This place was a sweet home to my family and to me. We lived there for more than a year. We found polite stuff and always working to make this place sweet home. They were always quick to fix apartment issues. I have no complain. Thank you Jackie, Lucila, Mariela and all stuff. Keep up the good work.
If the Management cared about the living conditions as much as they cared about getting their rent money it would 5 stars. Filthy apartment upon move in, roaches, no parking unless you pay more money, sending emails when covid hit to pay rent with our 1200 stimulus checks(no sympathy or remorse but not when payment error happened and letting interest build up for next rent. Neighbors leave trash everywhere. Didn't want to replace stove(even though it had scratches, dents, uncleanable stains and two burners didn't work. Thinking the apartment was one price when moved in then ended being higher with extra charges they didn't tell us about. Then when moved out didn't want to give us our deposit back even though we left in same condition when moved in. Save your money and find somewhere better.

They literally let anyone here blast music constantly. I've seen a few drug deals near the office after they close. At least 4 to 5 law enforcement officers here monthly. I've asked them for help with the noise and other problems here before with no response, so i try to deal with it... I currently live here sadly, and have 6 more months left. I'm almost willing to pay the money to break my lease.

Four dumpsters that are full 24/7, trash everywhere, no adequate parking so good luck finding a spot, neighbors play music extremely loud randomly for no reason towards the back of the complex, gates are broken 5 days of the week, and the entire complex is infested with roaches. I am 8 months into my lease, had the apartment sprayed 3 times for pests, and my oven remains infested. I can not cook without having a roach run across my food. The "renovation" is literally a fresh coat of paint. Nothing else. The caulking was not done between the granite bar area behind the oven and the wall that it sits on, so guess where the roaches go. Apartments are too expensive for what they are. We can go down the street a few hundred yards and pay less per square foot. Save your money.
I have nothing but good things to say about the Management staff and maintenance staff. I began renting 2 years ago and just renewed my contract instead of buying a home because of the 5 star service , consideration , concern , peace ,and satisfaction on daily basics. Kudos For Ms.Amber in Management,as well as the rest of the staff.
The pictures are nothing like the actual apartment. As soon as you sign and pay they immediately do not care about you, and every complaint you make gets dismissed unless you go 2,3 or 4 times. Or email the offices. Another thing is that whenever you start living there you start encountering such disgusting garbage, poop everywhere outside, cats walking around freely, and your apartment will be infested in all kinds of bugs. Bugs get inside due to tiny holes on the walls. Lastly the ambience is horrible. It constantly feels unsafe around this part of town. One would think, with issues this big, that they would lower the prices. But nope. You end up paying almost 12 thousand dollars on rent on a tiny apartment. The only good thing about it is that it’s right in front of HCC, so that’s convenient. But is it enough to make you want to pay the consequences?
Worst apartments I have ever lived in. Do yourself a favor and pay the same price elsewhere for a better quality of living. Roaches are a constant problem. We pay for pest control but I have never received a treatment even after scheduling an appointment. The power in half my apartment constantly goes out. The washrooms are always dirty and you’ll be lucky if 2 or three washers are actually working. The hot water is shut off about once a week. When I moved in, the cabinets and floors were filthy and I had to clean them myself. The list goes on and on... I’m looking forward to moving out in 2 weeks!
Not even a month into my lease and I cannot wait to move out. Just a few of my issues: •cockroaches flying out of the ac vents and shower drains •leaking ceilings •leaking sinks (both of them) •hot water comes and goes •horrible old disgusting cabinets that hadn't even been wiped (I reserved my unit a month in advance) •sinks so old they're mushy (had to be replaced, then started leaking) •doors didn't close properly •old poorly done renovations This place is a sinking ship. The staff doesn't care about your problems. They just send maintenance because they have to but no real intention of keeping their residents happy. The maintenance consists of one poor guy doing all the work. And they are always "understaffed." As if that's the residents' problem. I really wanted to like this place and it has potential but the management simply doesn't care. Pest control couldn't help my roach problem so I called leasing office and I'm still waiting. I don't think any of the units look like the pictures. I do not have granite countertops. Mine are bubbly and old. Then there's the issue of your neighbors. They are loud. One man was screaming at the top of his lungs arguing with someone. They leave their garbage outside which a part of me doesn't blame. The dumpster is ridiculously far. If you have even a slightly better option, take it.

I have a friend that stays here that I have been visiting 5-6 days a week for the past few months. My vehicle was never towed until the other day. No where in the enterance of the complex nor in 85% of the property are there signs posted "Towing enforced". The only signage that is visible on property is the few visitor spots the complex has available for the hundreds of units on property. Why didn't I park in visitor parking? Because all their residents were parked in those spots, plus I have been parking in regular spots for months without being bothered. When I called to speak to management, the management was completely rude. No sympathy. Just a simple "Well you should of parked in visitors or on the side street.". This is no way of managing a property. The lack of customer service is appalling. I do not recommend living here nor visiting anyone who does!

We do have 'towing enforced' signs at the entrance gate and they are also posted on the fencing along the sides and back of the community. When the community was constructed 35 years ago, there were 364 spaces created. We have 280 apartments in which most have more than one vehicle. We do have 22 visitor parking spaces at this time and we would love to accommodate more, but we have to have ample parking for our residents. We are currently adding carports to the community and will be re-vamping our visitor parking. My apologies again if you feel your experience was unpleasant when you called our office, as great customer service is what we strive to provide every day. I've been living here for 5 years at times in the past when it was Ryans Point there were some things that I would have moved out over but I kept hearing things were going to change. Well not only did the name change to Terra Apartments , from the inside out thus place has had a complete turn around. Renovations the right way! New ownership and management goes along way. Especially when the prices stayed about the same. It feels more like a place I want to stay now! So if your looking for a place, don't look past here, its home.
This apartment is affordable for the area. There are two laundry buildings. Only one is usable. The other has been under renovation since March. The other is so over used the machines are broken most of the time. Don't bother telling the front desk about the mold coming out of the vents onto the walls. They won't do anything. Also be prepared to meet your many roach roommies! Cold showers are the norm here. No reliable hot water in the shower.
Very peaceful place to live. The best place I've ever moved too and very helpful as well
We recently moved to Terra Apartments and it has been such an amazing stay. My kids and I love our new home.
