Stretched along the Mississippi River, Saint Louis is the second most populous city in Missouri. Regarded as the Gateway to the West, Saint Louis was the starting point of Lewis and Clark’s infamous expedition. Saint Louis’ most iconic landmark, the Gateway Arch, is a memorial celebrating the nation’s westward expansion.
In addition to its rich history, Saint Louis offers residents access to exceptional amenities and culture. An apartment in Saint Louis affords you the opportunity to climb sculptures composed of reclaimed building materials at the one-of-a-kind City Museum, or watch the Cardinals play ball at Busch Stadium.
Hit the town and catch a performance at the Fabulous Fox, or indulge in some retail therapy at the massive Saint Louis Outlet Mall. There’s incredible architecture to admire in the Washington Avenue Historic District, or you could experience the flora and fauna on display at the Saint Louis Zoo and Missouri Botanical Garden.

Property Ratings at Telegraph Crossing
Managers and maintenance staff are friendly, responsive and professional. I've enjoyed living here for almost 2 years in an environment that is generally quiet and close to everything.
Do not rent from here. Dishwasher went out twice and flooded my kitchen. Office would not return my calls regarding this, even showed up at the office bc my kitchen would not stop flooding due to the issue. They didn’t come to look at my dishwasher for another week. This same incident happened twice. I couldn’t use my sink bc it would leak out of my dishwasher, but this wasn’t an “emergency”. I also had to pay for a toilet that was clogged because the maintenance guy claimed he couldn’t snake it…. He broke open my toilet while I was home and I was charged for the toilet being broken. They do not keep up with grass cutting, I have found USED needles on the ground, I had a neighbor try to literally fist fight me while i was holding my child due to a reserved parking spot sign and she then proceeded to take my doormat…. Neighbors smoking inside of the apartments and smoke smell travels up into your entire apartment. Clothes are stolen out of the washers/ dryers. That’s just a small list. So if you’re looking to live somewhere that is Jeffco 411 this is your place!! I am aware not all of the things listed are management’s faults, but it is not a good environment to have children. I wouldn’t even live here myself without children.
Loud neighbors go ignored by management, people leave laundry in washers and dryers for hours without penalty. All they care about is getting their rent money. Canceled the pool and raised the rent.
Would be a good place if the management had not move a mother with 3 kids above me. Kids running, jumping, stomping etc. all day, evening, and halfway through the night. I have called management 3-4 times and if anything it has gotten worse. I have not had one guest over that has not commented on the noise.
I don’t agree with people lying about the staff they are very friendly! And always helpful! The mold issue is easily fixed not a reason not to live here. Still beautiful otherwise, close to shopping and the hwy tons of great food near by. Renewing my lease in jan??
Please listen to me when I tell you to stay away from this place! It's extremely disgusting!! Bugs and mold everywhere. They smile and act friendly when you get there until you sign the lease. Their trick is they clean the apartment and have it sprayed for bugs right before you move in. Then once you're there for more then a week the bugs start coming back and the mold starts to smell. When you tell the landlord all she does is talk down to you. She was too lazy to even walk up to the third floor and address the problem, instead her solution was to charge me to have it fixed. Please stay away!
Very dirty and horrible landlord. Go anywhere but here!
my girlfriend and I just moved in recently and we've been more than pleased so far. the staff is very friendly and everything is clean and well kept up. it's a great place to call home.
