it felt like a prison, would never recommend. theres alot of gunshots at night too.

Disgusting
Management doesn't fix a thing. They ignore your online request through the portal. They give you sarcastic remarks on submitting a request when they ignored you. Fourth floor leaks and most units have mold due to poor insulation

Great place
My first apartment and I love it already! Any issues you may have with your unit property manager and/or maintenance are on top of it! Great location

The Temptor
Brewery and salon downstairs? Check. Walking distance to a handful of nice bars and eats? Check. Just a few short minutes from downtown, let alone anywhere? You bet! I love living here, I may not leave!

Quiet neighborhood, good neighbors, decent food options, very safe. No real complaints and I've been here nearly two years now.

Cool Place!
Live on top of a really fun brewery. I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bath. It has a great amount of space for everything. Really quite inside and the manger keeps the place really clean and always fixes any issue quickly. Garage parking is the way to go. A lot of great sun light all day.
