it fixed. Ended up having to get a hotel a couple times during this to be able to take a hot shower. Watch out for the bed bugs! A resident on the first floor had a confirmed case and we found a couple in our apartment. Was told it was a coincidence that we got them and I was charged $645 for the exterminator.
My sister and I have recently applied to Chisolm Park and couldn't be more ecstatic to move in! We were greeted quickly and warmly by the staff here and decided to apply for a two bedroom the same day we were shown around! The apartments are clean and nice, the amenities are awesome, and the community seems like a great place for adults and children alike!!
