Steeped in history and unique culture, Baltimore is among America’s most culturally-rich cities. Centuries spent as a major port city have contributed to a diverse mix of influences, resulting in the eclectic range of food and art found in Baltimore today. The relatively compact layout of the city makes life a bit easier for pedestrians and cyclists — it also means that, even though the city is home to over 600,000 people, it retains the feel of a much smaller community. The city’s neighborhoods display a huge degree of variety, ranging from rowhouses to high-rise apartments to charming suburban subdivisions.
It’s an excellent city for sports fans, with the Orioles and the Ravens representing Baltimore in the big leagues. The arts community is quite active in Baltimore as well, largely thanks to the Maryland Institute College of Art and the huge Artscape festival that draws thousands every May.

Property Ratings at Ten Hills
I lived here for 7 months and had an ongoing mice issues. I was extremely clean and the leasing office even used my apartment for the bank inspection. I took them to court in order to break my lease. Nice space, but not worth the rodents. They live in the walls and keep you awake at night. Only thing they did was provide sticky pads. Even called the housing authority on them.
The main thing that makes this place poor is the new management. The young lady is rude and not helpful at all! She listens to whatever maintenance tell her. Maintenance broke my brand new dining table and they told me to file a claim under renters insurance and have them investigate. It took me two months to get a new refrigerator and my food kept spoiling. Maintenance tried to say it was because I had too much food in my refrigerator. They stole some of my food and my ice tray and took it upon themselves to transfer my food themselves from a small lender fridge to the new one when I kept telling them I want to be present when they are in my unit being as though they break things and don't own up to it, but they kept coming in without me there! Then they didn't give me my security deposit back after I made sure that place was well taken care of and cleaned when I left! I signed my lease letter that I would not be renewing my lease over a month and a half before my lease was up and because I didn't send a certified letter to them two months ahead of time, they won't give me my security deposit back. I am going to fight this! This company is not worth moving here. It has went downhill quickly! "Downhill Apartments"
Doesn’t qualify for even a star.Had to give 1 star because it’s a requirement to click a rating. Don’t risk it .
I am overpaying for a two bedroom apartment. This apartment community used to be good but now since they switched property management companies (From Continental Reality Corporation to Schwebb Partners) they will tow your cars and any guests cars. They also lied about replacement parking permit and beguan towing before they said they would enforce the rule where you have to have a parking permit from 9am-9pm every day. Laundry is on sight but it costs over 10$ to do laundry for a week (not including laundry supplies etc.). Staff is extremely rude and is not able to handle frustration customers who are paying way too much to be treated rudely when the staff does not know how to handle a situation. It is ok for staff members to hang up on frustrated customers and this has happened several times. The company has also threatened an entire building to increase rent for one resident throwing non- toilet paper items down the toilet. Bottom line the property manager and staff do not care about residents who have been living there for 2 or more years and only care about getting more customers. Please do not waste your time and just pick another place to live because you do not want to deal with the headache of being treated so poorly in a place where you would like to live.
Ten Hills Apartments is managed by Quest Management. It is a very small community nestled away from major roads for a chance of peace and quiet. I absolutely love my apartment, the rooms are bigger than the rooms I had in my house. Try Ten Hills I promise you wont be disappointed.
