The apartment is lovely, amenities are nice when they are open and available. Leasing office staff have been passive aggressive but they still listen and are helpful. Maintenance is slow but when they do come they are extremely nice and accommodating to your needs. It’s been a great experience over all!

For the low price that I pay here (unrenovated unit) I really can't complain. It's quiet for tempe even though it's barely tempe. It does seem like they're always closing one of the few amenities for repairs but I guess that's better than no repairs at all. They struggled with maintenance staffing for awhile but that seems to be in order now and I've never had any issues with them.

I always write excellent reviews about the neighborhood, great location, close to everything (mall, restaurants, parks, movie theaters, ASU, etc). Safe place to walk with your dog at night time or just to walk around the neighborhood. My only complaint has always been the carelessness from people who owns dogs, they don’t pick up after their pets and use the dog park as a potty area. I wish the leasing office could enforce the rules. There are apartments who has up to 4 dogs per apartment, which I think it’s not right. I have not complaint about maintenance, their response is always on time and fast.

Great size apartments, staff is really nice! Love that we have community events and taco trucks! My only complaint would be the maintenance of the dog park. But also the other dog parents who don’t pick up after their dogs do maintenance can’t really take care of the dog park, but outside of that it’s great!

It has been great living here, i love the area and it is a great size, especially if it is just you and your pet. I dont have an upgraded apartment so I dud run into a few problems which is to be expected with older appliances and everything but anytime i have a problem maintenance is quick to come fix it! Living at Broadstone Tempe Station Apartments has been an overall positive experience for me. The apartments themselves are modern, spacious, and well-designed, with plenty of natural light, which I truly appreciate. The amenities are great too—there’s a fantastic pool area, a well-equipped fitness center, and nice outdoor spaces to relax or meet neighbors. The staff is friendly and responsive, which makes a big difference when it comes to maintenance or any issues. My only small complaint is that sometimes the lights are on, but overall, the experience has been great. It’s a comfortable, well-located, and welcoming community to live in.

This is my move in experience and can update when I have lived here a few months (I am still settling in). The management team, specifically Rebecca was a huge help for me in the lease and move in process, I was coming from another state and they helped me out via phone call and email. All my questions were answered, lease process was smooth and I was able to move in without any complications as someone coming in not knowing more about the space than what a relative who lives here was telling me. The place is beautiful, so far I have seen property custodial team on sight at all hours of the day everyday. I do not have a car at the moment but there are plenty of spots to park and the train station is outside the property. There is a community forum and management updates it almost daily, great to see that.

Good community, well maintained swimming pool and gym. Friendly staff in the office and good maintenance. Apartment is spacious enough. And it’s a gated community.

I’ve been renting this apartment for over six months now and the consistency with the maintenance and the professionalism of the Staff hasn’t changed since day one. Fast response to issues I can have with it. All the Staff are really friendly and they promote different events that allow us to interact with each others. I can walk my dog after 10 pm and is really quiet and safe for us. Plus the location couldn’t be better, close to everything (parks, ASU campus, shopping centers, movie theater and bares, etc).

The community is large, and the apartments are spacious. It’s peaceful throughout the day, which makes it a relaxing place to live. The people in the community and my neighbors are friendly and respectful. Overall, I’m happy with my choice and looking forward to the rest of my lease here.

Tempe Station is truly a hidden gem. It's in the perfect location for almost anything and everything. The grounds are beautiful as well as the pool area. The new furniture at the pool area is awesome and very comfortable. The office crew is always willing to help with any issues you might have. The maintenance Department is absolutely the best.
