10 Wine Lofts Is it quiet modern Apartment community With a great location in Old Town Scottsdale. dog friendly, Spacious units many have extra large balconies . Elevator makes it easier When using the gated underground parking. lovely pool is well maintained. But the reason this Community is outstanding it's because of the Management on site. Andrea and her team are extraordinarily responsive. They are unobtrusive but know exactly what is going on and respond immediately to any concerns.

Ten Wine Lofts is a nice upscale and quiet community right at the fringe of Old Town naming it super accessible to everything by foot which was really important to me. At the same time though you have the accessible streets and highways and beautiful mountains all around you. It’s perfect for me

After one year at Ten Wine Lofts we are very happy, Great communication & very accesible on site team. Complex is great, the management wonderful, covered parking & elevator. Great location too. We love living at Ten Wine Lofts. The apartment itself is fabulous and spacious. The staff are great. The location is a little noisy sometimes with emergency vehicles, but at least you know the hospital is close by if you hurt yourself dining, dancing or biking in Old Town. My favorite part is the swimming pool as I love to swim laps.

Very well located, Ten Wine Lofts are a safe, ¨chill" community with unique floor plans & individual washer dryers in each unit. The secure parking and elevator access are great. They are pet friendly as well. Staff is very responsive and available when needed. Most importantly they are proactive in upkeep . Overall very happy at Ten Wine.

Great location that is just close enough to walk to, but not in the middle of the noisier part of Scottsdale Old Town. Underground secure tenant parking & elevators. Dog friendly. Attentive & accesible ¨on site staff¨ is a huge plus. Very responsive to any communication . Smaller than the mega buildings, but with plenty of great common areas & gym. Very happy here.

Ten Wine Lofts offers an excellent location in Downtown Scottsdale, beautiful apartments, and an extremely competent and friendly staff. We could not have chosen a better home from which to experience urban living.
Ten Wine is a great place to live. Our apartment is spacious and bright. All the action is close by and our neighbors are great. My favorite feature is the pool. It's big enough for lap swimming.
This is an excellently managed property, good staff and amenities.
The Management team on property is always concerned with improving the property. The Maintenance team is always there to fix or repair the requests. The property office is always available to help.
Floating in the pool, gazing at the sky, this complex feels like a high-end resort. In the courtyard, you can imagine that you are practically any warm place in the world.
I really enjoy living here! It's modern, quiet, and in a fantastic location.

Ten Wine Lofts is a terrific apartment community. We love it here.
After weeks of sending maintenance requests and e-mails that our A/C was not working well, Ten Wine Lofts asked us for doctor's note to prove that 80F inside could be a health problem. They finally sent someone out and he quickly identified the problem part, but now we're still waiting. Why did it take weeks to get this far, and a letter from the Mayo Clinic? Is that even legal? We've been living somewhere else during this time. Really unacceptable on multiple levels.
