Terra at Piney Point Apartments

Place is great! The community is friendly and quiet. Mr. Charles and Meagan are very communicative on updates of the property or any resources you may need, they make sure their residents are well taken care of. Also maintenance requests are done at a promptly timed manner by Jose which is very much appreciated. The whole staff goes above and beyond to make your stay pleasant.

Good community. Everything is in an accessible distance. Very good neighborhood. Maintenance needs to be improved though. Tenant for a long time, no major complaints

As much as we love our apartment, there have been a few discouraging changes recently. People do not follow the trash rules, there have been cars broken into recently in the parking area that is supposed to be secure, and there’s a homeless camp next door. Hoping to see better change soon.

There have been many negative changes to the systems and the way requests are being processed. It also seems as if the property manager never really has any reasonable explanations for things that I have addressed. The staff could also use a little more training in their communication skills. The property is beautiful, but seems to be going through some rough patches.

The vibe here is sooooo peaceful & relaxing. The apartment complex is always clean, and the neighbors are all friendly & kind. People are always walking around the complex, or hanging out by the tree or pool

So far it has been great. We’ve gotten great response time to our tickets submitted and have had great communication with any issues or concerns we might have

My experience here has been decent! I wish there was an area for dogs to use the restroom! Like dog park or something. The grounds can get very muddy and nasty especially when the sprinklers turn on at night.

Loving my experience. Great floor plans and great rental rates with discounts.She goes over and beyond to get everything done and you into your new apartment. pools Maintenance workers are also good at what they do

Good Apartment. Accessible to all malls, restaurants, grocery stores and near by pediatrician office is a great advantage to move in here. Friendly neighbors.

Great community to live in. My neighbors are very nice, quiet and respectful. Maintained property and maintenance guys work very quick and actually! I’m happy to call this place home

Our resident experience at Terra at Piney Point has been great so far. We've had no reason to reach out to maintenance or the main office recently, but the few times we've had any issues, they've been taken care of quickly and completely. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a complex in this end of town.

Been here 2 years and love the community. The amenities, staff and maintenance is great. School access is convenient for children and the environment is peaceful and safe in the community.

Terra is a decent property, I wish they would update a few things in my unit like the flooring and the old washer and dryer. Other than that the property is very quiet.

After months dealing with non residents in the pool finally is getting a little better but still being a problem. I think there must be security guards the whole day at least Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Amenities need an upgrade. For the price now you can locate fully upgraded apartments in Houston. I would also suggest considering new security measures such as key fobs on doors. This area is getting real busy

best residential ever, best commercial area. have the choice to pick memorial mall or galleria mall? also surrounded by my favorite stores and restaurants.

The application process was easy. Response time was in a timely manner as well. The leasing agent in the office was kind and helpful. Signing day was quick as well!

I still enjoy living at Terra at Piney Point, the landscaping is very beautiful and the community is quite despite being close to the busiest street in Houston. The staff is really friendly and maintainance is timely.

It's been pleasant so far, quiet neighborhood. Quick response to maintenance request. And management listen to you concern and address them in a timely manner.

We have been pleased with Terra. The renewal process was smooth, and easy. Occasionally our trash is not picked up on time and can be a little frustrating, but that is only every once in a while. We are always happy to see when management takes steps to make our community better.

This complex is clean, quiet, and the staff is friendly/prompt. The one down side is the parking (first come, first serve) but it's really not a huge deal. The security at night makes me feel safe and I appreciate how prompt maintenance requests are answered. I'm definitely enjoying my time here so far!

Staff are very nice and helpful. The amenities are great and always clean. I love the areas for grilling and relaxing and I also appreciate how maintenance keeps the area nice and tidy.

Have been living in this apartment complex more than seven years with the new management this property going down they never care about anything. The trash is everywhere so be away from this property. I have a picture, but I cannot post it here. and do not rent the apartment without see it they lying to you

I have been a resident at Terra at Piney Point since 2019.The community is very green and beautiful. The staff is nice and responsive to all of our request. Come check out the huge oak tree with the water fountain next to it, it is so peaceful. The location is central close to the Galleria and many shopping centers within walking distance. I highly recommend this community to my friends and co workers, so if you are looking for a peaceful and comfortable home, come check out Terra at Piney Point.

The AC did not work 4 times in 2 months. 86 F, so hot !!!! It has been repaired yesterday, but does not work again today. It is Houston, no AC in Summer!

After 1 year of living here we were happy to renew our lease. When there is an issue, management does their best to fix the it. We continue to love our apartment in Mid-West Houston.

Our experience at Terra continues to be very positive. Management is quick to convey when something around the complex might be out of order and is equally quick to fix those issues. Also, maintenance continues to be exemplary. They're quick to respond to help tickets and are very thorough.

The community remains a great place to live. It’s very safe, beautiful, and staff is extremely friendly! They do a great job with responding to maintenance requests timely and they are super helpful with property needs.

Have been living in this community for more than 7.5 years. Recently facing so many repeated maintenance issues for the past few months. Also one of the treadmills in the fitness center will often not in working condition. If these are addressed properly it would be great. No other major complaints.

It's been pleasant so far, maintenance crews work really hard and they tried their best to resolve whatever issues we have had. Management's been listening to our concern and addressed them in the timely manner. The big tree view and the location are a plus.
