West Palm Beach puts the excitement and extravagance of South Florida in your lap without the exorbitant price tag. It’s a great community for folks who like to stay active: The Lake Trail offers a chance to ride a bike through a scenic route lined by majestic trees, historic mansions (including Henry Flagler’s Sea Gull Cottage), and the Intracoastal Waterway.
The nightlife along Clematis Street and at the CityPlace complex provides enough variety to ensure that there are always plenty of options for your after-hours adventures. Numerous performance venues and music festivals bring an eclectic roster of concerts to the community; SunFest in particular attracts major touring act and regularly draws hundreds of thousands of fans to the waterfront every spring.
For a more intimate and refined experience, catch a performance by the Palm Beach Pops or the Miami City Ballet at the Kravis Center.

Property Ratings at Tennis Towers Apartments
Evelyn was an amazing helping me from start to finish. The property is very nice and I can't wait to start a new year here in my new home.
Horrible place. I went to take a tour and see their "show apartment" and honestly it's really nice. Even convinced me to spend the extra 300 a month for the upgraded amenities. I went through all the hoops, and filled out all the paperwork to get the lease and didn't get to see my actual apartment until after i got the keys. Well move in day comes and I finally get to see it and it was bad. Really bad. Water damage, flickering lights, dirty walls, rust on the closet doors that where the wrong size and installed incredibly crooked. Stains all over the sinks, blinds about 2 inches to short, and a few spiders because why not. That's just the apartment, the building isn't in exactly in the best shape ether but I was ok with that if the apartment was nice. But it was far from nice. I ended up going back to the office handing over the keys and they didn't even seem that surprised. I had a moving truck and everything ready to go. I lost the "application fee" and "administration fee" witch was about $500 total but I couldn't get out of that place fast enough.
The worst neighborhood I have lived in. I was constantly woken up by people screaming, playing music, or getting arrested. I lived close the the elevator and garbage chute so I constantly had to deal with the noise of the elevator and ROACHES! Huge roaches, the entire building was infested. I moved in and on my first night I was welcomed by bunch of roaches! I lived without A/C for about 2 weeks of my lease. The maintenance crew could not fix my unit and could careless if I had A/C or not, it was not a priority. To be honest, there really is only one knowledgeable maintenance person and I think he was the supervisor. The rest, had no clue what they were doing. The office staff is unprofessional and not helpful.. except when they are trying to rent a unit. After that, forget it! The place is poorly managed, customer service sucks, the neighborhood is dirty and unkept. Roaches are out of control and what makes it worst is that management is AWARE of the situation and continue to rent units knowing that they are infested with roaches! The elevator works... sometimes. I've been stuck in there a few times and other times I've had to walk up to the 7th floor with groceries.
Corporate staff of Rich Properties are the most rude, incompetent, disrespectful and greedy people you will ever come across! The name speaks for itself, that’s all they care about, money! The air conditioning system sucks. The leasing office staff are very very rude and incompetent! Current residents pay more to renew a lease than a new applicant. The stairways smell of urine ALL THE TIME. The trash chutes are usually packed full 60% of the time. Pool sucks especially since the staff WATCH while you swim. Half of the units are “upgraded” while the others are from the 90’s.
The place was what they told me from 1 day. Comfortable and Clean. I really like it! Highly Recommended!
If there was less than a star I'll put it. Old apartments high rent elevator stopped more than it's working. If you wanna got robbed easy go and live there. 3 robberies happend December 2018 in less than 3 weeks. No security months and months, bad management had been changed 3 times in less than 6 months Call office to request a maintenance they will never gonna solve it. 3 months I'm waiting to get my hot water Carpet wasn't cleaned and they didn't want to clean or change. Ac you barely feel it and when I called them to fix it the answer was sorry that's the way building was built we can do nothing Don't go and live there for your safety you will see things you never saw before in other communities And it's something normal to see someone on the stairs with a needle having drugs Good look if you are trying to move
If you enjoy 8am wake up calls by the sound of lawn mowers and weed Wacker doing scheduled maintenance on Saturday mornings, gangs of raccoons hanging out in the parking lot outside your building or finding them creeping in your dumpster because maintenance needs "approval" to fix broken doors after MONTHS of complaints from multiple tenants then this is the place to be. I'm beginning to feel very regretful of moving into this neighborhood very recently. I've gone to walk my dog and he's gotten broken glass in his paws from the garbage sprawled out in front of the dumpster as well as him being distracted by the food and bones the animals have dug out of the dumpster because they have refused to fix the doors to the dumpster area in my building. I pay way too much money to be living in a community that's not even gated for this to be my view or the conditions I have to live around especially having a 7 year old who's scared to get out of the car because there's raccoons hanging out by the only path to get to our front door. I have complained several times and nothing has been done and I'm told to simply "shoo" them away because after all, there are several open cans on the compound for them to dig through so there is "nothing they can do about it" when they know good and well they could call animal care and control and pay to have them removed from the property for the safety of their tenants. Hopefully this will speed up "the authorization" necessary to get these issues resolved.
