I used to be a resident here and I loved it. My city view apartment, on the top floor and very spacious. Walkable distance to Publix and plenty of places to eat was so convenient. The staff was so friendly too. felt like a real home.

This place is so cute, in midtown and right off the exit. It's got dim-hotel vibes that I love. I'm very grateful to Kenda, she showed me so many apartments until I found the one I loved. I'm also very walkable distance to so many shops and restaurants. This place can't be beat.

Pros: **Location**. A MARTA station and grocery store are extremely close, and there's a number of restaurants in the area. It's also usually a short drive to places due to the proximity of the highway. **Maintenance**. Irwin is incredible: a hard worker and generally a delight. I've been satisfied with the result and response time of every ticket I've submitted, especially when he's involved. **Noise**. The complex generally isn't busy, and the noise level has been low overall. **Amenities** and events. Everything listed as a con has been improving/improved, and I still stand by the five star rating. Cons: **Communication**. There were some urgent incidents (ex. crane, water outage) where I felt lost. General communication via email was also sparse for my first year here. **Pets**. The complex is pet-friendly, which is great. That also means the... excrement typically associated with pets. This is actively being addressed by identifying offenders, and the carpets were just replaced. (if you have a pet, you will likely love the pet amenities)**Construction** in the area, both north and west of the building. There's no noise, but lanes are often closed and it could mean the area becomes busier.

I have lived at Tens on West for almost 4 years and I still love it here. The staff has changed a lot over the years but the overall maintenance of the complex has been consistent. It's not the newest place in Midtown and people are always breaking things but the people down there seem to have a pretty good handle on it. It's a really quiet place which is what I have loved since I work from home. Google fiber isn't the best here so try AT&T or Comcast if moving in.

We were extremely disappointed with our experience at Tens on West. The afternoon before our scheduled move-in, we were informed that the unit we signed the lease for was actually an ADA handicap accessible unit. This was not disclosed to us during the tour of the showroom unit nor at any point until the afternoon before moving in. This accessible unit is a smaller space with shorter countertops and variations on expected features. When we raised our concerns, we were offered a smaller unit that also did not meet our requirements. Given that the mistake was on their part, we expected better accommodations to rectify the issue, but were left with unsatisfactory options instead. The only positive aspect of our experience was our leasing agent, John, who was professional and helpful throughout the leasing process. However, the poor handling of the unit overshadowed our overall experience. I would caution anyone considering Tens on West to ensure they receive all the necessary information upfront to avoid a similar situation.

Made multiple attempts to resolve complaints with them, but I got an empty aplogize without any attempts ot resolve any of the problems I had with the unit.

Tens on West has been nothing but great since we toured it. The community is in the heart of midtown and within walking distance of so many things but remains a calm place to call home. The maintenance staff is extremely friendly and does a great job. The front desk has been a huge plus for us too. They are always ready to help when they can. Overall we love the spacious floorplan and overall living experience.

Tens on west has been a subpar experience. Heavy turn over with front office staff, building issues and unnecessary restrictions on building amenities that seem to only apply to certain residents. The current front office staff tends to have poor attitudes towards tenants and are unfriendly at times. The only reason I renewed my lease is because I didn’t feel like moving.

The Maintenance staff at this property are amazing. Michael & Irvin are both really nice and work diligently to get my work order requests completely in a timely manner. They are super friendly and overall; I am extremely impressed by their workmanship.

I really enjoy living at tens. The rent is pricey but the facility is always in good shape and clean. The only downside is the parking situation is terrible for guests and the valet parking for the lofted stores gets in the way of actual tenants trying to park.

Exceptional and timely service (not to mention professionalism and courteousness) from the two guys I've encountered with the maintenance staff. A) The maintenance manager/supervisor responded to a request that I had in which I didn't expect such a timely response/solution given a prior conversation that he and I had in the elevator a few weeks before his response. He came to my apartment within approx. 24 hours (give or take) to help me with a lower-level priority request that I had submitted. Kudos to him!! In addition, after having problems with my garbage disposal not functioning at all, I received the help I needed from a maintenance staff member immediately following the holiday weekend. Very timely response for a lower-level priority request. Kudos to him as well!!!! Overall, my satisfaction with the maintenance staff has been exceptional. I sincerely appreciate their assistance.

I had the pleasure of touring this beautiful gem and all I could say was WOW! The Staff was very professional, friendly and attentive... The amenities this place has to offer is top notch and state of the art! Luxury at its best!

So far Tens on West has been an incredible experience. I came unprepared and late but my man Cordell in the leasing office was extremely accommodating and helpful. The building and my apartment are both beautiful. They seem to really value their tenants here. I can’t give enough praise to Cordell and the team here at Tens on west. Very friendly, it feels like home already. Highly recommend.

