Property Ratings at Tenby Chase Apartments
I like living here. Nice wood floors in my unit except bedroom, but that's what I prefer. The maintenance guys are pretty good and easy to contact if an issue comes up. Landscaping this summer has been an improvement and makes the complex look even nicer. They are also painting the buildings and re-paving the parking lots so it seems like they are really making investments for the residents. Great location because I am close to many good restaurants and stores . Very close to Philly and major highways, like route 130, NJ Tpk, 295, and 95
I moved here at the beginning of summer after looking at a few other complexes in the area and so far I am glad about by ultimate choice. I feel like I got a good deal on the 2 bedroom townhome, and there is so much space! Love grilling off of my back door all summer - so relaxing after a long day. Everyone I have met from the office, maintenance and neighbors have been warm and welcoming. Only thing is sometimes the kids can get a little rambunctious, but hey, it is a community after all! I just politely ask them to keep it down and a little further away and issue solved. Now, I am going to go enjoy the new saltwater pool some more while I can before it closes for the fall and winter haha!
I move all over with my job and hope to stay here a long time. My apartment is really big, do not have a need to get an extra storage unit, have a big basement. The office staff was very helpful even with me moving from Hawaii and not being in NJ until I got there to move in. Maintenance has been good to. I would recommend Tenby to everyone.
Best apartments in Burlington County! Established and exceptionally taken care of. The amenities are beautifully maintained including a pool, gym and hall for rent. The office staff always treated me with respect and addressed my needs quickly!
I lived at Tenby for a few years before moving into my home. I loved it there so much that we just moved my mother there after she sold our family home. She is just as happy as I was! We were worried it would be hard for her moving from a large home and being in it for so long but she is so content. What a relief! We recommend Tenby to anyone looking.

Thank you so much! We loved having you and now love having your Mother!
I have been living in this complex for about 2 years. I just regret I cannot leave without breaking the lease . I got robbed paying for this old kitchen and both room from the age of the dinausor. The worst is dealing unrespectful management, There is always a long delay for repair. I would not recommend anyone to lease from SDK Tenby Chase. I will be out soon
I have lived at Tenby Chase for about 3 years now and do not plan on going anywhere. I owned my own home and I was tired of maintenance issues so I sold my home and moved to Tenby Chase. I have a vey large 1 bedroom with a basement and a half bath, it is so nice to have the extra space and a washer and dryer in my home. I also have a fireplace. I love that if I have a maintenance problem all I have to do is call the office and the maintenance staff responds very quickly. Sometimes they do have to come back but always keep me updated and make sure the issue gets fixed. The girls in the office are very helpful and caring. I really do not have anything negative to say about Tenby Chase and definitely would recommend anyone looking for a very spacious place with good up keep and friendly staff to check them out.
I've lived at Tenby Chase for 2 years and I really do love it here. We've had a few issues such as the AC going out, but maintenance was quick to respond. Also, parking sometimes can be a nightmare. It seems like everyone who lives here is a contractor because there are white vans everywhere! This takes up a lot of parking spaces. Honestly, those are the only negatives I've found here. We're renting a two bedroom townhouse that is very spacious. Both bedrooms are huge! We have 2.5 bathrooms which is very convenient since the half bath is downstairs. We also have a basement which is our designated "home gym". The staff has been very helpful, especially Brooke. The maintenance guys are wonderful as well. Our neighbors are very friendly and quiet, the location is perfect, right off route 130. No place is going to be perfect, but of all places I've rented, this by far is the best. We have a fireplace for the winter that we love to use as well. After living here, it just wouldn't make sense to rent anywhere else because for this amount of space and to live in a great neighborhood, I don't think we could get a better deal. We will definitely keep renewing our lease until we buy a house. I highly recommend Tenby Chase to anyone looking for a nice place to live.

Thank you so much for the great review, we are so happy you love your home!
We were eager to move into this apartment. The complex seemed family friendly and the staff was laid back. We asked for the apartment across from the pool (which opened almost a month and a half late) and were charge an extra $50 to be there. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. You can smell your neighbors cooking....never a good thing. Every night around 10pm I am consumed with nausea because my neighbors downstairs make dinner. We also had a lovely family of squirrels living in the attic above our apartment. I believe they played squirrel soccer from the hours of 5am-midnight everyday in the hopes of keeping us awake. They were successful. We had to have them removed, literally, with a trap. And I hope you don't like bugs, it's cricket and spider central. I was told if there was a cricket problem that the foundation was probably rotting. Probably, not a good sign. Also, I'm pretty sure there is a mold problem as I've never had allergies and towards the end of our lease my fiancée and I began to develop respiratory problems. The maintenance staff is....nice I guess; they don't really fix anything. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. The office staff, which I once thought were laid back, are simply just lazy. Stay clear.
My apartment is very nice and spacious. The pool is very nice in the Summer and my neighbors are also nice. Im a single parent and I feel safe for me and my child. The only thing that I dont like is that you have to pay water this makes it hard for me to try to keep up this apartment with all the other responsibilities I may have.
I've lived here since 2007. The area is beautiful and so conviently located to all stores. The people in the area are friendly and there is an excellent school system. Maintance is always available for any issues you have in the apartment. I feel safe in this area with my kids.
The apartments are more spacious then any other apartment I've lived in. Beautiful floor plans. Maintenance is quick to initially show up, the finished job takes some time. Lots of work vans take up parking. Pool is free Laundry in every apartment is nice.