The apartments are a very decent size for the additional rent cost. The fact that you can have water included is also a plus. The pool is nice and so is the Jacuzzi. The customer service is absolutely atrocious. I have never more disrespected in my life. I got a call from one of the office members to tell me that my guest was banned from the pool area as there was an incident. When I asked what was the incident, I was told that I couldnt be told because it may or may not be my guest. As the person in question could have walked into my aparmt ent or my neighbors. So, then the logical question is well what does the guest look like? She proceeds to tell me that she cant tell me because it may or may not be my guest, but if I have a guest they are banned. How does that even make sense? When I questioned further I was met with aggression and nonsense. Don't even get me started on the 17 guest spots in a 300 apartment complex. Or the fact that they put in these new "security" lights in only the two buildings in the front. Just the two buildings, they are not putting any lights in the DARK buildings in the back. The lights in the front are so bright you can not tell if it is day or night. The garbage pile up on the weekends is absolutely disgusting. The flies and the smell is absolutely breath taking. They demand you make repair requests online only to clear them without actually stepping foot in the apartment. The ELEVATORS never work!!!! You will get stuck in the elevator!!!! Th roaches, I understand it is a high rise and stuff like this is bound to happen. The fact that their "pest control" only exacerbates the issue is disturbing. ONLY rent here if you have no other choice. ONLY if your other option is homelessness in a rough neighborhood.
Inquired about my deposit after never receiving it. A manager named Valerie said she couldn't answer the question over the phone. I asked her if I had to be there in person to get the info and she cursed me out. Told me she doesn't care where I am or what I do. Dee and Stephanie used to work in the office and I loved those girls. Both are gone now and sadly so is customer service. To think I recommended people to this place in the past.
I love the property. I love it here. The view is great and there's tons of privacy. Safe and the office staff is so helpful. Patty is great. I enjoy staying here. The office works so hard to make tennis towers the best residential area around. I really love the unlimited space in the house, it's like an actually house.

Never will recommend this place for anyone, I have been living here for the last six years, but since they have the new manager Patty everything is going down. very horrible service and unhelpful manager . She is very rude, mean and not polite at all. What a shame to have such unpleasant people to be in this kind of jobs. It's so funny and sad how a customer service manager can treat their customers the way Patty was treating me today, trying to make me pay for extra rent money even though i signed the lease for different amount. !!and when i asked why she respond very poorly with horrible and disgusting attitude. Very unprofessional and unrespectful person. EVEN ONE STAR REVIEW IS TOO MUCH FOR THEM. IT SHOULD BE BELOW ZERO.
latest management sucks. is not customer orientated. no laundry facilities as they advertise here so thats a lie. the work out room is a joke. and oh by the way whatever deposit you leave, you will never get it back. you will be charged for carpet for cleaning and the carpet has been at the apt for over 6 years. and they will keep it there as long as no one tells them to change it. elevator is a constant break down. this property according to what they write was built in 1991 and yet how can you build a building with 1 elevator. thats unheard of being and living in new york city. rich properties are building new apts like no tomorrow. thats good for them, but bad for people and tenants at tennis towers. they don't care. they leave a manager that needs training in customer service. she doesn't know how to handle people. and the biggest things and complaint is water pressure sucks most times you turn on faucets and water just trickles for a good minute and then water comes out and not even strong enough to work the shower. also this place advertises as a family oriented place and yet theres nothing for kids to do at all. no play ground, no basketball courts nada, zilch, zero. but yet they have the nerve to charge you an arm and a leg to live there. now don't get me wrong, but location is good, views are excellent, ut manger sucks and apts sucks. you do what you have to do. remember this review so in case you go there and it sucks for you, then you will understand why they get what they get. good luck to all who still live there i wish you all the luck, and those considering be careful and don't expect any of your deposit to be returned. good luck
Cannot wait to move out. Rent jumped by 170% in the last 3 years. Very stressful to talk to the management. My mom was bitten by an employee's dog, which was not leashed, ON THE PREMISES. The management does nothing about it. The management lies and will not take care of the work order they said they would. The headquarters in Port St Lucie (called Rich Properties) does not care either, even when I complain.
I'VE BEEN LIVING HERE FOR A LITTLE OVER THREE YEARS AND I STILL LOVE MY APARTMENT. I'M IN WALKING DISTANCE TO A FEW TAKE OUT RESTAURANTS AND NOT FAR FROM THE ACTION THAT HAPPENS IN DOWNTOWN WEST PALM BEACH. THE GROUNDS ARE KEPT IN GREAT CONDITION AND EVERYONE IS SO FRIENDLY AT THE LEASING OFFICE. IT MAKES COMING HOME EVERYDAY A GOOD EXPERIENCE.
Tennis Towers are a great place to live in West Palm Beach. The management is very professional and friendly. The grounds are kept beautifully and the maintenance people are very responsive. My neighbors are friendly without being nosey. This is a complex that's filled with working people so it basically clears out during the day, weekends and evenings are quiet. I particularly love the pool.