Below are my main takeaways with living at Tens. Parking- You’re only given 5 parking passes a months for guests to come over. 5 passes a month is not nearly enough. It basically makes it so a single person trying to date can’t live in the complex. I’ve had several issues using the Park Simple pay app as well and instead of the front office employees helping, I’m tasked with contacting them myself. I could understand it if it wasn’t a multiple time event. But it’s something that ate up a lot of time and that I’d have to stay on top of in order to get reimbursed even for the 5 free ones. Packages- Fetch is very inconvenient. I’ve had issues over the past two years receiving packages in a timely manner, within the delivery window. We are told not to leave them at the door because people steal them but then fetch doesn’t show up. Plus guaranteeing I’ll be home for a 2 (or 4 for large packages) window doesn’t always work so often I have to wait several days until the weekend to get a package. That is unacceptable. Amenities- overall they seem great they’re always broken. Both summers I’ve lived here the pool is down for weeks. 1 if not more of the elevators are constantly broken. The door to the parking garage doesn’t actually need a fob to be entered several times a year. There was a bike lock placed on one of the gates you walk in, mailing it impossible to use that entrance but it was removed before being repay so anyone can get in. The doors you drive in are constantly broken. Tens has security in the garages when that happens but cars still get broken in to. It felt like something was constantly broken the entire 2 years I was there. Cleanliness- the recycling is always overflowing. Cleaners need to empty is more frequently so more can be added. Residents should be recycling. The dog park is also always disgusting. This is on the residents and I know the building has little control but I think there should be security cameras monitoring this and the gates on the sides since there have been incidents of people entering through there. Safety- the fobs for the elevators gave me a lot of comfort but residents propped open the side gates at times and I know at one point this was used by people not living in the building to access it. *one other note- Tens had several events where they bribed tenants with gift cards to leave reviews so take that for it’s worth
From the moment I toured this place I fell in love with it. From the excellent customer service to the amenities and beautiful apartment. I am happy to call Tens on West my new home.
I have been at Tens on West for two years and plan to renew my lease again. It’s very affordable for the area with a lot of nice amenities and great security.
Tens on West is positioned in a perfect location in Midtown. Other than a few kinks to be ironed out, it has the potential to be one of the best apartments in the area.
I have lived at Tens on West since June 2020 and had multiple issues with drug traffic, poor maintenance request and currently in August 2022 sent an early morning at 8:30 a.m. emergency request to maintenance about sewage running into the shower to only hear later in the day that they didn't receive the request timely, but they will call a plumber at 7:30 p.m. at night to try to help. Not good....
Cleanliness is outstanding. Security with regard to entrances needs improvement.

If you are looking for a beautiful, well kept, and friendly-staffed community, look no further! I've lived in numerous apartment complexes and Tens on West is truly a gem. The staff (Cordell and Gabby as example) is professional and responsive. The maintenance team strives to complete work orders within 24 hours. In addition, the management team plans FUN monthly events (i.e. cooking classes, paint parties, nutrition 101, etc.) and Yoga to bring the community together. Some other features of the community that I enjoy: - walking to Piedmont Park - plenty of dog sanitary stations - plenty of parking spaces - quick turnaround in maintenance requests - friendly neighbors :) - easy access to Target, Publix, and 75/85 I am proud to call Tens on West my home!
The team is extremely friendly and the service is top-notch. Tens is located in the heart of midtown and has great retail options. I cant wait to see the updates to the building. I love the Dogpark!
This place is a NIGHTMARE I could write pages on all the issues we’ve had in the year and a half I’ve lived here. I really wish you had an option to give no stars. Do not fall for the nice finishes and sparkling amenities. They also offer incentives for reviews, and when you read through them most don’t have any detail and/or don’t actually live here. The women in the office are nice and do their best to help, but a lot is out of their hands. Our move in was a disaster, our original unit we signed for flooded, which we found out less than 48 hours before move in though had happened several weeks prior. They offered us smaller units at the same rate or to cancel our lease all together and leave us homeless. Issues since we’ve moved in are endless, amenities are often inaccessible or out of service, they suddenly implemented paid guest parking which makes it inconvenient for anyone with a significant other or if you want to have a friend from out of town the dog park is disgusting and few residents pick up after their dogs and people even let their dogs poop in the hallways, I’ve seen dog diarrhea down an entire hallway and on the walls and it took days to be cleaned up. There are a handful of children who are allowed to run (literally) free through the complex at all times of day and night making lots of noise. There are also a lot of residents who think it is ok to have their dog off leash throughout the complex. When I’ve had to say something to people about things like it’s not safe to have your dog off leash, I’ve always been met with anger and confrontation. The trash chutes get completely packed to the point the entire trash room is full of dirty garbage. The complex is full of short term rentals and the office has no ability to do anything. The ones nearest me are often loud and filling the entire hall with weed smoke. Doors are constantly propped open and the parking garage door is frequently wide open for anyone to enter. Additionally, they use a package delivery service called Fetch which you have to use to get packages delivered, and for months the service was stealing from packages, I had a couple thousand dollars worth of stuff stolen and the complex was no help and offered no safe alternative to get my packages. Our unit flooded severely about a month ago and it was a fight with the complex to get reparation work done fully and properly, and they still refused to actually replace the completely soaked carpet.

Hello, First and foremost, thank you for your review. We value and appreciate all feedback from our residents. However, it is surprising and disappointing to receive this adverse review from you. Each time you have brought an issue to our attention, we have been prompt to address it. I agree, it is frustrating when neighbors do not exercise responsibility for picking up after their pets, not closely supervising their children and simply not abiding by the community rules and regulations. We do our best to address lease violation as they are brought to our attention. Due the last week of the year we experienced in heavy rains in Atlanta, which resulted in unforeseen flooding in the courtyard that impacted a few apartments including yours. Your roommate reported the water intrusion in her bedroom which was immediately addressed and repaired within a week of it being reported. In addition, management communicated daily with repair updates to both you and your roommate. I would welcome the opportunity to schedule a meeting to discuss this and any open items at your convenience. I look forward to hearing from you. - Community Manager
