I moved to Temecula Ridge 4 months ago, and I gotta say this place is great. Since moving here, I can’t really think of anything to complain about. Geri and the office staff I’ve met are professional and friendly and the apartment complex is nice and clean. At night there’s patrol for that extra added security. If you’re looking for a nice and quiet place, this place is it. ??????????????????

Hello future residents, First off I’ve been living here for 14 years.This apt. Complex sits up on a hill so it has fantastic views of the Temecula valley. There is mature landscaping here that is kept up very well. The people are friendly and the Ladies that work in the rental office are the best. They are like family. Expect for management to take 45% of your deposit when you move out. Doesn’t matter how clean you leave it. Beware of their unethical practices.

As someone who has traveled the country over the past decade, not only have I owned a home, but have lived in many apartment communities. I have been a resident of beautiful Temecula Ridge for eight months now and I have to say by far is the best experience I've had living in close proximity to other residents. The complex is kept up by maintenance, staff and landscapers, daily. Noise pollution is generally not an issue and if it does become an issue (rare) management addresses it right away. Management does a great job taking care and supporting CURRENT residents as opposed to other communities that only give you attention right before lease signing and forget you once you move in. Turnover in the office is low. I see the same employees everyday which is important to me. It means they're doing their jobs consistently. They also host a number of community events like garage sales, photo contests, and resident mixers where wine and quality food is arranged and provided. The apartment homes are beautiful. Not your typical eggshell white walls (light yellow-beige color), crown molding, beautiful kitchens and modern outlets (USB).The walls are thick enough where the daily habits of your neighbors are KEPT to your neighbors. One neighbor apologized to me for having an obnoxiously loud X-box party with her friends but I didn't hear a thing. Just a couple cons. One con is maintenance requests. There have been a couple times where requests were scheduled but not kept and followed up with a call. But once I make it known they correct the situation and reschedule the request. The other, parking can sometimes be difficult. Not enough parking for residents and their guests in close proximity to actual residence even with optional garages. Just to recap, beautiful, well kpet community, low turn over staff, quiet modern apartment homes. The residents here are extremely friendly, helpful and respectful. It's more than a community, it's a family. I look forward to staying here for years to come until it's time to move into a house again.

I was clear about what I wanted and did not want, I wanted good freeway access, direct access garage, downsize to a 1 bed room, close to amenities and a safe environment. I searched online and drove around for a month, finally I decided to give an older property a look see. Boy was I surprised by the quality of the staff, the cleanliness of the grounds and the perfect 1 bedroom with an direct access garage just waiting for me! Freeway is 1.5 miles away, grounds are immaculate, an Olympic size pool any one would die for and great team of managers and maintenance staff. The bonus is the great patio right out front of my door, a perfect place to sit and enjoy a peaceful warm evening with great neighbors. You won't be disappointed, stop by and visit Temecula Ridge Apartments.
